When you treat people poorly, especially when they are the one that pay your bills without them, you don’t have a company and the things that you do follow your company forever and will never be forgotten. One bad choice can follow somebody forever, especially when you treat the public poorly.

I had a roof done on a rental property. It was a nightmare. Very chaotic. Very rude employees. The roof was not professionally installed. It leaked from the beginning and they refused to fix it. I know this company retaliates against bad reviews, but I have the means to defend myself so good luck. I will not be bullied.

I had a very good experience with ERS roofing company, their sale, their service manager and crews are all very professional, they did my roof in timely manner and clean up all the debris afterward, and their price is very competitive, I would recommend them to my friends if there is a chance come up in future. Thanks!

A new roof is a big investment, and it also protects your home's equity so you want to get it right. ERS worked fast and efficiently. The roof looks great and they were great about clean up after.

Executive Roof Services (ERS) installed an architectural shingle roof on our home in June 2024. Austin (the owner) has decades of residential and commercial experience in the roofing & construction industries and is very customer-focused. Blake (sales and project management) is conscientious and detail-oriented. He presents various repair/replacement options to the client and lets the client be the driver of all key decisions. A crew of highly talented roofers (Isaiah, Jonathan et al.) meticulously worked on the roofing system, guided by a very capable project manager (Scott). The result is a roofing system that is durable and attractive and will stand the test of time. All of this at a fair price and backed by an ironclad manufacturer's warranty. If you have any roofing or construction needs, start at ERS first. You will be glad you did.

I'd say they're against freedom of speech and have awful customer service, but then they might try to sue me. But wait - I live off shore and can say whatever I want realistically.

So essentially, their office manager barked down the phone at some couple and then filed a SLAPP lawsuit on them when they left a negative review. From what I've seen as well many feel like the work done was inadequate and the office lady was rude.

Top notch all the way through. Family owned and operated. They successfully repaired my commercial roof on my restaurant. Great value, great service and on time!

ERS did a great job installing our roof in 2020 at a great value. 3.5 years later and the roof is holding up great, and we've experienced some heavy downpours too!
Recently, I needed to contact ERS to verify their work was to code due to a home inspection while selling our home. ERS took care of inspecting, verifying their work was in fact to code, and writing a letter stating their findings and guarantee for the new homebuyers, which we used for our sale repair addendum.
My request created non-revenue work for the ERS team but they took care of me during our real estate transaction.
Thanks again!

We moved into a new house 3 weeks ago. The first big rain came, and our roof had a leak. They arrived the next day, patched it up. Repaired it the day after. They squeezed me in between other jobs cause it was an active leak. I'm very grateful that they are good people! I highly recommend!

We contacted 5 companies for our roof and gutter replacement and we are extremely pleased with our vendor selection. As someone who works in the property management industry, I am thorough in my vendor vetting. ERS was fairly priced, thorough in their bidding process, and communicative throughout the entire project. The crew was polite, efficient, and they left our space cleaner than they found it. In my opinion, they went above and beyond to meet our needs and provided exceptional service that I would recommend to anyone.

I used Executive Roof Services a while ago. They did shoddy work, and were rude to me. I had a feeling it was because of my mixed race, but I didn't think much of it at the time. Now, to my surprise, I have learned about their use of lawsuits to silence the truth.

Excellent quote process - transparent and clear. Solid work, clean up well and professional to work with.

Great service and support! We called the team back this fall due to a pipe leak to make sure roof vents were intact. They came, inspected thoroughly, crawled through to find the leaky pipe, took pictures and reported back to us even though they were not getting any work out of it. Professional and thorough!

ERS replaced my roof and added ventilation. They are very professional, flexible, and ensured that I was happy with the work. I highly recommend this contractor. Don't pay attention to the 1 star reviews. ERS told me that they are being bombarded with 1 star reviews by friends and family of one disgruntled customer who's actually at fault. I whole-heartedly believe ERS, considering the high class and professionalism they possess. Don't think twice before booking them! Their prices are best in town.

The critical reviews here seem to have vanished into the ether. People write critical reviews when they feel wronged, but instead of using the feedback to improve their services and behavior, this business is maliciously conducting a PR cleanup.

I hired Executive Roof Services long ago, and dealing with them was a painful experience that I don’t wish on anyone. They were rude and did substandard work. I later had to hire a professional to rectify the issues with my roof, and this expert was shocked at the poor quality of work done by Executive Roof Services. I do NOT recommend Executive Roof Services to anyone.

We had several quotes done prior to this service from other companies. We were personally referred to this company and they felt the most honest and reliable when we met with them. Additionally, their quote was very reasonable compared to the others we got. They didn't try to upsell us and it was very clear what we were paying for. As a female that was home alone during most of the work, I felt 100% comfortable with the crew. They were polite and respectful and left our property very clean. The office staff was a pleasure to work with as well and very fast to respond to our questions. Our roof has a crazy pitch, is 3000 sq feet and needed to be completely re-roofed after our last winter storm. Several other companies declined to work on it but Executive Roofing handled it quickly and professionally. We were 100% satisfied and have been recommending this company to our friends and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again in the future.

I highly recommend Executive Roof Services. They are a locally owned and operated business with professional and proficient staff. We were very happy throughout the process and the product materials and associated warranties are best in class. Thanks Executive Roof Services!

I already submitted an excellent review regarding the installation of our tile roof but I wanted to acknowledge the incredible follow up and customer service 6 years later. I needed some minor repairs and warranty information due to a pending sale and I can’t thank Michelle enough for orchestrating everything requested in an expedited fashion. The crew executed perfectly with numerous before & after pictures for the buyer’s review and the entire experience was a pleasant one!

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
