It was impressive to watch them work so skillfully. My neighbor had a very expensive Ferrari car that was untouched by the discarded materials thrown from the roof. I also took special notice of how Mike did a complete walk thru and picked up by hand very small particles that easily would have just blown away.

Work was done speedily and timely with again a testament to their quality performances.

Tyler and his team replaced the roof on my 50+ year old pole barn. In 2020 they replaced the roof on my home. I knew then I would eventually call him for the pole barn. Everything was professionally delivered and set up in record time with no headaches. I live in Milford. I highly recommend Fadely Roofing & Sheet Metal.

Just got home from work this afternoon and the first thing I see when I pull up is an absolutely beautiful green metal roof! Tyler and his guys did an absolutely amazing job! High winds blew off the ridge vent on a short section of my 3 yr old home. Rain was expected within 48 hrs and damage from water was inevitable. I had three people come out to give me a quote. Tyler Fadeley was the only one that went on the roof to measure for materials he’d need, while he was up there he did a temporary repair that would get me through the rain till he could come back. I hadn’t even committed to anything yet. His quote was the same as the others and he took pity on me when I asked a favor. I needed exhaust vents covered so birds could not get in and I’m afraid of heights. He brought the parts down from the roof so I could make the changes and he re-installed them for me, no extra charge. He even made recommendations on how to do it so I didn’t make another problem while fixing the bird problem. A real gentleman. Thank you Tyler!

Tyler and his guys did a superb job on my chimney flashing repair.
Communication was top notch from initial contact to after the repair. He was always available and courteous.
He showed up on time to assess the repair and gave me a low to top end price range on what it could end up being.
On the day of the job, he and his crew showed up when he said and worked into darkness to get it completed.
He gave me honest input on the poor job that had been done in the past and what was needed make it right. Even though it wasn’t a $12k new roof, he treated me as if it was.
Like others reviews state, the cleanup during/after the job was very impressive.
There was nothing left behind.
Looks like I have found a roofer, not just a “roofer”.

I had a small hole in my roof that needed attention. I called multiple roofing companies and Fadely was not only willing to do the job quickly but also gave me a great price. It’s hard to find people who take pride in there work these days but Fadely co. Roofing were professional, polite, fast and hard working. They even took care of a few other things that needed attention while they were here. I’ll not waste my time looking for another roofing company again. These guys are great!

Man of his word. I'm editing, and updating because now the entire job is finished. From Start(previous review) he showed up when he said he would. And we put him off 9 months while we finished saving $ for the job. And he was prepared. They did the job Quickly, Professionally, and left the jobsite cleaner than when they arrived!!! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the work that Fadely Co. Roofing & Sheet Metal did for me!!!!

Tyler is very fair in his pricing. GAF certified. We are also very pleased with his service. His crew did installation and thoroughly cleaned up. He contacted us to perform the installation earlier than planned. True professional!

I called this company on the recommendation of an employee. Tyler answered right away and we agreed to set up a time later in the evening. Once the time was set up, he arrived on time and asked me questions about the problem and then went right to work. Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable and communicated clearly everything that was happening. After repairing some spots on the roof he let me know what to look for and to call him if the problem wasn’t resolved. Unfortunately my problem returned but I is not related to the roof. I would highly recommend using this company. They will be my first call if I ever have a roofing problem in the future.

It was a pleasure to work with Tyler and his crew on another project. They completed a rather tricky siding project yesterday (May 31, 2024). I am absolutely delighted with the work performed. The siding looks great. Tyler’s and his crew were so helpful and once again gave good advice. His pricing is always fair and this project as previous ones was performed in a professional manner. Professional service in every aspect of their work. Superior qualiy materials used, from the underlayment to the roof vent caping system. Pricing is the absloute lowest that I expected to pay. Large and highly skilled workers insured the project would be completed in the shortest amount of time.
One of the most importance parts of this project was not having pay any upfront money and then paying only after completion and we were satisfied with the whole job.
