Best Ace Hardware - Harrington, DE

On Tuesday 6/17/2025, I went in to Ace Hardware in Harrington, De.to purchase light bulbs. I took in my old bulb in a box. The salesman asked if I needed help (and I did). He took me right to them and found the one I needed! The young lady at the ckout counter was very kind and friendly as well.

This Ace store is excellent, they always have the things in looking for and have helpful associates. Good small town hardware store.

One of our favorite places to shop. They are the only place in town that carries our brand of dog food for a very decent price. They also carried our favorite tomato plants....we bought them out. Lol Friendly helpful staff and very clean stire

Great hardware store with a good variety of products. I went to Advance Auto across the parking lot, and their 3/8" fuel hose was $.99 per inch. The employee there recommended I try ACE. The employee at ACE was very helpful, and the same 3/8" fuel hose was only $2.39 per foot here. The store was organized and well priced. Highly recommended.

The staff have always been helpful and friendly. They have a little bit of everything. A lot of the items might be cheaper at Lowes but I find the convenience of Ace worth the difference in price especially when I can get assistance at Ace and at Lowes you have to play the "Where's Waldo" game to find an employee.

Great inventory with knowledgeable friendly people. You might be interested that they have things in stock the "big box" stores don't.

I love Ace Hardware. But all stores are not created equal since they are franchised. When I think of a hardware store of think of nails by the pound and sprinkler replace heads for your in ground system. This Ace (some do) had neither. If I wanted to buy a package of three screws when you only need two I could go anywhere. They did have a lot of people (4) working on the floor which is always a good think. Going to have to work a bit to get that fifth star from me.

Great staff, they are there to help, not just stand around , they know there product Well. Well stocked store. Good location.

They have everything you would need to landscaping to painting and fixing up things the staff is always super helpful and it’s managed really well come here if you need anything to fix up your house!

Hey what can I say it's Ace hardware they have everything if they don't have it you probably don't need it

Whenever I need hardware this is where I go. Most of the folks there are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help.

Greets people coming in and has the best customer service. Unlike home depot and Lowe's, they have better prices and this particular one is the best place to go for smaller home projects and such. Always go here before Lowe's or Home Depot for all my projects.
