We called Sky in a panic late on a Friday afternoon with a potential roof issue on the house we’re buying. We had about 24 hours to make a decision on whether or not to proceed with the house. Sky reviewed the photos and our inspection report and promptly called us to discuss his thoughts on the condition of the roof. He went above and beyond to help us make the best decision and understand what would need to be done with the roof. We are so impressed with the time he took to help us and won’t use anyone else for our roof work. Sky is knowledgeable, honest, and so helpful! We are so grateful to have found him!
