Eric, the owner, is very professional and cordial. The gutters to our Ohana House were overdue being cleaned. Literally, we could have grown vegetables out the gutters. But more importantly, the Ohana House was the first building on our property to be built. Keeping gutters and roofs clean especially in Kamuela where it rains a lot is very important. But iwth an older home on property...even more so. With stuffed up gutters rain water can back up into the ceilings of homes causing more damage than needed. We're grateful we found Exterior Pros and especially lucky that he lives in our neighborhood, too. Eric will be our "go to" for other work, too. Professional, trustworthy and fare-priced. Eric and Tina pressure washed the roof, decks and fence today which took about 4 hours. They showed up within fifteen minutes of when they committed to and got to work right away. They did everything they promised to do at the price quoted and did a very good job.
We would recommend them to anyone in need of on-site pressure washing services and are on a first call basis with us for any future work.

Exterior Pros 808 exceeded our expectations in many ways. Outstanding communication skills, they were on time, professional, and thorough. It is sometimes hard to find providers in Waimea (Kamuela), so we were so glad that Exterior Pros 808 could help us.

We were so impressed with Exterior Pros. We were in a time crunch and they came out on a Sunday. They cleaned the exterior and windows in and out. Made a huge difference and the price was very reasonable for the work they accomplished. Will definitely use them again.

Both Eric and Tina are great to work with. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to speak to a live person - Tina, when you call, instead of a recording. EP confirms the appointment by calling the day before. We had to postpone the job a week due to the high winds and EP called to postpone because they were concerned. EP uses chemicals and with the high winds they didn't want the spray getting onto the neighbors property.

Eric addressed our concerns before starting the work and reviewed the job that he was performing on the house. Eric was very professional and pleasant and fun.

We had other friends who hired EP for their services and were very pleased with the workmanship. We highly recommend!

We live on the wet side of Waimea, and in the past have hired another company to regularly power-wash our driveway, about 1,000 linear feet of vinyl fencing and roof/home. When the other company went out of business, we gave Exterior Pros a call. Though their fee was a slightly higher than what we've paid in the past, the quality of work and professionalism was well worth it. I appreciated the consideration Eric took in using a different solution and cleaning method to preserve the life of whatever he was cleaning. Rather than blasting our home (and paint) with the power-washer, he used a solution to remove the mildew so that he just needed a soft rinse to clean the painted surfaces, and avoid damaging the paint as much as possible. Eric is very service and quality oriented, and we've already recommended him to our friends and family.

Oh my !!! Amazing new look........I live on the wet side and the house was painted 5 yrs ago and the typical mold and fungal growth on the wet side had really aged the look of the house.. the powerwash job and gutter cleaning and window cleaning make the house look like it did 5 yrs ago when we painted. I am getting ready to list the house and the job he did amazed me. I highly recommend him. The cost seemed more that reasonable. I have a lot of plants around the house and he protected them and they look like they did before he power washed ....amazing job!!!
