Great service. Super easy communication with the sale Greg and the tech Joshua. Consistent attentiveness and great attitude from the whole team. Roof and gutter cleaned well. Only things are the remaining bleach smell is a bit too strong, and that a few of my windows look dirtier with mottled dusty after their conplementary light wash; besides not all debris was cleaned up -- some of them are lightly piled up at side and few of them are left in front of the garage. Not a huge deal though. I'm overall very satisfied. Thank you!

I want to thank Andrei, the owner, who personally reached out after reviewing the issues I mentioned in my last edit. He offered a heartfelt apology along with generous compensation, something that’s rare to see in business nowadays. Many companies shy away from admitting mistakes or even offering a simple 'sorry' to avoid liability, but Andrei’s response showed responsibility, integrity, and a genuine commitment to improvement.

Because of his professionalism and willingness to make things right, I’ve changed my mind about using their softwash roof cleaning in the future. I now believe Andrei’s team will listen to my needs, take extra care to avoid repeat issues, and deliver excellent service. Thank you, Andrei, for turning an unfortunate situation into a reason to trust your company.

Warning: The service doesn't fit in an area where dense vegetation grows. I wished that I was informed ahead so at least I could be psychologically prepared or take some precautions.

Two major reasons why it doesn't fit in such areas:

1. It's been almost a week and there is still a strong smell of algae (it's getting a bit weaker than it was days ago but still very obvious). It is said that the algae smell is from dead moss decomposition and nothing to be worried. However, it is very unpleasant and most of the dead moss is from the ground (yes I also have moss growing on the ground and the bleach wash from the roof spilled over and killed them without removing them).

2. The bleach overflow killed some of the plants/lawns near the roof lines. The so called 'softwash' still has a medium range pressure (a lot larger than your shower) and the technician wasn't cautious enough to direct all water into the gutters. Instead, some bleached water dropped on the plants and killed them. Very sad to see this in a few days.

I was looking into folks to clean my roof and had an estimator from Experienced Roof & Gutter give me an estimate. I expressed a preference that they would not use chemicals that would damage the roof and drain into the storm drains / local streams. After my questions, I got a "go away" estimate that was 5x the other companies' quotes. It worked, and ultimately I did not use Experienced Roof & Gutter.

Brian was extremely friendly and helpful during the estimation process! He was knowledgeable and left me feeling confident in the plan to clean both my windiws and dryer vent. On cleaning day, we were lucky enough to have Andre and Brandon over, who were exceptionally kind and hard working. Everything was cleaned well and in a timely manner. I will use them again in the future!

As senior citizens on a fixed income, with my husband having Alzheimer’s and myself being disabled, I chose Experienced Roofing & Gutter Cleaning after speaking with Brian today. He was kind, respectful, professional, and clearly explained the “soft wash” roof and siding cleaning process as well as the treatment used for moss removal. Brian answered all my questions, gave a fair estimate, and guaranteed the work—including cleanup—for three years. I am confident in my decision and trust the technicians will do an excellent job.

Got a call immediately as soon as I submitted the request. Scheduled an appointment and had a home visit to fully understand the scope of work. Responded all my questions patiently. Prepared the quote on the stop and we quickly arrived at the final numbers with some discounts he offered. Service was great and I recommend Brian if you are looking for a professional. We used Experienced Roof and Gutter last week to clean our roof and windows. It was a very mixed experience, and we will probably go with someone else in the future.

Brian, the estimator, was great and communicative. He did take longer to give me an unsolicited bid on gutter covers, which was slightly annoying but not totally unexpected.

They were able to move us up on their schedule, which was a plus, but the actual experience was less than ideal. The technician, Jacob, was very pleasant and communicated clearly. However, in the process, he dragged his equipment through our garden bed and destroyed a plant we had been working on establishing for over a year. He was apologetic, which I appreciate, but unfortunately, as you can see in the picture, there was nothing to be done at that point. In addition, and this one is on me, upon further inspection around the house, it seems like there's plenty of small deposits of debris they left piled up in places and there was a window they did not clean that I specifically pointed out to Brian.

All this to say, they were fast and communicative, but we were let down by the quality and care, and we will try a different company next time.

Very professional, great service, impressive equipment. The estimator (Matteo) was prompt, friendly and vey helpful. He was careful to explain my options, helped me pick out what I needed and was very accommodating to my scheduling requirements. The technician (Ian) showed up on time in an amazingly well-equipped van. He made sure to explain what he would be doing and was careful with plants, windows and my walkway around the house. I had gutters cleaned and moss removed and treatment done. I was impressed with the professionalism, they scheduled a specific date and time to do the estimate. The estimator was very knowledgeable, flew a drone over the house to snap pictures of gutters and patches of moss. Then provided a clear estimate and scheduled the work on the spot. The work was very thorough, and the person doing the work took digital pictures while he was on the roof to show me before and after. Walls, windows, decks were all rinsed down, and we did a walk around the house to make sure it met my approval which I appreciated. I still had quite a bit of moss and debris left on the ground to sweep up the next day which I hadn’t expected, but wasn’t too bad.

Jose came to provide a quote and the level of effort, and attention to detail, he put in versus the other providers I received a quote from was incredible. It’s great to deal with professionals who clearly know what they’re doing.

Jalanta came and gave us an estimate and explained the process and services offered by his company. He sent the estimate but due to some technical difficulties I wasn't able to get it. He tried several different ways and finally was able to find something that worked. I'm not one that likes to communicate by text if I have questions that call for follow-up questions and answers. His office was very understanding and answered all my questions. The work has not been done yet but so far I'm very pleased with how I have been treated.

Our roof and gutters looks great after the cleaning! Appreciate the use of drones to give before and after pictures. Only downside was the customer service. They kept getting me confused with another customer. Back to back phone call and then asking about house side washing thru text with three seperate phone numbers. It was all confusing and annoying. I do wish they had a more direct and clear way for payment. Also they need to send the absolute grand total price. In big letters mine said amount paid not grand total so I had to do math to figure taxes on top of price. They do there job well just need to fix the office bugs.

Andre cleaned our roof with no water as I requested. He put chemicals on it for moss control. He also washed our outside windows.
He did a good job. I would request Andre when they come back. The estimator was a good guy also.

We had our gutters, roof, windows, and pathway cleaned with Experienced Roof and Gutter. Jalanta explained to us the whole process from start to finish, and answered all the questions we asked. On the day of the service, Jose arrived on time, and was extremely thorough in his cleaning, making sure to take care and not damage the property. I would recommend them to all!

Mateo came out and did a very thorough inspection using a drone to capture all angles of the roof, unlike the other places that just gave a blanket estimate sight unseen. He didn't put any pressure on upselling me on anything although I did end up adding a couple extra services.

Andre was the tech that came out and did the work and did an amazing job. He was very professional and personable. My roof and gutters look great and now free from moss and debris and he left everything nice and clean afterwards.

I'm hesitant to hire contractors because I've had some very annoying results over the years. I was extra cautious this time, even postponing the decision longer than I should. I'm so relieved that I hired Experienced Roof & Gutter. Mateo was very easy to work with, and Jose the technician was friendly and professional. Our roof and gutters were thoroughly cleaned. Our bent gutter was straightened, and the window screens that Brand X left off years ago were replaced. I won't wait so long next time!

Super pleased with the services. Ian was the technician and he went above and beyond the service requested. Roof, gutters and fence looked like new after he was finished. Before and after pictures of each part of the job were shared with me. They were on time and completely professional from start to finish.

Jalanta was a great estimator; he was very thorough and responsive to questions. The work performed was generally good and they made an effort to ensure I was satisfied. The 4-star review is do to a lack of punctuality and communication.

Despite emphasizing that I should be present for the estimate, the estimator arrived hours early and did the estimate without me. On the first day of the job, the worker arrived at 11:15am for a 2-6pm arrival window and only gave 10 minutes notice that he'd be early. Then the 2nd day was rescheduled due to truck issues (no big deal). I emphasized I'd need them to arrive in the morning of the rescheduled day, so they set the arrival window for 8 - 11am. At 11am they had not arrived nor contacted me, so I reached out. They replied that they were delayed and the new arrival window was 11am - 3pm. They eventually arrived at 12:27pm. The work was ultimately completed well, but the lack of punctuality and communication was frustrating.

Jalanta was so friendly and kind when he came over to go over the estimate. He was transparent about pricing and gave great education about the soft wash process. The next day, Yuri came over to do the soft wash and gutter clean. I could tell immediately from his care and thoroughness that he takes great pride in his work. 10/10 would recommend this company again. They were kind, transparent, great communicators and did a thorough job.

This is my second time using their service. Jalanta, the Project Manager was very easy to work with and helped me customize a service plan that works within my budget. There was a minor logistical hiccup but they got it taken care of and the technicians did a good job with the services.

I cannot say enough about the quality of this organization. From first contacting to scheduling a quote visit to the actual work -they were just great. Excellent communication, very professional, and a competitive price. Jacob, who did the work was really nice and did a fantastic job cleaning out very high up, packed full gutters on a steep challenging roof. They will be my go to for roof and gutter work and any other miscellaneous cleaning jobs.

This company is fantastic! They were professional, thorough, and friendly. Our house has two stories with a steep roof pitch and gutter screen covers - no issue. Mateo did a surperb job laying out our quote options and keeping us in the loop through texts. Their technician Antonov (sp?) stayed until after dark to complete the job using a headlamp!
