Went in for a air conditioner part and they were able to find what I need. I was in and out in minutes.

I was getting furnace filters and why not getting four of them. Store is awesome I've always liked it. The only thing is I use a walker or a cane and when I use the Walker especially it would be nice if you had one of those buttons that would open the doors. You are not the only store in town or around that needs them. Otherwise I have no complaints.

You will get the best service at Hillside ACE. They might not have everything but there will be a kind person to help you find what you need.

Great hardware store. When you look for things that the big stores (Menards, Home Depot) don't carry Hillside will more than likely care it. If not they will find it for you. Great service not like looking for someone to help you. Way to go Tim!

I came to give this store a five star review... But it turned out I already had in the past! It's been years, so time to update. My wife and I stopped in for a few boxes. We were immediately greeted by Tom, who was not only friendly, helpful and pointed us exactly where we needed to be, he even went above and beyond and found some extra boxes that were destined for the recycling bin and gave them to us along with our purchases. We were also greeted by Neil, who was every bit as helpful as Tom.

I know that all we can really expect from any retail store is that they have what we meed for a reasonable price. But it's always awesome to find people who don't roll their eyes when you ask them where something is! Our local Ace is a perfect example of how our little community is "behind the times" in the best possible way. We're in a stressful time between building and selling houses, moving, and taking care of my mother in law. Being able to have a pleasant chat with these two gentlemen brightened our day. Thank you Tom and Neil, and your whole team!

The people are so helpful in locating products. One of the women up front graciously carried my purchases out and placed in my vehicle, as I was having difficulty with my leg.

If it isnt there you dont need it . Big selection of hardware . Very good place to just look for project parts and pieces !

Had some screens to redo for my home. So far have 3 done there and 1 had to be redone. The man who does them didn't see snag in lower left corner from being stretched to hard. He didn't like redoing it but agreed after being told it wasn't acceptable. The cost per screen was $25.00 each and I wanted it done right. The rest of them I might try someplace else. Like the Ace on 10.

Got some cables for my 4k tv. Picked up furnace filters today. Humming bird feeder and soaker hose on the list today.

Picked up some safety goggles today.
