Very helpful and friendly. Love that there is a 24 hour hotline for emergencies. They came to my home at 10:30pm to check out my AC.

Justin wore covers over shoes, completed work efficiently, showed me details of the air conditioner service, courteous, and taught me a new trick on the thermostat.

Our a/c heating installation was flawless. Professional and courteous to the max. Every question was answered in a manner that was informative. The cleanup was beyond expecting, and the install time was much shorter than anticipated.

By far the worst experience I have had with any service provider. I had them come take a look at a brand new water heater that was not delivering hot water.
1. They gave a 4-hour window from and still showed up 45 mins late
2. I told them to charge me for the visit and not my tenant, but the technician gave my tenant no option other than for her to pay it
3. THEY DID NO DIAGNOSTICS AT ALL the technician simply took some photos of the water heater charged $109 to do so and then they sent me a quote for over $2,000 to replace the water heater with a $500 water heater

The water heater was new and all that was needed was a new Heating Element which is less than $50!!

Got a second quote from Mike Faszold on a new HVAC system. Thank goodness we did. $6K less than the first quote and Mike has the knowledge and experience we were looking for to guide us in making the right choices on equipment. The installation was quick and flawless, we just passed city inspection. Thanks!

Michael was on time for our appointment and was friendly and professional. First asked if he could talk with me and then ask questions concerning how comfortable my present system was. Asking about humidity and hot and cold spots, etc. Then he proceeded to discuss a couple of his products and the differences. Answered all questions that I had. He then went down and took pictures and measurements and went outside and did the same.
He was able to give me a quotes for a couple different options and explain how long installation would be and how soon they would be able to install.
He also gave me his number where I could call and question any differences I saw in other bids or any questions I had about his bid. He was able to clear up a question I had once getting another bid.
I appreciated the fact that he explained the differences in systems, explain the differences in rebates, etc.
I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a new HVAC system

I called Faszold this morning because I was concerned that my humidifier was not working and I needed a visit for routine maintenance on my new furnace. Faszold was able to schedule a technician for today. He was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything that he did to the unit. He also provided pictures and had some suggestions for how to run my humidifier. I am more than satisfied with the service I received. Our A/C was having problems staying on. I called Faszold and they sent someone out the same day. Service Tech Anthony determined the problem and our A/C was up and running within an hour. Anthony was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and took the time to help educate us on what the issue at hand was. Happy customer here!

I came home to my furnace not working, after talking through my issue with the overnight technician he reassured me I would get a phone call the next morning when normal business hours resumed. I actually received a call 10 minutes before they opened for the day! I was very fortunate that a technician was available right away and my furnace was fixed before 9:30 am. The technician was very honest and upfront with my issue and fixed my furnace in very little time. I have always been impressed with their professional and expertise.

My technician , Chase Found that I had a gas leak while servicing my air conditioner for the summer. He stayed here while the gas company came. He was very thorough cleaning my air conditioner, Chase, I Think you need a raise!

The technician called to update me on his arrival time. He covered his shoes to prevent tracking anything on my carpet. He performed a very thorough maintenance check on my furnace and A/C. My A/C was not working when he arrived, but he quickly found the failed component and got me going again. As always, very happy with the professionalism and fair value I receive from Faszold. Now that they are part of Classic Aire Care, I have to change my review. I called them in October to schedule my fall tune up under my maintenance contract. They gave me a December 29th date. Unfortunately I encouraged my daughter to purchase a maintenance contract from them. She did so and ended up paying $900 for A/C service with another firm because Faszold said they were booked and could not get to her for a few days. SO MUCH FOR SERVICE PRIORITY. There committment to taking care of their loyal customers has ended.
