Before and after pictures. They replaced our siding and gutters. Oh my God!! They were great! Our house could easily be a model home. Not only were they professional, EVERY day when they left, you couldn't tell that they were even there. They cleaned up every evening before they left. The project advisor and project supervisor were in contact with us daily, and that meant a lot to us.

Excellent price. Installers for the replacement of both siding and gutters/downspouts were extremely professional. Exterior Heroes was easy to work with, professional, attentive to details, and had exactly the siding that we wanted.

I want to give a Hugh shout out to Heather in the office for helping me when no one else would. I had a small repair that needed taken care of as soon as possible. I just had some exterior work done on my house by Exterior heroes and let me tell you, it has been a great experience. I called another large company and they said my job was too small for them but I knew this was not a job to leave to an amateur. Kyle came out and gave me a very accurate quote. Kyle kept me informed on materials ETA and scheduled me ASAP. I am very happy with the work that was completed and there was no mess left over for me to clean! I highly recommend calling Exterior heroes for any of your Exterior home needs.

Very happy with the work Exterior Heroes did for us in April! They put in SmartLP siding and replaced all of our windows. They kept in touch throughout the process, so we felt like we knew what was going on. When complications came up during the project due to rot under our old siding, they discussed solution options with us and were transparent and reasonable about cost.

Eddie and his crew were great and did a fantastic job on both the siding and the windows. They were quick to address our concerns throughout the process, and were flexible to work around our various life and family schedules. When we did the final walk through, Eddie was quick to address anything that came up during that process.

Very disappointed called to get estimate for a trim project with possible roof replacement, I felt like a problem from the minute I called. I called another company and was able to schedule quickly. Would prefer locally owned, however I also want to feel valued like your wanting to earn my business. If your looking for a company that wants to earn your business save time and don't bother with this place.

I was really excited to work with exterior heroes. Their reviews talk about their exemplary customer service, and Heather is wonderful, professional, and great at communication.
They came out and took a look at our project, and promised an estimate " in a couple of weeks.
I don't mind waiting if their schedule is backed up, but I do appreciate good communication and follow through. I called after a couple of weeks and was promised an estimate within 24 hours. I received nothing. Not a phone call, not an email to tell me what's next.
I'm disappointed, because they had some really good solutions for our issues. If they can't get a quote to me in a timely fashion, or communicate if there's an issue, I'm worried what it would be like to actually work with them to get the project done. No follow-through. Not good.

These guys are great! They replaced our home's siding and some of the old wood trim that was beginning to rot. They use high quality materials and top notch installers. The work was done as promised and clean up was done well. All for a good price!

Well, yesterday the garage roof project was completed.
Everything flowed like clockwork; the dumpster arrived around 12:30pm, and the roofers came soon after.

The overall project took about four hours, which was excellent considering there was two layers of shingles that had to be removed. I don't know much about roofs, but everything looks nice and tidy up there, so I'm happy.

The crew were also respectful and cleaned up the job site very well when they were done. My dogs go out back, so it was important to me that nails and debris be removed.

I don't really have a nitpick or anything this time. I'm anxious to see the windows replaced, and expect just as good an experience.

They are fast and friendly and is willing to help people out when they need and they do great Quality work on your house.

Just signed a contract today with Vin to get my garage roof replaced, as well as a picture window and bathroom window that are old and drafty.

Vin is an upbeat salesman, but realistic and not pushy. I had two other quotes before him, and he beat both of them. The main factor is that Vin kept saying "Dude, it's a garage. You don't need extremely expensive shingles for a garage." And he's right. There's no trees or anything around it, and the old 3 tab shingles held up for the last twenty plus years.

It made much more sense to put more money towards the windows, especially the big picture window. And agin, Vin provided good advice. We're changing out the casing in the living room because it's in bad shape, but the bathroom one is fine. Also, the old window had wood veneer on the whole thing. Since I have curtains up anyhow, Vin suggested just going without the veneers because that gets a lot more expensive. He could have just said "yeah, let's do it the same as you have with veneers",but he didn't. He saw something I didn't need to spend money on, and spoke up. I appreciate that kind of honesty.

No one is perfect, but I can't find much to fault with Vin's presentation. My only nitpick is it would have been handy if he had texted when he was on his way, so I could get the dogs put up. But that's very minor, and he waited patiently at the door while I put them up.

I look forward to getting this project started. The windows have to be ordered, and will take several weeks, but we're going to get the garage done in a couple weeks. I'll report back how it turns out.

My experience with Exterior Heroes was very positive! I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Eddie and his team were very knowledgeable and completed my roof repairs in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend Exterior Heroes to anyone in the central Ohio area.

I won't be going with them. Their technician's customer service is abysmal. I have worked with 2 separate technicians to get a quote on replacing approximately 6 ft of siding on my house.

The 1st said they would reschedule with me due to incliment weather. They never got back to me and didn't respond after I reached out on 2 separate occasions.

Then 2 months after my initial appointment I got a different tech to come out for the quote. 1st they claim no one was there when my wife was sitting 5 feet from our front door waiting for them. Forcing me to scramble at work to get them back out to my house.

Then they give me a quote which was far too high for the work I'm asking from them in my opinion. Then I'm advised they could use my siding and I ask for an adjusted quote. The tech said he'll get back to me later that day. No response.

I reach out to see if he had a chance to get that updated quote a week later. No response.

I'm done doing all the scheduling and estimate work for them. I'd rather pay $300 for a full roof work kit than give these guys a dime. It would still be ~6 times less than their quote anyways.

The only caveat I'll give is that MAYBE the "Exterior Heroes" I put this review on isn't the same branch as the one I worked with in Newark.

Post-response Edit: I still do not intend to use their services. I'm unhappy with the response times and quote amount I was given. However I did review our doorbell camera and confirm that the technicians arrived at my property, attempted contact, and stayed a reasonable amount of time before giving me a VM and leaving. This coupled with the attempt to rectify things after I left a poor review has made me decide to update my review to 3 stars rather than 1.

It's unfortunate that it took a complaint on a public forum to get a swift response though.

The team arrived on time and provided a detailed, transparent estimate with no hidden costs. They even went above and beyond and repaired some of my loose siding. They also provided the lowest quote for gutter debris covers. Eddie showed up on time was extremely helpful. Put a temporary fix in place since it is 18 degrees. They will return with a permanent fix as soon as the weather breaks

Edward was great to work with! He had a very fast same day response time when we had a window emergency and while we ended up being able to utilize a warranty to fix the window with another company he still helped with an immediate fix the day of which was a huge life saver! Would highly recommend

I wanted to give a shout out to Exterior Heroes! We had some siding come off during a recent windstorm and they quickly responded and came out to fix the issue! Professional and affordable! 5 stars! We even had them quote a future project for us too!

Called about a skylight that was leaking during some rain. Justin came out and took a look. He found the issue after a short inspection. He applied a sealant that will address the issue in the short term. It will give us some time to plan a longer term fix. Justin was very professional and friendly. He didn't try to pressure sell us. He provide a general description about what a long term fix would look at. We will definitely contact EH again when we do the proper fix.

I called Exterior Heroes about an unexpected roof leak. Justin came out the same day and was able to get it tarped and protected while we decide on the next step. He even removed an old Satellite dish off the roof while he was up there. Definitely would use again if needed.

Justin came out to my home today for a free inspection. Was a pleasant surprise seeing that a few days ago we noticed a roof leak . He was able to tarp the concerned area and gave me a full home inspection for free. The process of a major remodel project in today's economy is not easy. The "interview" process with potential companies willing to do the job and making promises is difficult to decipher.

Vin was very knowledgeable about the product (we did LP smart Siding) and did an excellent job of describing the process from start to finish. We love our new LP siding system. It looks great and we are very happy that we chose the LP…higher end quality over vinyl replacement. Vin was great with helping us with the details. Exterior Heroes did a great job and the craftsmanship was top notch.

If I could give higher than 5 I would. I had my roof replaced a couple of weeks ago by Exterior Heroes. I had three quotes, the other two were from an individual contractor and Feazel. Vin Daniels of Exterior Heroes patiently explained their entire process and answered all my questions. Nationwide had refused to pay for the replacement.
From the moment I signed the contract they kept me updated at every stage of the process
The installation crew did an excellent job not just installing the roof, flashings, etc., but also were very respectful of my property. They made sure none of my plants were damaged.
They cleaned up so well you would not be able to say that a roof was replaced that day. The crew were very courteous and polite.

We had a great experience! Had some issues with gutter overflow, and they came out quickly to diagnose the problem. They were upfront about the issues, and gave us various options to fix the issues or replace. We went with all new gutters and downspouts. They showed up on time and completed the work in just a few hours. Highly recommended!

Found this company when frantically searching for roofers after water started streaming into our house during a big rain. Heather said they were slammed with requests but knew we had an emergency and would fit us in quickly. She had someone headed our way within two hours to assess the damage and tarp if needed. Vin arrived and thoroughly inspected both the interior and exterior, locating the exact source of the issue and suggesting both immediate and long term solutions. He was clearly an expert in both roofing and siding (he said he’s been at this for 30 years and loves it, and I believe him since he could explain every minute detail!). The thing is, we had suspected a problem before the water started coming in and had three other companies come out to take a look before this one. None of the three took the time to do such a thorough investigation and locate the exact issue. Vin found it in 30 minutes, had photos and clear explanations to show why it was an issue, and could explain the fix. Will call them first next time for any future needs, and would recommend anyone else do the same!

One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, Vin was so helpful explaining the different options like materials, style, prices, etc… and he even fix my door jamb for free. I would definitely referred him to any of my friends.

Wonderful Customer Service! Jorge is fantastic - very polite, professional and efficient. He checked my leaky roof the same day I called, took pictures of the problem and sent them to me. He then covered the area that was leaking until repairs can be made since another storm is forecast for today. An estimate is forthcoming. Today Jorge was my hero.

Vin came to our house to look at a window in our master bathroom and a window in the dining room. The bathroom window has been leaking for years. We've tried to replace it several times, but have had bad experiences with unprofessional companies or companies don't want to do the job because it's too small. Vin was very personable, professional and honest. Exterior Heroes will be replacing 2 windows.

My house was affected by the tornado in Hilliard on February 28th. I could see visible damage on the front and side of the house but couldn't determine if there was any roof damage. Matt Hassan with Exterior Heroes was working on a house two doors down. He came to me to ask if I knew the extent of my roof damage. I had him come back the next day to meet with my insurance adjuster. If it had not been for Matt's assessment, I don't know that the roof would have been evaluated appropriately. I have been extremely impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness. Vin Daniels walked me through the entire contract process and made sure I understood everything. I can't say enough about this company and am excited for the work to begin. If you need exterior repairs, you won't be disappointed.

Update: After my home was hit by a tornado in February, Exterior Heroes was front and center to help with the repairs. The team was so helpful getting temporary protection on the house until things could be processed by my insurance company. The roof was completed quickly, and the crew was fantastic. My insurance company became very problematic regarding the siding repairs. Vin Daniels was so helpful in providing assistance in dealing with them and correcting their errors. If not for him and the Exterior Heroes staff, my repairs would likely still be outstanding. Do not hesitate to reach out to this company for your home improvement needs!

I came across Exterior Hero’s at the Home and Garden Show. I’m always skeptical of interacting with companies such as this because of typical “sales pitch “. Jorge came out to look at our roof, tell me about the company and products, etc. Jorge was extremely knowledgeable; he was respectful; he answered all my concerns and questions; and even came out to help me with the contract.

Next phase is installing my roof, so, we will see how that goes. Stay tuned

Adam and Dustin and the others worked non stop everyday till job was completed. My house needed Siding and gutters and they finished reasonably fast taking advantage of good weather. Yes I would recommend them.
