I had Expert Siding do a complete replacement of all the siding and wood on my house, using Hardie fiber cement products. They also repaired the entire chimney casing, replaced the gutters and applied 2 coats of paint. It was a major renovation project, and the quality of the work is outstanding. My house now looks brand new. They provided me detailed specs of all the products they planned to use up front, and explained the project steps in detail before work began. When issues arose during the project, they were quick to respond and fixed everything I asked. I am a very satisfied customer, and I would highly recommend Igor and Ariel and the team at Expert Siding to everyone.

Responded quickly to my inquiry, came out, took drone photos, walked me through a printed out proposal, showed me the materials (touch and feel for comparison). Used top materials and paint and they warranty their work. Shared a completion document with photos. Would recommend/use again and great communication.

We recently had a ton of exterior work done on our home with Expert Siding. That work included residing with Hardie siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, rebuilding a 12x12 deck into a 16x24 deck, rebuilding our front deck and steps, installing a new door and repairing where the old door and deck failed due to flashing, and paint.

I can’t express enough how much I would recommend these guys for any of your needs. I am beyond satisfied with their work and plan to use them again in the future.

Expert Siding removed all the cedar from our house an replaced it with Hardie siding. Walter and his team did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job on our house. They also did some custom designed board and batten work and it looks amazing. Everyone in our neighborhood keeps telling us how great it looks. Additionally, during construction a few repairs were needed and Walter handled all repairs with ease. After construction was complete the paint crew finished our house quickly to ensure the new gutters could be installed to avoid any water damage to our property with rain coming soon. The management team was always available and came by the job daily to see the progress. Overall Expert Siding did great work and I highly recommend them for siding replacement and repairs.

We had multiple areas on our home that were in bad shape due to water damage from improper original siding installation as well as woodpecker, squirrel and carpenter bee damage. My experience with this company was excellent…. We used EXPERT for new Siding and Gutters and Painting, They used the best material and Igor explained everything from start to finish, the communication was exceptional since I speak Portuguese and my husband English…. the whole crew went above and beyond my expectations. After his workers left, Ariel came back after the job done to do some additional cleanup by himself.. he was with a huge magnet to pick up any stray nails just to make sure they were completely gone. Awesome, astonishing, wonderful, stunning, remarkable, mind-blowing, marvelous, incredible, truthful, candid, open, genuine, honest...I cant find enough superlatives for this company! They did a fantastic job on the outside of our home. I started with several quotes on what i wanted done outside - replace rotted soffit and fascia, replace damaged hardy siding, replace accent hardie on front of the house with board and batten, paint deck, and paint entire outside. They went above and beyond. Not only did he come in with the best quote, i felt like he was very honest from the start. After we agreed, i received a fully documented outline of everything that was going to be done with the total price and copies of his liability insurance in a nice, organized folder. He even went so far as to have 3D pictures of the house with several different paint schemes for me prior to signing off on the contract. Then the work started. The crews were absolutely amazing. The attention to detail was top notch. The whole house was caulked prior to painting - this took two days - around every corner, door, window, and every board of siding. When I say detail, i mean detail because this was not in the contract - they replaced weather stripping around the doors, they painted my lamp post in the front yard, they painted my mailbox, they took every spindle off the deck and painted them and put them back on. They took off every downspout to paint behind them. They took all the accent features off the garage doors to paint and painted the accent features and put them back on. They are amazing and i highly recommend them for any outside work you need done on your house. I cant wait to have them paint the inside of the house. The owner, Igor, made several trips to the jobsite making sure I was happy and i didnt need anything or need to change anything. The final day - everything looked great. They blew all the leaves from around the house, cleaned up everywhere and left it looking cleaner than it was when they started.

We called Expert Siding because we had a leak inside the house that another repair person said was a siding issue. Igor was able to come out within a few days to give us an estimate, and also determined it was NOT a siding issue but they'd still be able to fix the problem. He returned the next day with a few more people and they were able to do the repair work, and then returned a few days after that to patch everything up. We appreciated that they showed up when they said they would, we were kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole process, pricing was very reasonable, and they did great work. Highly recommend!

After watching the work done on a neighbor's home, I asked for the name of the company. Expert Siding was highly recommended by my neighbor, and I soon realized why. The estimate for removing old siding and replacing with Hardi-plank was reasonable, and the description of the work to be done was comprehensive. Their craftsmen are truly "expert"! My deck was also to be rebuilt, but I happened to mention that we never used it and what I really wanted was a sunroom. "We can do that!" was the response from Igor. And a second contract was born.
My sunroom is delightful, the exterior of my home is beautiful! We are now working on interior tiling and painting.

I recently contacted and hired Expert Siding to repair the dormer siding to 1 of my second floor bedrooms as well as a few feet of fascia on the front of my home. After receiving a couple quotes and meeting with siding contractors I decided to go with Expert Siding (they also had a 5 star rating on google, I wanted to see also if they live up to the rating)
I am very knowledgable about construction and various fields within construction. Igor from Expert Siding had great communication and follow up. Yet the delivery of the finished product as well as craftsmanship was great.
His crew worked on my home and me being as knowledgable as i am about this kind of stuff went out and checked on the work many times as his team removed, replaced, prepped, and installed /painted to new installed siding and trim.
They used fiber cement materials that will outlast the plain pine wood that the builders used.
The work done was excellent, the crew was easy to work with and even painted some spots on my house that needed touch up.
I would recommend them in good faith and I am a harsh critic. I have attached some before and after pics. The pics with the damage r the B4 pics.

The first time I saw Igor stepping out of his fancy Expert Siding pick-up truck, accompanied by an array of high-quality sample siding and gutter materials, I couldn't help but wonder if I could afford his services. After a friendly firm handshake, Igor described in details on how he worked with his customers, then concluded with him taking measurements and promised of an estimate coming through email. So far, no $ amount was mentioned, and in my mind, I wrote Igor off as too expensive.

A few days later, the most detail itemized estimates I have ever seen came thru email. Before Igor, I got several 'quotes' that were verbal, which understandably very common. Looking at the first two pages, I pat myself in the back thinking I was right that Igor would take an arm and a few legs. Scrolling through the pages, and finally saw the total. I quickly jumped in a call with Igor, trying to hide all my enthusiasm - playing it cool. "Hi Igor, got your estimates. They are in-line with my expectations. How soon can you start?"

To keep this short(er), fast forward a few weeks: before and after pictures worth more than thousand words. Igor went above and beyond, even fixing some stuffs that are not in the estimates. Igor, you truly transformed my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you for your exceptional craftsmanship and dedication. I'll be recommending you to everyone I know!

What I liked about Igor was he went over every single detail and options for the siding job. His prices were very competitive and Expert has has exactly that, experts at what they do. They have their own crew for each segment of the job. Tear off & siding install, caulking & painting then gutters which they build on site. With the exception of a couple rainy days they worked every day consecutively until the job was completed. That was a very refreshing experience after having some big jobs done by other contractors on my house where the crew did not show up for a couple weeks after starting the job. My advice, listen to Igor because he knows how to do the job the right way.

From the 1st consultation we knew we wanted to work with Igor and his team to complete our siding project. We got several estimates and Expert Siding was very competitive for the scope of work to be done. Payment plan was very reasonable and straightforward. They completely replaced all of our siding (with Hardiplank), fascia and soffitts, and gutters. Then of course they had another crew paint everything. All of the work done was excellent. They did have to compete with the rain & this crazy Georgia weather, but they got it done. It looks great and we know it'll last for years. I have complete faith in Igor and his team. I know if any problem ever arises he'll promptly take care of it.

Igor did a great job talking to me through the process of getting the work done at my house. They repaired and took on some ugly messed up siding issues at my house and took extra effort to ensure I was satisfied with the final outcome.
