Fiddler Roofing

Very honest and straightforward company. They laid out the best and worst case senarios for our roof and walked us through the whole process. They didn’t push us to make a decision they just laid out the honest facts. Cygell Mercedes, she goes by Mercedes, was our representative and she was amazing. I definitely recommend them if you want quality and honest work done. They showed us all the before, during, and after photos, the roof looks great! We had a flat leaking roof and now all of our issues are resolved.

I have had an unsatisfactory experience with this company. They replaced my roof in November 2023 and it leaked. Called them, they came out, and supposedly addressed the issue but the roof continued to leak. They charged me $21,000 to replace an approximate 1,200 sq ft TPO flat roof. I paid in full, on time. I have had inspections done since the roof was installed and they did the ineffective repair, and I have quite a bit of documentation as to the issues with their installation. According to their workmanship warranty, in order to invoke the warranty, I technically have to mail them a letter stating what the problem is via certified mail. Now I am in the position of not only was I overcharged, but the roof was installed improperly (this is not my opinion, but is documented via the inspections by the appropriate licensed professionals), the initial "repair" they did of the leak did not address the leak, and now I am expected to continue trying to find resolution with a company that has twice broken my trust.
I do not think I have ever written a review expressing dissatisfaction with a service. If needed, I will express my concern directly with a business. But I am now.
My impression and understanding after doing all the research I could think of to do before hiring Fiddler Roofing and after meeting with their sales rep (whom I was foolish enough to think was one of the actual roofing crew) was that they were reputable and performed quality work that was worth the extra dime. But, unfortunately, that was not my experience.

We had our roof on the house and garage replaced. The crew came in and did the job quickly and efficiently. They stripped our old roof off, cleaned everything up, got the surface prepped and ready and then put the new roof on. They even put in skylights. They did all of this in 3 days. My husband and I were amazed. The new roof looks awesome and is phenomenal in storms. No leaks or problems at all. One of the excellent things that happened with this company was when the State of New Mexico roof inspector arrived at our house to look over the roof. He climbed up on the roof inspected the roof, soffits, corners, and all things concerned. When he climbed down he told us that it was one of the best roofs that he had ever seen done. The work around the soffits was perfect, and the corners were rounded and curved. Our permits passed without any problems and he left happy. Every day that I walk up to my house I smile when I see my beautiful roof. What a blessing to work with this incredible company.

I don't need a roof at this time but when I do I will call Jack! I love your commercial, very clever!!!

This was a great company to work for. They were professional, communicated with me every step of the way, and were affordable. The new roof looks great. I highly recommend this company to replace your roof.

They were fast, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. They installed ventilation via vents (i.e., turtles) on the garage roof. This garage has never been ventilated and the turtles have really made a difference. They have dropped the inside garage temperatures substantially on hot summer afternoons.

I still don't know Jack! Called a couple months ago, on a Tuesday morning about 10 am. Sounded like I woke up a young kid that answered the phone with a muffled, "hello". After several questions from me, I established that I didn't misdial and was indeed speaking with Fiddler Roofing. I asked about getting a quote, and the young, sleepy, muffled voice took my phone number and said I'd be getting a call back. Hey Jack! I never got a call back. Never got a quote. I did get a beautiful new roof from a different roofer. The other non-Jack roofer gave me a competitive quote and ....imagine this....a new roof! As the song goes in their advertisement, I don't know Fiddler Roofing and I don't know Jack!

Fiddler did a fantastic job installing a new TPO roof on our home. From start to finish they were available, responsive, thorough and professional. Jim's follow-up every step of the way helped us feel confident that we chose the right company. Just in time for monsoon season, I feel like I got a great product and a great install. I would highly recommend Fiddler to protect your biggest investment!

I want the fiddler guy on the TV commercial to work on my roof and those go-go girls to dance in my front yard while he fixes it.

Jim Finley, Sergio and team were terrific to work with. Responsive, excellent communication throughout the project and great follow through on items after the major new roof project. I have referred them to friends and would do business with them again. Happy to have found a roof partner since the guy who did all the prior work retired.

Very professional company. I had hail damage and a leaking roof and they gave me a great deal on TPO roofing. They did an amazing job, quickly and professionally. Jack even came to my work at my convenience cause I was too busy to go to his office. I will definitely use them again for my other properties.

I can not say enough positive words about Jack and the others at Fiddler Roofing. This has been by far the best experiece I have ever had with a contractor. Jack was very thorough and explained things well. He answered many questions and put our minds at ease. He was a breath of fresh air and we can't thank him enough. I'm a very skeptical person and very particular on who I hire for work or needed repairs. I needed a new roof since mine was the original and had a lot of hail damage. I happened to see another roof being installed two houses down from me and went over to watch. I was very impressed at how the workers were installing the roof on this house and the timely manner in which it took them which was only one day. While I was watching from the other side of the road a vehicle pulled up with Fiddler Roofing LLC on the side and a gentleman got out and went up on the ladder and onto the roof walking around and looking at it and taking pictures with his cell phone. I asked one of the workers if that was the boss and they said yes he's the owner. Another big thing that impressed me the actual owner was there on the job and inspecting his crews works. I told one of them that I'd like to speak with him if he had the time once he came down. When he came down they told him and he walked over to me and greeted me with a very nice humble hello, I'm Jack. I told him my name and told him I was very impressed with his crew and the job they were doing and was interested in having him do my roof if I could get the Insurance Co. to approve having it done. He said it would be a pleasure to install a new roof just get back with him once I had gotten with the Insurance Co. He gave me his business card shook my hand and asked if I had anymore questions and give him a call when I was ready. It took a couple of weeks but the adjuster came out and examined the roof and it's damages. I had called and asked Jack if he could be there also to inspect the roof along with the adjuster. He showed up right on time and he and the adjuster did the roof inspection. After that I had to wait a few more weeks for a response back from the Insurance Co. and it came back approved. I had given them Fiddler Roofing as my chosen installer before hand. Anyway making a long story short Jack arranged a date which matched with my schedule and work begun right on time as I was told. It took a day and part of the next to finish everything which included clean up tasks also. Jack didn't have to do so but included a few extras in on the deal also. There were a few other things needing other contractors work like gutters and stucco repair which Jack coordinated and took care of also and I didn't have to search around for those contractors. In my sincere honest opinion you won't find a more professional company and owner then Jack Whitley and his hired crews and staff, which also were very polite and a pleasure to have met and perform the work. I would and do recommend Fiddler Roofing LLC for anyone needing roof repair or a complete roof replacement. Thank you Fiddler roofing and Jack. If you don't know Jack then give him a call and get to meet him personally.

Brand new roof, very well done. The owner is super into quality control and the foreman was super friendly and polite. Very very good experience. Hard to find builders like this.

Jack went above and beyond helping my family sort out some leaking vent pipes and transferred the warranty that the previous owner didn't do properly. I was so nervous about not having a warranty and being stuck with a repair bill but Jack was fair, honest and really went above and beyond what I expected.
I'm sure there are a bunch of great roofing companies out there but Jack and his team are all just really great people, knowledgable, responsive and obviously love their work because they do it exceptionally well.

I have an old adobe house (early 1900's) in Tesuque, up a narrow road. The roof had never been changed, and had over 8" of dirt on the roof, a classic New Mexico flat roof nightmare. This was a challenging job, to say the least, and from start to finish the team at Fiddler was professional, informative, and kind. Brenda and Jack were excellent in the set-up and quoting process, helping me to choose the correct product for our roof (TPO), and even helping and guiding me to file an insurance claim on some hail damage they identified on the roof. When the team showed up led by the lead roofer Sergio, they were efficient, skilled and innovative in dealing with the unique challenged of our particular job. Their equipment and their installation techniques are superb, and they were respectful even when the job had more headaches and hiccups than expected. They left the job site clean and complete.
I could not recommend a company more in Santa Fe/surrounding areas. I interviewed more than 10 roofers in the area, and Fiddler was clearly the choice. I look forward to using them on my Casita roof when this job is needed as well. These folks take care of you, they care, and it shows. Cant recommend them enough.

When I called I was informed they do not provide service in Farmington. I googled roofing service in farmington. A list of providers poped up. Even though I said farmington the list was deceiving and I wasted time calling companies I didn't need to.
Fiddler was very nice when I called.

Fiddler Roofing was very fast and professional. If there hadn't been an unexpected second layer of shingles to remove and give the limited light because of the time of year, they would have had the old roof removed and new roof installed in one day.

We've had Fiddler Roofing replace flat TPO roofs at two buildings and a pitched shingle roof at another. They've been extremely easy to work with and have stood by their work. The roofs look great and we're very happy to have found a high quality, reasonably priced roofing company to repair and replace future roofs. Fiddler Roofing is the only roofing company we'll be using in the future!

I called a few roofers to get estimates. Fiddler Roofing showed up right on time, did the most through inspection of any of the companies. Even took pictures and video of the damage so I could see what was wrong without having to get on the roof myself. Answered every question I had in detail. And got back to me with the estimates I asked for when they said they would.

After dealing with roofers who didn't have an estimate a week after the date they gave me, or seemed irritated by answering my questions, Fiddler Roofing was like a breath of fresh air. Friendly, professional, and reliable.

From the very start John was extremely prompt and always friendly. He showed up on time for every appointment. They completed the roof in one day and did an excellent job cleaning up. We have had rain and snow since his work was done and have had no leaks. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic! We are about a month into having our roof replaced by Fiddler Roofing and are thrilled. John was so wonderful- he even recognized that the leaking was caused by hail damage and recommended that we contact our insurance company and he came out when the inspection was done by the insurance; at no cost to us. Fiddler roofing was not the cheapest, but I didn’t want bargain basement materials on my roof. The actual roofing job was quick and easy. The workers were friendly and did a great job of cleaning. We had a small leak (around a skylight) which was fixed the next day! We have not had any problems since.
I would absolutely recommend Fiddler Roofing and John if you are having roof problems.

If you see my other reviews, you'll see I'm really, really tough. Fiddler Roofing gets my highest recommendation, and that's almost impossible to earn. Almost impossible, but John and Fiddler have truly earned it. You can't go wrong with them.
