We are incredibly impressed with kitchen and bath by Zeus professionalism and attention to detail thus far during our bathroom remodel. The crew is always on time and great at communication when people will be coming by to complete work. Arica and the office has been wonderful and communicating the scheduling working around our availability the crew is always on time keeps the work area clean and the finishing work exceeds our expectations. Pedro has been amazing and coming back to pick up and drop off material needed during the process. Arica Designer has been very helpful and patient throughout the process with selections and detail details to ensure we are getting exactly what we want and ensuring the design is what we have envisioned and is bringing our vision to life Javier the project manager has been wonderful every step of the way and fulfilling every request we have made. I had 3 different projects (lighting, flooring, French door) and it was so convenient to be able to work with this one team and not go searching for different contractors. The contractors are all very good at what they do and did a wonderful job on my home.

Beth was an excellent project manger and made my experience very smooth. She listened to all my concerns, followed up regularly, gave guidance on the materials I had to provide, and kept the project on track.

They were upfront about costs, and reasonable. Any changes were brought to me for approval so there were no surprises.

I recently hired FD Remodeling to do my master bathroom. I was on a short timeline and they did everything possible to ensure that I was able to see the finished product before I left. Javier and his team at FD Remodeling were awesome. My wife has wanted a new kitchen for the last 7 years and I finally gave in and gave in. My wife had a vision and FD was able to make it happen. Arica Munn, designer, was amazing. She sat down with us and discuss our needs, vision and created a kitchen layout. She worked with us with several options and redesigned our plans to meet our needs. Also, Erica and Vickie at the office provided us scheduling updates such as dumpster delivery, pick ups and other work related scheduling. Our assigned Project Manager Beth was equally amazing. Beth consistently kept us informed of our scheduled work. Beth paid attention to details and the quality of work. Major home renovations don’t always go as planned, especially when opening and tearing up walls. Beth was able to adjust our plans and quickly resolve any unforeseen delays. We also worked with another Peyton (PM) while Beth was on vacation. Peyton stepped in for Beth and we were very pleased that he continued with our expectations. Both Beth and Peyton were professional and very easy to work with. FD Constructions uses their own dedicated contractors. Walter and his crew performed the demo, painting and most of the work. Jose and his cabinet crew worked quickly with quality to install our amazing kitchen cabinets. The plumbers worked fast and updated our plumbing system to our kitchen and extra bathroom. The Countertop guys were just as fast and provided quality work. The custom-made cabinetry contractors worked hard and often to ensure we received a top-notch quality countertop and beams. All of them were super nice and flexible to work with. If I noticed a concern, they immediately took action to resolved it.
I would not hessite to reach out them again if we ever move and plan on doing another renovation. Thank you to the entire FD Construction team for giving us an amazing kitchen that we are going to love entertaining our friends and family for many years.

FDR did a fantastic job on bringing my primary bathroom out of the 90’s! I chose them over others due to the timeline and design support and the option to finance, although I didn’t need it. Also, my Mother became seriously ill during the proposal process and ultimately passed. The staff were so kind and empathetic during that time especially when I had to put the project on pause. When FDR reached back out to check in to see if I was ready to start the project, it was the perfect distraction I needed. They completed the project within 6 weeks and accommodated a change to include the primary closet since it is attached to the bathroom. I did expect more help from the designer with my selections but I think I pulled it together nicely. I did appreciate the design support with the renderings. That helped with visualizing the end result. The project manager, Peyton, and lead contractor on the project, Daniel, were great partners. There could have been better communication between the designer and the on-site team. Overall, I recommend FDR for your next project. I LOVE my new bathroom!!!

We used FD Remodeling to repair our home after a pipe burst and flooded the house. They worked so fast and accurately to repair the damage. The staff were amazing. Vickie, Peyton, and Erica were so nice and understanding, answering all of my questions and explaining everything. Hopefully the next time we use them will be because of a desired remodel and not an unfortunate event as the flood/damage. We would highly recommend this company to do business with.

Dax, and his team at FD Remodeling, did an outstanding job building out my avail basement space into a sauna room, from the beginning to the end … clean up and walk through! They were all professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first experience working with their firm. Starting our second project with FD remodeling. They renovated our bathroom in our old house and they were the first ones we called when we moved into a different home!

I want to update my review again, due to the fact we had yet another failure of the exposed, undercounter wiring for the lighting in our kitchen. By the 4th round, their initial electrical worker, who I now suspect wasn’t certified or licensed, but can’t say that definitively, due to the poor quality of his work with what is typically very easy low-voltage wiring configurations that frankly, in 35 years of running electrical subs and over 20 years of pulling low-voltage Cat 5, 6, etc. EN wiring, I’ve rarely seen fail unless the sub has no idea what he’s doing. Typically in this type of wiring, the fail points are where the wiring is not punched down, or in the case of typical LED light wiring, the snap couplers are stressed, breaking contact inside the couplers. Apparently, this is exactly what happened with their “repairs”, not to mention the so-called “transformer” their first “electrician” installed, one neither I nor the competent electrician they finally sent to fix it all. Unfortunately, he had to make several trips to rectify all of the work previously not done properly. What angers me most about this is that Vickie Duran, an owner, upset she’s paying for trip after trip, decides to disavow responsibility, letting us know, in so many words, they were doing us a favor by doing electrical work they weren’t responsible for. Personally, I’ve NEVER, EVER seen low-voltage LED undercounter wiring be the cause of any failure of the system itself and my observations and personal experiences go back all the way to the initial advent of LED lighting. So based on Ms. Duran’s outrageously wrong position on their responsibilities, I’ll never use them again. I regret this, I enjoyed working with all of them, especially Javier Duran, and their flooring people, their cabinet and trim people, their painters and their drywall people are some of the most talented, competent, always going the last mile folks I’ve ever worked with or witnessed. That’s the sad part—the folks who do the work care far more about the customer than the Ms. Duran does. Unfortunately, that’s a bad combination that won’t end well for the customer. I do NOT recommend using these folks because Ms. Duran does not accept responsibility for their work and places the fault egregiously on the customer. We were not done any favors, they did not “go out of their way to accommodate us”, like we were some kind of ignorant jerks who complained wrongly about everything. That is not myself or my wife and it’s insulting, hurtful and degrading to be spoke to and treated this way.

FD did a fantastic job on our kitchen and flooring remodel. They finished in the timeframe they estimated at the beginning of the job which was great. The trades they had doing the work were great to work with and were very good about keeping things clean at the end of everyday so we could stay in the house during the remodel.

The people at FD Remodeling were helpful and professional in our kitchen remodeling process and completed in a timely manner. We are happy with the end results and would recommend them.

It is very unfortunate to have to write a poor review on a company that does good work, I am a contractor who was contracted to do a specific job to help them move the project forward. I did my job to the highest of expectations with happy homeowners. based on sight readiness
I could not drill for plumbing because there were no dimensions provided for island placement nor were plumbing lines run which means I was unable to secure the island in place. Also having pieces of flooring missing from old wall layout doesn’t help when you are expected to run shoe molding (for free!!??) I am a cabinet installation professional with almost 30 years in this specific trade, I do not bad mouth or ever put anyone down! I think it’s sad when a small company makes another small company suffer because of their own lack of communication and sight readiness.
They are refusing full payment to me because of their own mistakes

When I bought my home, I immediately knew the kitchen needed to be updated. My house was over 20 years old and everything was VERY brown. There was a high top bar that I needed lowered and the fireplace needed to be resurfaced.

I reached out to FD remodeling and Diego came out and gave me an estimate. Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can’t even tell it’s a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn’t leave so much as a speck of dust behind.

I am in love with my new kitchen.

Diego and the crew did a great job on our laundry room remodel/ LVP flooring install and garage drywall repair. They even went above and beyond by helping us deal with insurance issues while we were traveling. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dependable team for remodeling.

It seems a lot folks had really good experiences with FD remodeling. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with them. I think they could have done a good job had we been assigned a quality project manager out of the gate. However, our original project manager did a really poor job of coordinating and managing the project. There was no attention to detail which led to over half of our project having to be redone. I think we also got the bottom of the barrel sub-contractors. Many things were done incorrectly with very low end quality. Because of the project being done wrong the first go round, FD was in a constant state of trying to recoup cost which led to a number of original scope of work disputes. Those ultimately led to us having to pay a higher price to complete the project. When we hired FD, we expected to get a completely finished project without us having to fight for basic finishing touches like caulking trim, staining wood they installed, and painting walls. Our business with FD has concluded but we're still left with a number of finishing touch items that FD did not want to do (primarily painting). We basically had to fight with them all the way to the end of the project to get it 95% completed. The only saving grace for them is that they tried to recover the poor work that was done originally and they did correct a number of things that were originally done wrong. Overall, I just can't recommend them based on our experience.

Overall a fantastic experience and i will use FD again on my next project. It was a pleasure working with them

I used FD remodeling for a laundry room / Kitchen overhaul and was very pleased with the result. I was extremely impressed by how attentive to detail the crew was and how quickly the jobs were done. I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. FD Remodeling was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

We called FD Remodeling and Diego was out to us within 48 hours to go over our needs and give us a quote. We had a leak in the main shower that lead into the main bedroom. Diego worked with us to have the flooring fixed without having to rip out the entire shower walls and replace the bedroom floors as well. Diego worked with our travel schedules to make sure the work was done on time and they were there each day to work full days. During the materials process, Diego would respond to texts and general questions regarding which products were better for our situation. While at the house, we discussed other updates we were wanting and Diego was providing ideas, recommendations and pricing estimates for our knowledge. I recommend Diego and the team and will use them in the future on other updates and we come to them.

Crew came to install baseboards and crown molding, as well as repair some dry wall and hang doors. They were very professional, timely and did an overall great job. Would recommend and would use again for a future service.

Very efficient, reliable and responsive. Their work is of really good quality. Very happy with how everything turned out. Hector is an excellent project manager. Looking forward to our next remodeling project with them.

I really enjoyed working with Vickie, Javier and Diego. All were extremely responsive, communicative and a pleasure to work with. Diego was quick to address the issues that arose during project and always kept me informed of when the various work would be completed. They also have an interior designer, Melissa, who was so helpful in giving me direction with my design choices.

Like any remodeling project, it was a messy process. However, FD Remodeling worked quickly, and I am happy with the completion time and end results of the project.

We used them to change a tub to a walk in shower with a glass door barn enclosure. They were great with sealing off the workplace to reduce the amount of dust in the rest of the house. They were on time and cleaned up before leaving the day. The workmanship was excellent. Communication with the project manager was open and excellent. They had great follow-up and immediately communicated to answer any questions or request that we had. The work team was very pleasant. We would highly recommend and will definitely use again on any other house project

We loved our experience with FD Remodeling. They gutted and remodeled both our kitchen and primary bath at the same time. They asked a lot of questions to make sure all the details were what we wanted. The main difference between FD and a lot of other contracting companies, is that they sent out their contractor to assess our remodeling needs and to create the quotes. All the other companies sent out a designer and some of their ideas for how to re-configure our outdated spaces actually weren't to code. We appreciated that Javier knew how to move gas lines, walls, plumbing, etc. to create spaces that we love and are much more functional in our 1980's home. All the work was done very quickly and the contractors he worked with (for flooring, tile, counter-tops, and plumbing) were professional and did outstanding work as well. We would highly recommend them for all your contracting projects.

An old bathtub and the attached bath walls were removed, then the new bathtub and surround walls were nicely placed. Prior to them coming by I had a major faucet leak for several months and the water bill became very high. I am grateful to FD Remodeling for stopping the leak by putting in a new bath/shower valve combo and bathtub and surround walls. They also did great drywall installation. We had a large master bath remodel project and FD Remodeling did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous and took great care to keep the site clean and organized. They coordinated demo, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting services and had a project manager on site or readily available. They provided a design consultant who helped us pick out floor, wall and shower tiles. Questions were answered promptly, and while the project took slightly longer than expected we love the results. We have used FD Remodeling now twice for all of our bathroom renovations and several other little projects. Once in 2020 for our master bath complete remodel and again recently in April 2022 for our other 2 bathrooms.

FD Remodeling did the floors on the entire first floor of our home, painted the entire floor, remodeled our kitchen, installed a new sink and toilet in our powder room and redid our fire place. It was a MAJOR project that required us to research contractors for nearly 2 months. FD did an amazing job, working with Javier and Vickie was a pleasure. Though we did have a few bumps here or there (to be expected in a project of this size and scope) they were professionals, organized and always picked up the phone or called us. We even received gift cards for food when our cabinets were stuck at the Port of Savannah due to COVID. Their team wore masks at all times (a non-negotiable for us) and all in all the experience was better than expected. We plan on continuing to work with them in the future as there is plenty more to do and are already under contract to do more projects right now :) I don't think we could have asked for a better team to work with!

I’m very pleased with the installation of my stove vent hood and tile. It looks great and was very well done.

I hired FD remodeling to replace the sub floor in my bathroom, install a new shower and replace the wood frame around two windows on my deck. They were very professional did a good job with everything. I did have some concerns at the end that were quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend

I hired FD Remodeling to remodel our kitchen because we had a water leak. They had to actually tear down the whole kitchen and re-do the hardwood floors of the first level. Our fear with all these is what we had read at that time of contractors showing up now and then and taking forever to finish the work. Our experience couldn't be more different. Javier and Jose were always on top of things, doing what they say they would do and whenever they said. They finished on time, good quality and good price too.
If I would have to do it again for sure it would be with them. And if I have to remodel something else I will surely call FD Remodeling.

FD Remodeling was great from start to finish. Diego was here to estimate right on time. Turnaround on the estimate was quick and they beat our expectations in being ready to squeeze our job in right away. Elza did a great job with our tile. As he did on a separate job a year ago for us. In and out on schedule and the work looks great! This is our second time using FD and we will use them again!

Vickie, Javier and their crew did a great job updating my kitchen backsplash and smoothing out some drywall areas. Everyone was very responsive and answered all my questions or concerns. I plan on remodeling my master bath in the future and will be using FD Remodeling again.

I've had smaller projects from other contractors be complete nightmares. FD Remodeling really made it seamless. Javier, Mike and their crew did an amazing job renovating our new home. They replaced the carpet with new flooring and baseboards, updated all our bathrooms, installed stone on our fireplace, updated our kitchen with a custom island and built custom barn doors to close off my office. Javier and Mike were good at keeping communication open as the job progressed. Their crews are prompt and polite. We are thrilled with the improvements.

Highly recommend FD Remodeling! From the first contact, they were responsive, helpful, and communication was wonderful. Vickie answered all questions quickly and kept us up to date with delivery of materials and scheduling. We had Javier and his crew knock down our deck and rebuild a new one, as well as replace our french doors. We were updated each day with the progress, the crew was wonderful, polite and efficient. We will definitely be using them again for our next project.

With respect for social distancing and daily cleanup I was able to work with FD remodeling to complete our bathroom remodeling during the Covid-19 pandemic. State restrictions delayed and slowed the pace of work, but we completed the project in less than 30 days.

Quality: FD's tile person was amazing. The quality of work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

Value: FD Remodeling's quote was substantially less than the other two contractors I contacted. Nevertheless - I was pleased with the quality of their work. Even though their quote didn't include the tile, bathroom components, and tub. My total cost, even with my purchase of some higher end items, was still only 70% of the nearest quote I received.

Professionalism: Their foreman was well dressed and friendly. The crew was friendly with at least one person speaking English for each visit. They laid covering to protect our floors and barriers to protect from dust. There was one trash pick up. You may find yourself needing to dispose of some of the trash yourself.

Responsiveness/punctuality: Considering the restrictions during this time they were always on time and completed the job in a reasonable number of days.

Overall I was very pleased and I plan to contact this company again when I redo my kitchen.

Javier was responsive and explained anything and everything I wanted to know throughout the process, this was my first home renovation, so I had lots of questions. The work that Javier and his team did was incredible. They brought all of my Pinterest inspirations to life within my budget. I did not stay at my condo during the time of the project, but every time I went to visit progress was made. The team went above and beyond their job, even helping me carry crates of paint samples up the stairs, and helping my brother carry my washer/ dryer up stairs. These guys do it all, and if I were you I'd let them! You wont be disappointed!

Javier and FD Remodeling were top notch! Javier always either answered his phone, or returned my call/text promptly. He started the work on time, and left the job site clean at the end. The work crew was respectful, skilled and cheerful. I updated my kitchen and bathroom and refinished my hardwood floors in a 1950's house. It all looks great!

FDRemodeling was a God sent!! We had water damage in our kitchen and had to get it remodeled and we found FDRemodeling to do the work. They were absolutely amazing! I love that Javier and Mike brought my vision of what I wanted the kitchen to look like to life! And their communication, attention to detail, kindness, and quality of work were superb. Now my kitchen is my favorite place to be in my house!

We could not be any happier with the job that Javier and his team did. We had our bathroom demoed before they showed up and they took the time to correct some things that were wrong before ever starting. Javier was very attentive and responsive to any questions or requests that we had. The guys that worked on our bathroom were very meticulous and treated it like their own home. We had one minor issue with the shower glass after it was installed and Javier was paid, yet he made sure that the issue was corrected. We will definitely use Javier and his team again.

I highly recommend Javier and his team. I cannot imagine finding a company that could provide the level of quality work. professionalism and reliability they provided for such a fair price. From the time I called to inquire about an estimate, they were a pleasure to work with. They worked very quickly while paying close attention to detail & were always prompt, thorough and left no mess behind. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We are so pleased with our guest bath remodel and are looking forward to working with them for our master bath project. You won’t regret working with them!

We had Javier and his team come to retile our kitchen, and it wasn't an easy job. It had a few layers of flooring including vinyl and tile, and the floor itself was very uneven. Javier and his team did such a good job. They leveled the floor to perfection and then installed the tile beautifully. They finished the job with a transition to the existing 1960s hardwoods that was so beautifully done. When I needed some last minute help with the drywall, they were eager to help and completed the job beautifully

Javier and his men remodeled my master bath to include removing tile, cabinets, fixtures, shower and toilet and replacing all. The job was done to perfection in a timely way. Each day, the workers cleaned up after their work. The team is honest and trustworthy as I was not at home during the renovation. The price of the renovation was reasonable as I had several estimates.
