Extreme Roofing & Construction - Ruidoso Downs, NM

Extreme Roofing installed a new roof in December 2019 as we purchased our townhome. We noticed 6 months later that there seemed to be a water stain along the chimney so notified the company. Someone came out and said it may just have been some silicone used that made it appear shiny along the ceiling/wall joint, then left with no action. Over the next 6 months, the stain worsened and paint began to sluff off. Once again called several times, and someone eventually came out to check saying there was a leak by the chimney so put a diverter on the roof, said they sealed it and repainted. We again noticed a leak in the same location about 6 months later so called their office multiple times, finally speaking with Maria who said she would let the owner (Fernando) know. Over 4-5 weeks, no one returned our calls and when we again called the office, calls went unanswered (2-3 per week). We notified our complex of the issue and the need to take Extreme Roofing off the recommended list for services. Due to the continuing damage to our walls now with black mold and sluffing paint 3 feet down the corner from the ceiling, we contracted with another reputable roofer to repair the work done by Extreme Roofing. We later found out that several other customers have had the same experience with this company with no resolution.

Extreme Roofing did a great job removing and replacing my roof and sky lights. Fernando is personable and professional. They payed attention to detail and even painted my vents to match my new roof. Extreme Roofing is very competitive with their pricing and did the job right. My new roof looks awesome and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer.
