They did 2900 square feet of roofing and moved roof alley that was running into a wall. Price was good, workmanship was good, they did it in one day, and communication with Matt, the representative, was excellent. I am very pleased

Owner was absolutely terrible to deal with , a man that age who acts like he does is very sad to me , highly recommend calling a more reputable professional company . I mean just read the reviews, I would be embarrassed that my name is associated with these comments. Maybe grow up and lose the child’s temper

What a poor job. I would not recommend this company. First, they have one person who is supposed to be the expert on fixing everything (backsplashes, flooring, plumbing, lighting, painting, etc). That person would even say he didn't want to do certain work because he was not good at it. Then Bob would say, "oh he is good, he is just saying that to be modest". The work looks awful. I would run the other way. Don't use Bob's Construction!

I called and left messages with NO return phone calls. I filled out a contact form to get an estimate and still didn't get a response. After trying for 3 months finally Bob answered the phone in a rude tone and was very vain and used profanity to me. He was not professional at all and made a comment about my kids in the back ground. He must not have kids or if he does I feel very sorry for them. He straight told me my kids need to learn how to be quiet when he was speaking. First off my kids was outside playing. He needs to learn how to have patience and stay off the steriods.

I had them come and give me a quote on my home to get work done. I was told I would have a quote by the following Tuesday which was 4 days after Kyle came to my home. It’s been 2 weeks and still not even a return call to say I got busy or forgot. I realized once he got out of the truck with nothing to right with or really take notes. I knew I was being taken for a ride. I guess being a home owner of color doesn’t help you get service from companies such as this one, when my money is just as green as the next persons. I will never refer them to anyone after this kind of treatment. To think I told the guy it’s a two phase project. First phase 50k second phase 130k but I guess my money is no good. SMH!!

When I finally got the guy out to our house for quotes, he didn't write anything down so we knew right then he wasn't interested. He proceeded to tell me that he would have the quote to us in roughly two business days, which never happened. My husband is in commercial construction and deals with companies who don't follow through with what they say so it wasn't a surprise for him, but it was for me. Bad customer service in my opinion. If you don't want the job, don't come out and waste my time or yours, period!

Bob's did a great job, on time, friendly and I would recommend them to everyone for they are a great company. They were absolutely excellent!

They did a great job building a brand new deck in our backyard! The wood was high quality and the crew was friendly. Bob is incredibly passionate about his work, which is evident in the quality of his craftsmanship.

I had new flooring installed and we love it. Rick and the employees that completed the task were courteous and on time. Same employees installed a new sump pump. All work was completed on time at a fair price.

Bob completed roof replacement at several of my clients as well as general repairs. Additionally he has completed several projects at my personal home. He is response and get the work done at a fair price.

A few weeks ago Bob had asked me to give him some reviews the kind of helped him get his ratings up I don't have a problem with supporting anyone! He poured a concrete job for me 10 years ago, he hired a company to do that he didn't do it himself. So I decided to use him for my exterior project. After I read some of the reviews I kind of just experienced the same things that everyone else went through Bob quoted me in the contract, material and labor price when I asked him for my receipt so I can get my rebates he refused to furnish me my receipt and try to Jack the price up! That's bad business plus when a client ask for the receipt you need to furnish them their receipts because I need to know how much I paid for my material. He had an excuse for everything the guys came out here worked they kept pulling wood off putting wood on because they kept messing up they even try to patch up all wood that was severely damaged until I caught them! Only thing I can say to you whoever is reading this just make sure you know the contractor make sure that they are licensed, and that you know that they're going to do job correctly as stated in the contract.

They showed up on time and worked daily until the job was complete. cleaned up after wards and did everything they said they would. Very happy with the finished job.

I found Bob's Construction when I was running out of time to get a paving stone patio put in before my son's graduation party. I explained the situation to Bob and he was able to get a crew out right away and got our 20' x 15' paver patio installed in three days on a rush basis and didn't charge extra for the rush work. The crew was great and did a great job for such short notice. The following year Bob helped me get my air conditioner repaired when everybody else told me it needed replaced. Ended up being a simple fix for $250.00 instead of $6,000.00 like all the HVAC contractors were quoting me. Great company to work with and Bob was great in my opinion. I recommend Bob to all my friends and family.

I was fortunate to be recommended to use Bob's Construction for my driveway. My home had quite a terrible driveway, broken, uneven, and sloping towards my home. Bob's construction came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I chose to use them as my construction company. It only took a few days to be put on their schedule, and only 48 hours to have a brand new driveway. Kyle and Brice were very kind and courteous. I felt as though they communicated with me through the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their driveway.

Kyle was very professional and helpful. We had him give us an estimate to have a roof replaced at our rental property. When he inspected (in the rain) our roof he found that we had wind damage. He contacted our insurance company and we only had to pay the deductible of $1,000 for brand new roof. We had him inspect all our other rental properties and we had another rental property that had hail damage. He once again contacted the insurance company. Could not have been easier. The roofers came within a week and the work was done within 1 day.

I've used Bob many times. The most recent was screening in 2 porches. I've also had emergency sump pump replacement. His workers are professional and are willing to do what I ask. I have referred Bob's Construction to others.

I looked in the telephone book and chose 5 companies to see who I wanted to use and I chose Bob's Construction
Co. I spoke with Kyle on the phone who returned my call immediately. He was very professional and helpful in telling me everything that was needed. They repaired my roof in a few hours and did an excellent job. He kept me posted throughout the entire process. I have referred his company to several of my friends. Crew showed up on time and did excellent work in an amazingly compact time frame. Kyle was so easy to work with. I have already recommended Bob's to several friends and would not hesitate to use them again. They did all this for half the other estimate i got.

Did a remodel of our master bath. They replaced all the tile and shower fixtures. They did a great job. The bathroom looks great

A complete embarrassment from start to finish. Bob subbed it out to some junkie and denied any kind of warranty. It cost me $9,500 to have a company come and fix the damage done by Bob's Construction. The comments on these Google reviews is exactly what I experienced. Just choose another contractor and save yourself the hassle.

We hired this Company to build a deck. Once they started it went very smooth! Harold was great to work with always returned calls and his crew was always early on the job! Always was respectful of our propery and cleaned up daily! Our new deck looks great!

Bob. Took 2 months to do only half of a two month job then abandoned the job by that i mean he or his workers did not show up to finish it and when we tried to call he would not answer so we fired him and hired a different company.

I had a ceiling leaking in the bathroom that turned out to be a worn out roof pipe and flashing. Kyle came quickly and figured out what needed to be done and they came quicker than I expected. Josh and the crew were very nice people and very professional. When I can afford it, I will ask them to re roof the entire home. Keith Campbell

I wouldn't use this shady company to shovel manure! I'm not sure if the owner "Bob" has a drinking problem or what exactly is wrong with him. He actually threatened me, asked if my neighbors liked me because they wont like me once he gets done with me. Who says that? Never knew of a reputable business man that did not want to make his customers happy. Stay away as far as you can - this man needs help. I'm sure he will have some stupid remark. Go ahead Bob. Show your ignorance!

If you want to have dealings with overpriced shady business men, you have found the right company for you.
DISHONEST!! I would not hire them if my life depended on it. Bob is deceitful, a liar and a bad business man. Refuses to pay contractors and employees when work is complete. Does not complete work as is standard of a reputable construction company. Which they aren't. Be warned. Bob's construction should be put out of business. Would not recommend.

They had a great price, were friendly, and had reasonable availability to begin the work. It's hard to get a call back and get work scheduled with contractors, in general, but Bob's does both well. I was very pleased with the quality of the work; they did a wonderful job matching the existing woodwork, etc.

Bob’s Construction have completed multiple projects for both of our homes including bathroom remodeling projects, a new roof and a major renovation. They do great work and I would recommend them for any home project.

The seller of the house I bought used Bob's to make several repairs. The Seller paid Bob's for several items to be corrected. Bob took the money, but did not do all of the repairs. Eventually the seller had to bring in another contractor to finish up everything. I would avoid using this contractor and do not prepay at all if using them.

We had Bob's Construction put on a new deck and build a fence around the yard. They were on time and very professional. We would recommend them to anyone!

Bob’s construction did an amazing job replacing my roof. They were easy to work with to get an inspection completed, then with follow up on the actual repair. Not only that, but they were careful and diligent in their work to not leave any scrap or nails behind in my yard afterwards.
