Express Restrictions ordered and then installed the incorrect windows in my home. They threw away my homes 1940’s woodwork by mistake and then damaged both the interior and exterior of our home trying to repair it.
They were dishonest and the owner was a no show when we tried to allow them to resolve their errors.
They have refused certified mail from our legal counsel and refused our deposit refund after we asked them to stop the job due to all the damage.
We have paid another contractor to fix the holes they created around our windows and the laughable attempt they made at replacing our custom woodwork.
Run don’t walk from this unprofessional and unethical company.

Prompt and available. Made the insurance claim process easy on my side. They did good work. I had to call a contractor back for one thing, and they sent someone the same day to take care of it.

After the storm last year, I contacted them to come out and give me an estimate. Tanner worked with my insurance company and was great! The entire process was a long one, which is due to these current times but I now have my new roof and gutters and couldn't be happier. Excellent company to do business with. Tanner was always available to answer questions and explain the process along the way. Way to go!

We used them for a roofing project after a summer storm left us with wind & hail damage. We liked working with Tanner so much we used them to get our house painted as well. They did great work, were responsive, and helped by talking directly to our insurance company.

He was personable, professional and did a drone check on the spot! We had a hiccup with our HOA and Tanner was so understanding! The crew who put the roof on was amazing and so nice. Mr Tanner Heth stop by my house and ask if he could check my roof for wind damage. After checking the roof he informed me that I have heavy damage. I ask what should I do? Express Restorations was able to help me put a new roof and gutters onto my home after a storm produced hail damage. It started with a free inspection and their representative, Tim Johns, walked me through every step along the way. A big job like a roof replacement can feel very scary, but express restorations took care of me.

Awesome group. Easy to work with. Met my adjuster and made sure insurance didn’t try and cut corners on us. Caught a bunch of things the adjuster didn’t that insurance wasn’t going to cover. Joey was a great help all the way through. And hard working. Highly recommend them.

My mother, who is 91 years old, had a pipe burst in her condo while she was hospitalized, in Feb. 2019. I contacted Express Restorations per a referral. Jeremy was out the next morning with a crew, fans and a plan of action.Everything was done exactly as I had been quoted. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and did not have to do anything, which was a huge blessing as I had to take care of my mom and work full time. This company was great! We had a house fire and after really were lost on how to recover. They helped find a rental and helped furnish it (even down to towels and sheets). Robert the owner helped bury our dog because we just couldn't. Our house is beautiful and better than it ever was before. The were meticulous about details that I had not thought of Example Jeremy was like uh your husbands tall that changes the shower head height. I'm like oh yeah I guess so huh.
I can honestly say without them I don't think we would have made it through all that.
