I was so fortunate that my neighbor was getting a new roof and asked me if I wanted an estimate (I live in a townhome). I said yes and long story short, insurance paid to replace my 20 year old roof because it had wind and hail damage!

I chose to use the roofer that inspected my roof, contracted out by Farm and Lille Construction. I can't say enough good things about the owner of Farm and Lillie, Kristen Guy, and the company.

The job was done well and very efficiently. I had extremely minor damage done to a dead tree shrub that I was using for an exterior light base. I had previously purchased several light globes to use in the dead tree base (you had to see it, it looked cool). The damage to the dead tree base now prevented me from using it with my light globes to create my outdoor lighting.

Most contractors (I deal with contractors a lot) would have laughed in my face when I asked for compensation for the now useless light globes. Not only did Kristen reimburse me for the light globes, her son, a landscaper, came over and cut down the dead tree shrub and planted a beautiful hydrangea (my choice) in its place!

I would definitely use this company again, and I highly recommend them for new roofs!

Farm and Lillie has recently put a roof on my home. They did a professional job ! They had to tear off the old roof and install the new one also cleaned everything in one day .
