John Ho at EZ Contracting has done my property renovations and updates for years now. Not only is John honest and hard-working, but a kind and wonderful person to work with. Over the years, he added rooms onto my home, opened up the living space on the main level, updated my kitchen, updated my bathrooms, done exterior hardscaping including building - with a foundation on a slope - a patio, gazebo, fire pit, and walkways. Plus put in a fence and put on a new roof. My house recently went on the market and sold in five days at a significant price over asking. I attribute that quick, bonus sale to the beautiful craftsmanship and care that John put into my home. His prices are incredibly reasonable. EZ Contracting is great!

EZ Contracting did a fantastic job converting an old bathroom into a handicap accessible bathroom. I strongly recommend John and his group for any renovation or addition to your home. He quoted us for a rear addition of a bedroom on the top level, with a screened in porch directly below. To us, it seemed like a huge project, John was confident and reassuring throughout the entire process, and his team made it look easy. He was the most reasonably priced quote we received for this addition, there were no hidden costs or pop up expenses that we were surprised by. We paid for what we were quoted for to the dollar, and his payment plan was broken up in milestones so we paid a portion of the cost along the way, with the last payment due when final inspection and walk through was complete. John and his team by far provided the most efficient and high quality contracting experience we have ever witnessed. His team was here daily, inspections with the county were scheduled and passed quickly. His team handled the details of the finishing pieces beautifully (door knobs, paint color, railings, ceiling fans, etc). One of the delivery truck drivers from Home Depot messed up our neighbors yard dropping off some cement, when Home Depot was unresponsive in fixing it (despite much effort on our part), John and his team took care of it. We were so pleased that we have already asked him to work other projects in our home. Trustworthy, honest, experienced. Incredibly impressed with this group, would recommend this team to work on your home over anyone else.

We just had our bathroom remodeled by EZ Contracting Group and could not be happier. John and his team were professional, responsive, creative and quick! He answered every question quickly, from the initial quote to when we had random questions in the tile store and needed advice. We had several quotes for the work and John not only came by twice to talk through options, but he gave us ideas we hadn’t even considered that resulted in a bigger bathroom! And EZ was fast: they completed a top to bottom bathroom renovation in less than two weeks. Two weeks! No corners were cut, everything was done as we asked and then some. The finished product is bright, airy, beautiful and so well done. We plan to use John and his team for future projects as well.

We'd like to share our fantastic experience with John Ho and EZ Contracting! What started out as a bathroom remodel turned into a major renovation once we saw the dedication, hard work, and craftsmanship of EZ Contracting. On the first day they showed up when expected and treated our home like their own. They protected the floors with tarps, set up electric tools outside, and even put up with our bossy little dog who was 'supervising' the whole time. Each day they left the project as tidy as possible so we weren't left with exposed electrical wires or other hazards. The expert tile work is truly amazing and is the centerpiece of the new bathroom! We also had them tear out some old tile in the entry way and they perfectly matched hardwood to the existing floor, which was then sanded and refinished with an updated stain, showing no signs of the old tile. Two new exterior doors were replaced, all upstairs walls were expertly repainted, and 10 recessed lights were installed in the living room and dining room to make it look like a new, beautiful home! Every detail was covered, every inch and corner was perfect, the work truly exceeded our expectations! Mr. Ho was a pleasure to work with, having years of experience in this area he was able to offer helpful suggestions and provided us with ideas throughout the process. We would highly recommend EZ Contracting for all your remodeling needs and would happily hire them again for future projects!

So during that last bad thunderstorm I heard some dripping coming from behind a wall on my top floor and when I went into the crawlspace I saw dripping coming from the chimney.

Contacted these guys about it and they had it fixed in under an hour early the next day. Very fast response time and an even faster repair time. Really happy to have used them and I'll definitely be using them in the future.

As it turned out, the previous homeowners had used some aluminum foil to patch up a hole in the chimney. Big surprise, it didn't last.
