One of the rudest people I've met. My cameo was under warranty and Tom would not submit all the issues at once. He just kept coming out and charging 150.00 each time. I called keystone they said all issues were to be reported in one communication. Told him our ac runs even when off. He wanted us to change the thermostat. New repair guy said compressor was constantly running and could have overheated causing a fire. Dont use this company. They have no idea what they are doing. Couldn't determine why our 5th wasn't leveling. New guy fixed it in minutes.

Needed help fixing a refrigerator in an RV at my place of work, and they helped order a part that it needed and came out to help try and fix it! Very friendly as well!

I had a minor power issue while at an overnight stay at a state park. I saw that 3 Guys has great reviews, and it turns out they are well deserved! To start, instead of getting the usual voicemail, Tom answered the phone on the first ring before they actually opened. I was expecting to hear sorry, they were too busy - which is understandable, especially at this time of year - but he said he would make every effort to get to me at the end of the day. Knowing how unpredictable his kind of work can be, I wouldn't have been surprised if he hadn't been able to make it out, but he sent status updates (nice!!) and arrived shortly after 8 p.m. He made short work of the repair and it was informative and fun talking with him about his business.

My repair was a small job that I could have done myself, but it would have taken me three times longer and would NOT have been done so well. The price was extremely reasonable, showing it IS possible to be good, fast and inexpensive.

Tom and his crew were able to replace our 5th wheel garage window with one slight hiccup (Keystone sent the wrong window) but he got it all straightened out. His crew showed up the day after the new one arrived and did their magic. Very courteous and professional!

3 Guys is wonderful!. They were there when they told me. He works hard to get you on the schedule. We were told by the owner of our camp ground an exuberant amount to replace the air conditioner. It was 1/2 the price that S&H repair service told us. We definitely are going to use 3 Guy's Mobile RV Service in the future.

Called Tom to come out to look at our awning that decided to separate from the motor. He asked for pictures, arrived at the appointed time, got right to work and because we had sent the photos he had the right part & had it repaired in no time. Great service & fair price. We will be passing on his info to everyone we know.

Tom has worked on our camper several times. Our slide seals were cracked and the company sent the wrong ones to him. He had to make multiple trips and came back until we were satisfied. He was easy to talk too and you could tell he wanted to do a good job. I'm very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.

Jake Huppenthal since you want to bash my business and continue to harass me even after Facebook has removed all of your posts and bashing, I wanted you and others to see the results of power strips. But what do I know?

I wouldn't use them. They fought with me and another electrician about how a space heater can pull the 30/50 amps from the power post OVER its 15 amp breaker (not tripping it) and burn your camper down because it will draw 30/50 amps if it wants to.

Tom Gilles Jr then harassed me for an HOUR on Facebook messenger. Safe to say that any professionalism I thought they had left went out the door.

We had an unfortunate incident last week while returning home from a long trip. One of the wheels on my 5th wheel trailer locked up. Fortunately we saw it in time before the tire blew and were able to safely pull off the highway, north of Indianapolis. Being 90 miles from home, 8:30PM, getting cold and traveling with two small grandchildren, we were in a jam. I started calling RV Service listings from an internet search. Finally reached one, but they were out of town for Thanksgiving. They did however, recommend I try 3 Guys Mobile Camper Service. I was able to reach Tom, who was very helpful. He was able to send out Eddie and Blayke to take a look at my wheel. Talk about guys who know what they are doing! Within 40 minutes, they had a fix in place which allowed me to get the rig home. All three gentlemen were professional, caring, concerned and masters of their domains. We couldn't have been happier with their assistance. They resolved our stressful situation and got us back on the road. Tom, Eddie and Blayke - we can't thank you enough! I thought about writing two reviews so I could give you ten stars, as five just doesn't seem enough.

Tom and his staff are the best mobile RV repair company I've seen in the last 5 years since I bought my camper! The cleaning crew did an amazing job hand washing my rig and sealing my roof. They took photos and pointed out sine maintenance items that needed repaired which I would never had known if they hadn't showed me! I'm very happy I found them and look forward to working with them for all my RV needs. I highly recommend them! Excellent customer service, quality and value.

Worked late on a dark, rainy night to fix a leak underneath my Class B camper van. They had to jack up the van and crawl underneath and disassemble stuff in order to get to the bad pipes. They cut out the cracked pieces and installed new pipes by the light of flashlights. The leak is fixed!

This man I am so grateful for! He came out at 10pm to fix my furnace in my camper. Not to mention he drove over an hour to come fix it for me. It was an urgent job because of the winter storm coming and he made it happen. He was very personal but professional. He made small talk and brought all the tools and parts he might need. If you need a handy man to work on your camper he’s the man for the job. And the price was right! I am one happy customer and will definitely send business his way!

By far the best service we have ever had. They drove an hour to come and help us with our AC system on a Saturday evening. I truly appreciate what they did. If we are ever in Indianapolis again they are our go to forsure.

This guy and his crew are top notch. Came out on Halloween one night and fixed a problem super fast and did a great job. Since then, he's done a few things for me and my camper crew and is always has done great work. Highly recommend

Tom did an awesome job on our little Scamp trailer! He was always prompt in returning calls and did the work when he said he would. He made our vintage camper even more perfect, by adding a table that can convert to a couch. I love it!!!

Did a great job fixing our water heater. Good people, professional and definitely reasonably priced! Thanks guys now I can have a hot shower!!

Our water connection broke in a Saturday night and he was able to come and save the day for us! He followed up a week later to give us a stronger fitting. His work is fast, efficient and high quality. Very friendly! He is now coming to winterize our unit for us. Will continue doing business w him whenever we are in the Indy area. Highly recommended!
