They came out and got us a quote quickly. Currently they are about four weeks away from being able to do the work so may modify depending on how it goes.

We were completely satisfied with every aspect of our roof replacement project in Wilsonville, especially with the talented crew. They did an amazing job with attention to detail. We've had several neighbors make it a point to compliment our roof as well as noting ERS' obvious committment to their employees by providing a port-a-potty for the crew. We haven't seen any other roof company show that care for their crew.

No one wants to get a new roof but ERS made it as painless as possible. I got two other bids before going with ERS. Here’s what I liked about them:
1. Bid was very detailed so I knew exactly what they were going to do.
2. The owners answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly.
3. They didn’t use subcontractors - it was their own employees working on my house, so I felt more comfortable knowing the people working on my roof were vetted.
4. The employees who worked on my roof were hardworking and respectful. They understood when we had to get our 3 dogs out for a walk/potty break, stopping work so we could safely get through.
5. They left my yard clean.
6. The inspections done at the end of the job are a great procedure. Multiple sets of eyes and all that.

All in all, I’m thrilled with my new roof. Even though my house is small, the owners and crew treated me very well and made me feel like doing a good job for me was important to them.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ERS. Liked them so much, my sister is also using them.

After searching certified installers through CertainTeed Landmark website I came across ERS. They were closer to location of my mom's home, and I was able to manage the project from afar, through communications with managers and office staff, and timely photos of before and after. ERS quote was inline with everyone else, but I liked the fact I could trust them and their reviews, and use of a high grade shingle material that will take the Oregon climate. Would use again. Executive was very accommodating to our needs and helped us think through the right roof for our home. They are extremely professional and very reasonable. The workers were friendly and always arrived on time, leaving their workspace clean and organized at the end of the day. They did roof installation for three very pleased cousins. I was not familiar with this company but two of my cousins had new roofs installed and I trust their judgment. We had multiple estimates and selected Executive Roof. They were extremely helpful with the color of the roofing. We were uncertain about the roofing color. They brought us samples which really made our decision painless. Most importantly to us was their time commitment to us. They came when promised and finished as promised. The clean up work was outstanding! They even used a magnet to pick up loose nails. They helped us solve our biggest problem. We needed solar panels removed then replaced. Last fall, our roof was getting near the end of life and needed to be replaced. ERS came in with a competitive bid for a 50-year roof so we decided to go with them. There were no surprises, which is good when doing a project of this size. The crew was great and was there early and late in order to take advantage of good weather. There were a few hiccups in communication, but nothing major, and overall we are very pleased with the result.

When we were doing the walk through, I asked about our doing small pump house, which was not part of the original bid. They said they could do it and would work it in as they could around the weather. It wasn't done over the winter, so I contacted them on Friday about whether we could still have it done. They came out on Monday and completed the job in a couple of hours. It seems that it fell through the cracks because of someone leaving the company, but they got to it immediately and honored the price I had been quoted last fall.

Great company. They did a great job replacing my roof and even fixed some siding damage that was present before they came on the scene. Each and every person from the company was great in answering my questions. A++++++++

They were professional and thorough and fast. They worked with us to take the cost out of escrow so we didn't have to put any money out. ERS is a very professional roofing organization. They were quick with completing our new roof in the Wilsonville, OR area. Their pricing is very competitive. They even refunded cash for materials not used. Their crew was very communicative and answer questions on the spot. The attention to detail surpassed my expectations. I have read complaints about other roofing companies not doing a good job of clean up. This is not so for ERS. I would highly recommend them.

We had Executive Roof Services replace the roof for our entire house - As first time homeowners of an older home, Tony helped to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfort in what first seemed like a daunting project. The crew was considerate and always cleaned up at the end of the day, making sure to not leave any nails or other debris behind! Our roof was done efficiently, and communication was top-notch throughout out project. We are so happy we decided to go with ERS!

We just had the roof over our garage fully replaced (and had the roof over our main house cleaned with some minor maintenance). Communicating and scheduling the work was a breeze with their office and, while the work wound up being delayed by a few days, once the work began, it was over in one day! The workers showed up nice and early and worked extremely hard and quite efficiently from the time they showed up (around 7AM) until they left (around 5PM). Since I was told this could have been a two day job, it was fantastic that it wound up being just one day.

They did a number of jobs on our property right after we purchased it. Of course, the replaced the old roofs but they also replaced the (LP) siding with Hardie plank. the home roof and gutters was routine but the shop (a pole barn) required extra work (new sheeting, reinforcement) to replace the metal roof. The skylights are great. The big showcase is the Trex deck and partial roof. We use it winter and summer.

I called with a last minute roofing job that needed to be done to the highest standards. Greg, Austin, and their team, completed the job ahead of schedule and their bid was extremely competitive. Excellent quoter. Arrived on time and was very professional. Did not choose to go with this company in the end. This was due to them being the second best offer we got. Otherwise they would have replaced our roof.

The company has integrity, standing behind their work and fixing small mistakes made. The workers were friendly, hard working, and protected our flower beds. The cleanup was thorough, gutters cleaned out afterward, and one of the owners came to inspect the work when they were finished. This is a great company. the new roof is beautiful.

I had great experience working with Executive roof services.They provided clear timely communications and competitive quote. They were able to start the job on a quick notice and work around weather challenges. They got the roof replaced on time to meet my home selling schedule. The area around the home was cleaned up well after completion so I didn't have to worry about that.

It has been almost a year since we had our roof replaced. It handled the Portland winter exceptionally well and has increased the curb appeal significantly. ERS was attentive to our needs and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in a company and contractor to do our roof replacement.

ERS installed a new membrane roof and replaced some woodwork around the eaves of our mid-century modern house on the western edge of Portland, Oregon. They completely tore off the old roofs, fixed some dry rot, added more insulation and vents, and a thicker membrane than we had before. The crew was hard-working and polite. While a few mistakes were made, they worked hard to fix those and make things right. But if you have a tongue-and-groove ceiling like many of the mid-century houses, I advise you to cover everything during roofing.
