Faulkner Restoration is amazing! We were dealing with a LOT of issues caused by water damage. Our drywall, flooring, and a cabinet were impacted. They worked seamlessly with our home insurance from start to finish. Huge thanks to Justin and the team for taking weight off our shoulders during this stressful time! Justin Woolbright is an absolute delight to work with. He kept me informed and updated on a regular basis. Very please with my home repairs from storm damage and rain damage.

Eric and Faulkner Construction did an excellent job restoring my kitchen from water damage. They were professional and timely. Their pricing was reasonable and they worked closely with me and the insurance company. I’m 79 and never felt like they were taking advantage of me. I would highly recommend them.

Our basement flooded and this company was phenomenal! Communication was fantastic with each team, all of the workers were excellent in every way. Justin really helped guide us and was amazing at informing us and communicating every step of the way! Our basement looks better than before it flooded!

I worked with Eric, one of the project managers and he was there to answer any insurance questions I had from the very beginning and made sure i understood and felt comfortable with the entire process. He was always available to answer my calls and was great at communicating next steps. All the workers who showed up to my home were respectable, arrived on time and made sure they left the area clean. I’m 100% happy with the work.

We were very pleased with the service we received after a water leak in our home. They dried out the wet areas and then repairs drywall and painted as well as replacing hardwood floors. They were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them.

When I came in for information, Taylor Faulkner was the MOST friendly employee I’ve ever encountered. She was so knowledgeable about the subject matter, that when I walked out, I felt like I could restore the entire house myself. My basement flooded last Summer, everything was trashed.
We had them redo the floors and haul everything out. Gabe was very helpful, doing most of the coordinating and whatnot. Very handy team, would recommend Faulkner to anyone with water damage, they got it done very quickly.

Faulkner is the absolute best! They’ve saved our kitchen/bath/guest bedroom not once, but twice in the same year! We had two separate water issues, and both times Faulkner Restoration came out immediately and repaired all of our damages in a very timely fashion. Their employees were very friendly! The owner, Mike, is a great guy who really cares about his employees. His assistant Ryan, was also very helpful. All the techs that I worked with in the field were well trained and thorough. Didn't really know any of the people at the office, but everything runs smoothly there, and its a great way to stay in shape

What can I say, Justin the Project manager we worked with was beyond dependable. I don’t know what my wife and I would have done if he wasn’t fighting for us with the insurance company! The insurance adjuster was trying to punk us and Justin saved the day, 100% recommend Faulkner Restoration and Justin!

Avoid Faulkner restoration! Not sure if they are dishonest or incompetent but either way I would advise you stay away. There are many reputable restoration companies in Indianapolis and even on the southside. Go elsewhere!!!

Had to have roof on a very old house replaced due to high winds from spring storms. Mr. Means was very honest and prompt. Kept his word on price and when he would start. Would always use his company for restoration.

We had our house flood twice in one year. After the first flood we made the mistake of calling the wrong company! We learned all about terrible service. After the second flood we did our research and called Faulkner Restoration! We were so pleased with the service we received. Faulkner came quickly and got our house back to a safe, liveable condition and then went above and beyond with us on making the house look better than ever. The staff was all friendly and so knowledgeable and knew how to best communicate with the insurance company so that I did not have to fumble being the middleman. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

This company continues to disappoint. They replaced my floor, and did so poorly. The installed floor is now damaged because of how it was installed.

After many conversations, they came out to investigate and brought their flooring expert. The flooring expert explained why the issue was occurring and stated “we will put together a plan to correct this and get back with you.” Also verified what flooring I had and how much extra I had stored.

A few days later I was sent an email stating they decided to do nothing. Then mocked me on my response to being disappointed.

Just a moment ago today they decided to misdial and call me, mistaking me for another customer. What a wonderful reminder to how unlucky I have been to have trusted them, and how unfortunate it is someone else is about to make the same mistake.

I manage multiple condos in the Indianapolis area. I speak with Ryan Uhls daily regarding water remediation, mold, drywall, repairing interiors of condos etc.

If you want a quick response and QUALITY PROFESSIONAL service, look nice further.

After having water damage to my floor I contacted USAA and they recommended Faulkner Restoration! They were very professional and personable and Trent did an amazing job removing the old flooring and replacing it . He was professional, polite and conscientious! I couldn't be happier with the finished product! I would highly recommend this company!

These are top notch professionals who will get the job done to the best of their abilities. In one instance they brought in flooring people with over 90+ years of experience between the two of them, and I couldn't be more stoked about the work they did. These guys are just great, and that's all there is to it. Give them a call if you need repairs, and you won't be disappointed.

I had a huge problem under a house I was selling. Mold and termite damage. Timing was important because I had a buyer waiting. So I had a quote within a few hours and the guys started work within a day or so. I just did the final crawl through and they went above and beyond what they said they were going to do. Very professional and they kept the site cleaned up after every day. Thanks to Ryan, Brad, Roberto, and a few other guys on the job!

Had significant water damage in bedroom due to bad roof leak. As soon as I called, they were right on it! Tarped the roof so no further damage would occur. Removed damaged plaster from ceiling and walls. GREAT GROUP OF GUYS!!!! Russell was great getting all taken care of. Very pleased with all they have done! I highly recommend their team!!!

Faulkner Restoration is located on the first floor of the Nest building. They are IICRC certified water damage restoration experts. A great company with a purpose-driven mindset.

They dry gooder than the other compny I used before. Guy named Ryan seemed sharp as a tack. Now, that doesn’t mean he is literally sharp. It is an idiom commonly used in the English language to insinuate that he is intelligent.
