As first time home owners, my husband and I excitedly moved into our new house! Two days later the roof started leaking and that’s where our saga began. Luckily, the last chapter included Chad from Ecxellence Roofing, giving us a happily ever after. Chad was awesome. He was patient during our almost year long communication/back and forth indecisiveness. He did a full tear off, replaced skylights, extended the roof on our garage and kept us updated the entire time—no surprises. He left 0 mess during the tear off and ended each day picking up nails. He worked HARD in the hot sun and went above and beyond. He was here for about 2 weeks and it feels a little weird not waving goodbye to him in the morning! If you need a roof done, I’d highly recommend him, especially if you need a metal roof! A lot of roofers don’t like doing metal, so it’s hard to find a good one!
