EY has been amazing! I first reached out there years ago to check on the condition of my roof. Yuri advised me that I still had a few years and did not try to up sell me. A few years later I referred them to my neighbor. They did a beautiful job! So when it came time to do mine I reached back out to Yuri. He was so helpful the entire job. From helping me find financing, to scheduling around other projects I had going on. His crew worked very hard to get my whole roof done in 2 days! They cleaned up very well. Great to work with from start to finish! After getting 9 bids (yeah, I know) last Fall, finally decided to upgrade my roof. Heard about EY Contractors from a customer at my job. Glad she told me about them! Of the numerous contractors we received bids for, their offer was the most reasonable.

Eduardo and Yuri were great to work with. Complete transparency from the time the crew showed up to when they collected payment. Anytime an issue came up during the demolition phase, I’d get a text or a knock on the door and we’d discuss what option would be best for us and most cost effective.

Very respectful of our home and our time. Unfortunately their roof will likely last forever so I won’t need them again for that! But they do gutters, too! And I’ll likely need that done soon, too.

For being a smaller operation compared to some of the larger roofing companies we called, the project was very much affordable. Y’all did a fantastic job!

EY Contractors did a great job on our roof replacement with quality products and quality installation. The team was courteous, friendly and I'm very pleased with the updated look to the house. I was able to go up on the roof when they were completed and see the workmanship. They added several ventilation points to our 1985 home.

You will not go wrong selecting EY. Their bid was about $1000 less than 2 other similar bids and $6000 less than one outrageous bid. They have all the modern and digital tools for the quote, invoicing and payments and they delivered the warrenty as soon as the job was completed. This is a great team doing great work and they should be proud of how they present themselves as well as follow through with what they said they would do. Yuri is a very good communicator and kept me up to speed on the entire process. He even came back 3 months later to check a separate gutter issue we had and fixed it on the spot.

They replaced my old roof with TPO membrane with new plywood boards at a reasonable price. The most important thing is the service after the installation - they were still responsive and came to address the problems I encountered. One example is the new skylight they installed leaked and Yuri (the owner) came immediately: He investigated and covered the skylight with a tarp and suspected it was the skylight hardware problem. On the next day, his tech came to confirm. A few days later, they came with the skylight rep (Velux). The fourth time, they replaced it with a new skylight.

I highly recommend EY. Good price, good service, and responsive. A strong 5 stars.

I have had many experiences with contractors of all types of work on my home. EY Contractors are by far the best experience I’ve ever had! They are extremely price competitive and their knowledge of their product is amazing! That being said, what sold me was there excellent communication skills and prompt responses to every question I had. They kept us informed on every step in the process. Edmondo and Yuri “EY” the owners were extremely friendly as was their crew. We were always greeted with big smiles! They were always on time and completed the job in a timely manner, cleaning up after each day. I would hire them again without question! My new roof and seamless gutters look amazing!!!

Once we signed the contract with EY, they worked with our holiday schedule (we did the job near Christmas). On a roofing job, there is always the challenge of rain in Seattle. EY’s communication was terrific and job was done quickly and meticulously.

EY Construction was very clear about the est, Yuri explained how much everything cost even any possible growth. They were fast, great quality, great roof.

Yuri patiently answered all of our questions and even did a follow up presentation after the initial quote. We had some storm damage repaired by another company and were told that we needed a new roof as we had extensive water damage to the plywood all around the eaves of our 10 year old house - we were stunned. We were further stunned to get an estimate from that company of nearly 24k!

We heard about EY from friends and gave Yuri a call for an estimate. He came by the next day and gave us an estimate of nearly 10k less plus a 50 year warranty. A few days later we had a great looking roof!

You can tell the crew works hard and are very Conscientious with their work. I have no problem passing their name to others. After 3 bids and comparing apples to apples their bid was the best value. When looking for a contractor for roof and gutter project we had a couple quotes from others who were trying to get us to pay double, only lowering the price to what EY quoted when we didn't want to sign with them. Having this company give us the honest price first and not try to upsell the service along with great customer support made them the obvious. The workers were all super nice and the company responds quickly! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Yuri's professionalism and experience in the business made us choose EY over 3 other contractors/quotes.The estimate, the explanation of the work, the installation and clean up after all the work was done was seamless. I was so thrilled with my experience with EY Contractors from initial contact, consultation, bid, in-progress to completion. Yuri and his team are exceptional, professional, communicative and very competitive compared with several bids I had received. We had our old torch down roof and built in gutters replaced with a metal/TPO combo (TPO for the flat part) as well as external gutters with leaf guards. There was a minor issue were I wasn’t totally happy with the TPO portion because of the age and geometry of my roof and Yuri worked with me to make sure everything was modified to our liking at no extra fee. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly. Thank you team!

About a week ago I had gutters replaced on my split level home. Yuri came out to give me an estimate and it was very competitive to the other estimates I received. His crew came out on time and were done 3 hours later. I'm very pleased with the job and wouldn't hesitate to call him for other projects.
