Exterior Echelon did an amazing job on my roof, siding and gutters! Denny was great to work with. He didn’t try to over-sell and I never felt pressured. He guided me on the best materials for the job. He was very honest about the process and built trust with me. When he and his team did the job, he kept me updated every step of the way. I love pulling up to my house now. it looks so nice! I’ve gotten many compliments on it from the neighbors. The materials are high quality, and the manufacturer backed warranty is a bonus! Denny and his crew did an amazing job installing James Hardie siding, a new roof and gutters on my house in October of 2022. He and his team even went above and beyond by executing some architectural details that weren't there previously. Everything has held up great! Last year we had a minor issue with one of the gutters and Denny personally came out and installed a solution that took care of it. I'm an incredibly particular person and I was very happy with the job they did.

We’ve known Denny for more than ten years. At that time, we just purchased our house and it started leaking and made a big mess to one of our bedrooms. Denny was the Project manager. He came to the meeting very prepared, organized, detailed. He and his team members were all very nice, pleasant and skilled on site. From quoting to the final inspection, Denny was very professional. Once that was settled, I hired him and his team to replace my roof and gutters. They did an incredible job from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ve already referred Denny to several friends, and he’s taken care of them just as well.

I hired Exterior Echelon to update my entire exterior, including a new roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, windows, and siding. Denny suggested adding engineered wood trim to give the project an upgraded look, and it turned out fantastic! He was very accommodating with samples and suggestions throughout the process, not to mention offering a very competitive price. I couldn’t recommend them more. My neighbors constantly ask who did the work and compliment how great the house looks. I’ve already referred Exterior Echelon to several neighbors, friends and co-workers and they have used them as well.

Immediately following a big storm in the area storm chasers were at my door advising me of reports of roof damage in the area and said from looking at my roof it was several years old. I reached out to reputable Exterior Echelon for a honest opinion. Denny came out and quickly surveyed the roof and exterior. He pointed out a few flaws but nothing that needed immediate attention. I appreciate him not trying to scare me into thinking I needed a whole new roof and educated me on what to look for if I really did have damage.

Even with the large scale of the project, communication was excellent throughout the process, and we always felt involved and heard.
