Fiberspan Concrete Elements

Replacing our wood vigas for a second time I searched for a different solution and found fiberspan vigas. They look fantastic and indistinguishable from wood but will be permanent. I could not recommend them mote highly. It’s a great product that we wish we could have used years ago. Phil will answer any questions promptly that you may have.

Had some termite and rot issues with the original wooden viga tails. Removed them, cleaned up the opening, installed FC's mounting plates, stucco over them, repainted the house and screwed on the new FC viga tails. Very happy with the results.

Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we have had... the product is over the top (we had Vigas installed) as is the professional, personal, and expert service provided. Highly recommend, easy to chose when one looks at the alternatives. Will use again....

The viga stubs look amazing on our home. They were very easy to install. I would imagine that they'll outlast the home.

This company is great. I have been purchasing the Vigas for years and i'm a contractor and i install them on homes. I have installed probably over 300 of them from Fiberspan and my clients love them.

I was sad to need to replace the wood vigas on our home, but these replacement fiberspan vigas look better than the originals. You would never know that they are not authentic wood vigas. Perhaps the best part is the maintenance, or lack thereof. I'll be up there painting and protecting our remaining wood beams and vigas every few years, while these replacement fiberspan vigas will be worry free. I love wood, but the desert does not.

Excellent solution (at least thus far, 6 months in) and great service. Phil was great to work with and helped me find a local expert who executed the installation without issue. Wish I could do 4.5 stars as my only concern is they're pretty spendy but hoping the durability and longevity will make them a great value.

Phil was great to work with. A couple of the vigas showed up damaged and Phil took care of me without any hasell. I now have 21 beautiful, long lasting Vigas. Also, the install was very simple. had a great overall experience and would recommend Fiberspan to anyone looking for a better product than wood or fiberglass.

Our home was built in 1999 and the Viga Tails were definitely showing their age. After looking at all of the available options and speaking with Phil I was convinced the Fiberspan concrete Vigas were the way to go. Phil was very helpful in selecting the appropriate size and with some hints on the best way to install them. I did all of the work myself and I have to say the install was very easy and total time for removal of the old, rotted Vigas and install of the new Fiberspan Vigas was 2days. The look of the new Viga Tail is amazing and they really do seem as if they are real wood. I am very impressed with the quality and my only regret is that the house wasn't originally built with Fiberspan products. I highly recommend Phil and his company.

We were very lucky to run across Fiberspan while looking for replacements for our current vigas that were deteriorating. They look great and are easy to install. Just as important is the company that you are dealing with when you are making a purchase online. We had two issues that we had to overcome to get this project completed. Because of the pandemic, shipping can be a real nightmare. Phil stepped up and got everything on track and finally got our vigas delivered. The second
issue was some product damage . All it took were a couple of texted photos and replacements were shipped 2nd day no questions asked. You can't ask for any more than a great product and great customer service.

Fiberspan was wonderful to work with. Phil was very helpful and the service was excellent. The faux vigas look exactly like wood but will last indefinitely. Our Santa Fe style home was built 26 years ago without viga tails. The way new ones are up up, with an easily installed mounting bracket worked so well. They add so much to our house! Excellent Service -- Phil was very patient and informative as we went through the Q&As. We received the product and frankly none of the picture do the Viga Tails justice. I caught my wife with one of the Vigas giving it a close inspection one morning and marveling at the quality and detail of the Viga -- she was utterly impressed and even said "these dont need to be painted". We only replaced 4 that were weather worn but she said "maybe we should replace all 10". Frankly its wonderful to have such a great American Made product. Kudos to Phil and his wife for this product and company.

I have spent way too much time maintaining the wooden vigas, on our 2007 home, over the years. It was time to replace them as they were rotting and starting to fall off one at a time. While searching the internet for a better, permanent, solution I was very fortunate to come across Fiberspan! I needed them quick as I was having the stucco on my house repaired. He had them to me in a couple weeks and personally drove them to my home when the shipping company failed him. Now that was service! I highly recommend Fiberspan

We have a home built in 85 in Phoenix. The sun took it's toll and it was time to replace the Viga tails. These Fiberspan are perfect for the hot AZ sun!! Phil was helpful and went out of his way to send a replacement tail when one arrived damaged. The install was straight forward and the new tails look great! Thanks for the great service and product!

My house was built in 2001 and my wood vigas were in terrible shape by 2020. I ordered replacement vigas and they were easy to install and fit perfectly and look great. I will never have to deal with them again.

We built a southwestern style home in Southern California about 13 years ago. It was constructed with wood vigas, wood window headers and wood and copper canales. They have required significant maintenance over the years. When we decided to add a casita to our property we did not want to do the maintenance for any external wood elements. An internet search showed that simulated wood vigas, headers and canales could be ordered from a few manufacturers. We investigated these and decided to work with Fiberspan. I contacted Phil at Fiberspan and ended up ordering a number of canales, viga ends and window headers.
I can't laud Phil, his company, their service and their products enough. The canales, viga ends and window headers are all carefully crafted and very realistic. We had a shipping problem with the longest window header and when I contacted Phil he said he would take care of everything and get us a replacement header out ASAP. He did this and I was grateful not to have to deal with the shipping company. We are in the process of installing the Fiberspan products and we look forward to a lot of years with no maintenance.

We built our Santa Fe style home 11 years ago, and just discovered that our wood vigas had all rotted. We're so thankful we found Fiberspan Concrete Vigas. We removed the old ones and replaced them with the faux vigas and they look amazing! We couldn't be happier. Fiberspan has done an excellent job for us at Tierra Concepts providing quality products. We always use their concrete canalies in place of traditional wood. They look great and they perform great!

We had 7 exterior viga beams replaced this past week and We are SO pleased. Phil and I worked on the right color to blend best with our home color. He used at least 2 different molds for the vigas, so they have a very realistic look, with all the details of rings, color variation, etc. They look very realistic. We live in AZ, and his local installer was very professional. He did a beautiful job on installation, and they look like they have always been there. He was detail oriented and the final product shows his hard work and the pride he takes in a job well done. I highly recommend this company.

We could not be happier with the look of our Santa Fe style home. My husband and I decided to use Fiberspan concrete vigas and canales (scuppers) on our home. The vigas look just like real wood, you cannot even tell that they are concrete. The traditional style canale roof drains also look like real wood! It is so nice that they offered a solution to being able to have the beautiful appearance of wood, without the concerns of decay or rot. Their products are solid, durable and long lasting without compromising the aesthetics.

Fiberspan made the viga tails, canales and headers for the house I just completed building in Santa Fe. All are attractive, color true to what I wanted, and the contractors found them easy to work with and installation was easy. Even better than their attractiveness, they require no maintenance and will last longer than me! Our Fiberspan concrete canales look so beautiful on our home. I am so happy that we decided to use them, it feels so good to know that our new canales will last for many years, and with its design that wraps around the parapet to prevent leaks, I know that our home is protected from water damage.
