Tilford Contracting Dayton - General Contractor ( Roofing, Siding, Water & Fire Damage Repair )

My wife and I recently hired Tilford Contracting LLC after a hail storm came through our area. He came highly recommend by a good friend of mine. We were NOT disappointed! John and his crew came out, inspected all exterior aspects of our home and was very thorough. John was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. He showed up when the insurance adjuster arrived and was able to point out areas that had been damaged. Once approved, he and his crew showed up not long after and did a great job with the removal and installation of our shingles and gutter guards! They were in and out all in the same day. Over all, Tilford Contracting did a great job and it was truly a pleasure working with them. I would absolutely recommend them!! 10/10!

I have had John do 2 projects in my home in the last 6 month. John and Nate are outstanding workers, and projects are spectacular. I had a bathroom re-model and a total kitchen makeover. Both are beautiful and couldn't have imagined better quality work. Looking to hire him again to get more work done.

I'm an electrical contractor and I did a job for John. He goes above and beyond for his customers. The job site was clean and safe. He is the type of guy who will do extra rather than skimp. On numerous occasions he made sure I was doing things right. He communicated very well and was always on time when we'd meet. He's a real go getter and knows how to treat people. If you are looking for a reasonable price from an honest guy Tilford is s great choice.
