Our experience couldve been better. We signed our agreement last year but it wasn't until almost a full year later that we were able to finally get the process moving. Lack of communication big time. We did everything with our original sales rep (up to even selecting the colors) and order being told will be placed, but we learned months after that he had resigned. All his clients (including us) were just, I guess, thrown out/unknown of. We had to re-sign a contract and start the process all over again. After a few wks of providing our new sales rep our first payment, we were told they didnt recieve it yet. My husband reached out many times after, and was eventually told they can now only talk to me which was honestly very inconvenient. When they did, it was just to confirm what dates worked for us which my husband would've been A+ at too. We were told by our sales rep there would be a final inspection at the end to ensure repair were good but never got that final inspection. Even after we got our invoice thru email, they failed to reply back to any questions we had (which were as simple as ways to pay our invoice.) 3 follow up emails were sent with no response. What's needed is done but my husband and I will go elsewhere next time.

Couldn’t be more happy with the quality of work! Extremely efficient and attention to detail. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new roof!

Cedar Valley replaced our roof and siding and it looks amazing! Our insurance paid for everything! After the work was done a car hit our house and Cedar Valley supplied the materials to fix it at no cost to us. We couldn’t be more happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend Cedar Valley Exterior.
