Firestorm sent someone out the same day we called when we had some flooding inside the house. It was such a relief to get them there so quickly. The guys were friendly, competent, and communicated well with us. Over the course of about 3 days, they took care of everything. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough positive things about Firestorm Restoration. We had a catastrophic flooding of our basement. They came at a moment's notice, corrected the issue, and then assisted us in dealing with the insurance company regarding coverage. Scott and his team are great.

I have been dealing with David since we had a water issue and he has been on top of it the whole time, he is also very responsive and punctual. Today was the final step in the process and Tony came out to finish up all the detailed work. Tony went straight to work and did not stop till the work was finished. I had a pleasant experience dealing with a company that did not need their hand held.

Firestorm rescued us when thieves broke in and stole the hvac, water heater, and appliances. The home flooded with about an inch of water in the basement. Firestorm showed up the same day we called and immediately took action. They helped manage the whole process of making the home new again. Firestorm was completely professional and exceptional. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Scott and his crew at Firestorm Restoration. Scott was extremely responsive, always available and returned my call promptly. Very professional. His crew completed the job with high quality workmanship earlier than the date committed. He did what he said he was going to do at a reasonable price and backed it up with detailed and accurate invoice delivered promptly after the job was completed. He was always there to answer questions, provide guidance based on his experience, and I respect his counsel and advice. I highly recommend Firestorm Restoration. Thank you Scott and crew!!

I have never used your company but one of your employees driving a black pick up truck with that logo just about ran me off the high way on 465 twice due to apparent road rage. He also was swerving in between traffic and nearly caused several wrecks. I am pregnant and had him riding my bumper in the fast lane even though I was stuck behind a line of cars and flew around me then tried to get over in the lane I was in and pushed me completely out almost causing me to go off the road. I would not want someone driving like a maniac representing my company Like that. Terrible
