Expert RV Service Center

Unfortunately my husband and I are very dissatisfied with the service we received from Expert RV. We had some water damage in our slide that had to be fixed, and the roof resealed. We brought the camper home after they completed the work and began inspecting things. We found that they ripped the seal at the top of the slide. Their solution to fixing it was to use spray adhesive and attach another piece of seal over top of the ripped piece of seal to try to seal it. We took it back up to them a total of 3 times as we continued to find things wrong. They damaged the fascia on the slide on the inside of the camper; they used staples to put the trim pieces back on and even used staples as a “solution” to a gap in the wall of the slide that was not there before they worked on it. They drove a screw into something setting on the counter and drilled into the counter top. Also, used the wrong screws to reinstall things throughout the camper.

We put the slide out this week to get it ready to finally go camping this year, all to find more and more issues. I got in touch with a well respected camper dealership and repair center whom did a service call to come out and see what is going on. The slide was not adjusted, leaving lose cables and the slide sloping badly. During their inspection, they found even more wrong. The floor they installed to fix the water damage was installed upside down, not allowing the slide to go out fully; the harness under the slide did not have the bracket put back on to secure the harness, so it dangles down by the tires; the screws they used under the camper slide are catching the floor and damaging it; there is no caulking along the outside of the slide, etc. I do not recommend Expert RV at all. With taking the camper back to them 3 times to try to get things fixed correctly, there was no reimbursement for the trouble their poor service has caused. Now we will have to spend even more money to have things fixed correctly.

Super great crew. Traveling across I-80 and had a plumbing problem. Everyone was so kind and worked hard to get our problem solved. Unfortunately couldn’t be completed before closing (as hard as they tried). Hooked us up in their parking lot for the night. Highly recommend if you need your camper cared for.

Excellent experience at Experts. We had a nasty accident with our black tank drain. It turned out to be a quick job, and our holiday could continue. Other RV repair places I called were just too busy, but Mike (I think was the young follow's name) took a look at it and fit us in. Honest. Reasonable. Recommended.

I would highly recommend Expert RV to anyone. Had a problem that didn't get fixed like it was supposed to but they made sure that they made it right and were very humble in the process. Expert RV was knowledgeable and had the parts my RV needed on hand! Reasonably priced and friendly owners, I will definitely be back in the future.

Rick, his wife (did not catch her name), and his crew did a great job on our RV. We were traveling from out of town and our roof started leaking during a storm, and they were willing to fit us in the same day. They got up there, told us the problem, and started fixing it. They went out of their way to try to work with the warranty company, which our claim was denied anyway. They communicate well and frequently, let us chill at their store with our dog, and are super friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend!

Our camper had a couple of water leaks and a few other repairs needed. Expert RV Service Center did an awesome job in less than a week. We can now go camping again! Thanks Expert RV!

On the road traveling and encountered some problems. Without an appointment, they checked out our RV and fixed the problem. Service was fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly—even made us coffee while we waited.

We are on a month long vacation, our refrigerator was fully loaded and it quit working. We called this business and they told us to come in and they would check it out. They got it working. Fabulous customer service!!!

We were traveling through this area from Oregon and head west called every RV place we can find and no one had the time or would even answer the phone. Our fridge stopped working in our new travel trailer. We happened upon this place and these guys are the friendliest, the nicest And dropped what they were doing and came right outside where we were parked fixed our fridge and $76 later we were on the road in just a matter of minutes. They were wonderful!!!Thank you Thank you!!

Took our travel trailer here recently as our slide quit working properly. Took awhile for them to get it in as they are quite busy. Easily understandable. They communicated very well every step of the way. Identified the problem and told me what the cost would be. They even caught that my trailer breakaway system was not working properly and fixed that as well. I have always taken our travel trailer to the "other rv" place in town, thought I'd give Expert RV Center a shot and am not disappointed. GREAT customer service, I'd highly recommend Expert RV for any of your RV service needs.
