I recently moved into the area then disaster struck when my 2013 Dodge Dart decided to eat its clutches. Knowing it was going to be a big bill I was hesitant on bringing it to a dealer for repairs/service especially as my first visit to a new dealer. Thankfully Matt was there to guide me through the process and laid out a roadmap of potential repairs. We were able to agree on a good price for the repairs and even helped out by letting me know on some other things that should be replaced since they were in there. Thanks to him I'm still able to drive the car I still love! Unlike me, if you're getting a car from them know that their service department will be right by your side with anything you may need! Stay away shady people bought a cherokee and right away needed a trans and many other issues then the ptu went out 3500. No help fixing it. Then the Rdu went out another 4400. I brought in several times when I wasted 2000 on a warranty but they kept saying nothing is wrong as soon as warranty ended they now know what the issue is. I would stay away I was sold a 16000 lemon and no help fixing. It. As a veteran of the military and family man I warn you to stay away.!!!

I will start by saying I have purchased several new vehicles in the last few years from this place. Neil and Tim in sales were absolutely fantastic. That’s where the good part of the story stops. I brought my 2020 Rubicon in last fall to have the corrosion warranty claim submitted. They came back and said they could only “see” minor corrosion on the hood and one door. They couldn’t get anything else approved. I took the Jeep to James Chrysler Jeep and they somehow managed to find the corrosion on all the doors, hood and tailgate. James had ZERO issues getting a $18,000 warranty repair approved.

Fast forward to today. My Jeep had the well known rocker arm tick. I decided to give this place a second chance. After they had the Jeep and dissembled it they couldn’t “see” any wear so they refused to fix the rocker tick. I have been in the automotive field for 36 years. I don’t know how anyone can “see” a worn needle bearing with their naked eye.

Bottom line, the service department is terrible. It’s sad that such a great sales group has to deal with such a poor service department.

Dave worked so diligently to get us in our new Jeep. He and Fieldhouse did their best to wight a wrong committed by a different dealership. Because of his hard work we feel confident putting our little one in our new Jeep and taking her on roadtrips all over our beautiful country. We can’t thank him and Fieldhouse enough and will not only be back the next time we need a new vehicle, but we’ll be sure to tell all our friends where they can go if they want to be seen as people not a sale.

The service does not compare! When we go to visit family we make a point to have Fieldhouse service our vehicle. They are friendly, quick, and always do a great job. They do what you ask and let you know the needs and cost before they do the work.
