From the start to the finish Excutive Properties made our kitchen remodel easy. They kept us very informed on the time line and progress of the project. Very professional to work with. Chris met with us, gave us our bid, kept it within our budget and made it all happen so smoothly. Natalia was on site and communicated progress with us everyday. Chris and his team are wonderful. I had some siding fall off after a recent storm. I called around town and was having no luck getting someone out to fix it since it was such a small job. I called Chris and with 24 hours he had a match for my siding and a plan to get it fixed. My house looks wonderful and I am so happy I decided to call them. I would highly recommend them as they prioritize people and quality of work, no matter the size of the job.

I had a broken water pipe under the foundation of my basement it was a disaster! Thanks to the crew at Executive Properties not only was my pipe cut out and replaced, but they also installed new carpet on the stairs and put down a gorgeous laminate floor. Everyone who came in to help remodel our basement bathroom & laundry room from Executive Properties were professional, friendly, courteous. The work, from demolition to tiling, installation, dry wall, painting, etc., was of highest quality. We had several quotes and they came in with lowest bid. Always available to answer questions or update. Reliable, trustworthy, good people. They also put in an egress window which looks beautiful. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Great experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris, Barry, and Natalia when we needed some helping kickstarting our small bathroom remodel project. We needed removal/installation of a new tub, installation of an exhaust fain, and some plumbing work done for the shower head. Though it took a while for our job to make it to the top of the list, they were motivated to get the job done quickly and to my liking. They addressed all of my (likely excessive) questions and concerns, including those outside the scope of the job - all while not making me feel like a nuisance.

I'd have no reservations in recommending them to friends or family.

I was looking for someone to repair my ceiling after a roofing company had cracked it upon install. They helped me out tremendously. And the quality of work was remarkable. I couldn't even tell it was damaged when they were finished. I had another guy look at it and told me it would be impossible to blend and that he had been doing drywall since the 80s. Well they definitely proved him wrong it looks awesome now.

We just recently had a storm door put on, but what really stood out for us was last fall my husband accidentaly smashed our glass sliding door trying to remove an air compresser from our 3 season nporch and it was getting cold so this needed to be replaced, got Barry's number from a friend and they squuezed us in and replaced it for us. Not only did a good job , but went above and beyond. We want to remodel our bathroom and hope to meet with either Chris or Barry soon to get an estimate. We look forward to working with them again.

We needed some unexpected work done as my husband had a stroke. We needed to add some handicap accessories around the home. We called Executive Properties, LLC and they took in the jobs right away, were very responsive, helped with decision making,, and were fast. They showed up exactly when they said they’d show up, were professional, and reasonably priced. I’ve also had them do various jobs at my mother’s home including replacing an old bath tub and installing a new walk in shower.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They really took care of me. They cut a bar top pass through between my kitchen/living room. It was a smaller job for them but they still treated it as a priority. Chris was responsive and honest about timeline and price (it was done quicker and cheaper than I ever imagined). Barry and Natalia did top notch construction and finishing work. Definitely will be my first call next time I need more work done.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job removing our snow! They are efficient and communicative, and they made sure my driveway was clear every time before I had to go to work after storms, even at night. Furthermore, Chris and his team did all the snow removal for free when he found out my husband was in the military and was deployed. I can not appreciate enough what they do for our family. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

Barry helped us with some baseboard work. Also, installed a storm door for us. Barry did great work. Was very professional. Went above and beyond what we needed/expected. He even took it upon himself to go get a replacement part for our defective Larson Storm door part. Didn't need to. But, did it anyways. My family and myself cannot thank you guys enough! Highly recommend them for any work you might need done.

Beyond happy with our guest bathroom renovation and new tile floors in our main bathroom! Quality work, very efficient and just overall great people to work with! We will definitley be going with Executive Properties for future projects.

We are incredibly impressed with the job and kindness of the guys from Executive Properties. We had seen them helping with our neighbors snow removal for the last couple years and when deciding to have someone do our snow removal this year decided to go with them and we could not be more pleased. They do a great job, and we often have our walks cleared before we are even out of bed. They were even kind enough to help out our neighbors in a time of real need. I will highly recommend them to any and everyone and will be calling them for any other home project needs as I am incredibly impressed with not only their quality of work, but the kind of people they are!

These guys are amazing and very efficient! I can’t say enough good things about them, I highly recommend them! And yes, I’ve had other companies do work and these guys are by far the best!
I’ve had them come out three different times and will be having them come out to do more improvements! They explained my options and the costs and we came up with a plan! Being a single woman, I’m always worried about being taken advantage of but I was very impressed and grateful that Chris, Barry, and Brad are friendly and respectful and never made me feel naïve. They were very efficient in their work! I’ve been surprised every time how quickly they get done, sooner than I expected. Always a plus!
I had Chris come over to look at a fence but when he saw that the front of my garage didn’t have siding, he suggested something get put on so the upcoming rain and winter doesn’t ruin it. So the first thing I had them do was put on new siding. It turned out amazing! He also saw that the two new windows I had put in weren’t finished on the outside and suggested they be taken care of soon also as to keep cold air out and not ruin the wood. That was my second project. The third is I’ve tore out some paneling and came upon disastrous walls. I again had the guys come over. Again they gave me great suggestions and have fixed my walls! I will be having them come back over to put on new doors and trim after I get the walls painted. And the fence will be taken care of this spring!
What else can I say but they start to feel like family! Thank you guys for everything!

Excellent service and great work! We had some drywall and ceiling repair, installed new window, doors and brick patio, and repaired our porch railing. When they couldn’t find replacement parts for the porch they had them 3D printed!! Hardworking, trustworthy, good guys who know what they’re doing. Will use again!

Barry and Brad did an excellent job with our new flooring and trim! Chris constantly stayed in touch with updates on our flooring being shipped and when they could come do the work. They were able to get our job done in the time frame requested. We also had them put in some windows for us! Great company for your home projects! Thanks guys!

They did a fantastic job demoing my old Masonite siding, installing vinyl, new sofit, and gutters. They communicated about the timeline promptly and took care with even the smallest details. Reasonably priced. I will defintely use them for upcoming projects.

This is the second time we have used Exec Prop. and we have been VERY pleased both times. They poured a 36x36 slab of cement in our quanset and did an excellent job!! We will have more work for you down the road!

We asked Chris and his company to help us with water problems in our home. He discussed with us and other colleagues on the options we had. Chris gave us a quick estimate and a plan to fix the water problems. We had an indoor sump pump installed as well as two window wells and dirt to slope away from the house. We have had no water problems since and weird was all done super quick. We will be going to Chris and his crew in the future for more help. We highly recommend this company.

Everyone we worked with from Executive Properties were simply amazing. We had a bad ice dam that did a number on our back room. Executive worked with us the rebuild as we wanted to make changes from the original goal and everything went splendidly. I absolutely would rely on these people again!

2021 Edit: We worked with Executive Properties again, and this time for some structural damage thanks to a flat roof issue ignored by our previous home owner, and they were quick, communicative, and did high quality work! Incredibly happy and glad we have these guys around to help for items that are out of my wheelhouse and we can always rely on their expertise and excellent workmanship! Thanks again!

We had Executive build a sizable deck, and install a patio door. We were taken aback at how promptly they responded to our request for an estimate, as well as their timely start date. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the build. We look forward to working with them on future projects.

Update to review, Sept 2024--Another fantastic experience with Executive Properties! Natalia and Mike replaced our kitchen flooring and it looks beautiful. Natalia is very detail-oriented and anticipated my questions before I could even ask them. She kept us in the loop constantly about the timeline and progress of the project. Chris is always prompt with scheduling and transparent about costs. Our bids have always been very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of work. Highly recommend, again!

I can't recommend Executive Properties highly enough! They have done quite a bit of work for us in two different properties and the results have always been fantastic. Among many other projects, they've repaired our water damaged ceilings (and fixed the roof issue that caused it), poured new concrete for our front walkway, installed vinyl plank flooring in our basement and kitchen, and dug and installed an egress window. They are professional and pleasant to work with and the finished product is always flawless. They finish many projects in a way that lots of other contractors won't take the time or effort to do. You won't regret hiring them and will find yourself recommending them often.

They worked with us to reconstruct the overhang outside of our back door and did a fantastic job. Barry, Chris, and the crew were easy to work with, very communicative, and did everything they could to accommodate our business. Not to mention the new overhang turned out fantastic.
