My name is Bonnie and I have had the greatest person ever come to start my renovation of my bathroom. I contacted Exact Restoration and Renovations about a leak in my bathroom. Jeremy Santa Cruz was the first person I met, and from that first day he came and carefully guided me into what was needed to be done. He faithfully called every day before he came to give me is estimated time of arrival and told me what he was doing. I was amazed how efficient and skilled he was and he was so meticulous in cleaning up anything, i cannot say enough things about his expert work, diligence and most of all, his patience in explaining step by step the process, and always with kindness and a smile. My kid flooded my bathroom and hallway. I called them at 6pm since I have 2 immune compromised kids and didn’t want my walls to start growing mold. Jeremy was at my house within an hour. a half-hour after that he had the affect areas open, fans going, and had explained what we were looking at. Jeremy was amazing, he was relatable, knowledgeable, friendly. He showed us ways we could save money in both the job at hand and some other aspects of parenthood. Out of pocket cost came back and was very reasonable. Extremely satisfied with the communication during the entire process. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

Jeremy was so helpful and professional in dealing with flooding in my kitchen. He came daily to monitor the level of moisture in walls and floor, and kept me informed of what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company.

Exact responded to an upstairs broken shower that flooded my kitchen. Frank and Jeremy were amazing getting it dried and clean. They answered questions and made sure it was done right. Krystal took measurements, made drawings and developed a plan and helped immensely with insurance. Entire team was so helpful and friendly. So appreciative to Exact and all their people!

This restoration company is amazing. Came out on a Sunday for an emergency visit and has always worked around my crazy work schedule to provide excellent service. They also show such kindness and compassion for the situation in which this damage occurred. Mitch was my manager and was absolutely amazing in explaining everything and working with me so well. Jeremy is the first person to come out and did the work to mitigate the water damage. He was amazing and even sent updates to me regularly while I was at work including pictures so I was always in the loop. Would absolutely recommend working with this company :)

Working with the various contractors under the general management of EXACT made a horrible and most inconvenient flood loss very tolerable. Each of the individuals named below deserve great praise. Krystal was called by my insurance company to inspect the water damage at my home. She was very professional and detailed, making sure that nothing was overlooked. Very pleasant experience in my time of distress.

Had a leak from our main water line in the wall of our garage that we were unaware of until we moved some racks around and found mold growing up the side of the wall! Called these folks for help and they were on site within a couple hours. They provided a very reasonable quote and immediately after we approved it they knocked out the work that consisted of drywall removal, mold treatment, cleaning up the work space.... Very impressed with their speed and professionalism from our initial call for help, to their calls about being in route, to the "thanks for the chance to work for you" comments they made when they were done. Hat's off to Tate, Frank and the rest of the team for getting us taken care of so efficiently!

My roof shingles got destroyed with the micro storm so I needed to get my roof tarped before another storm hit and did more damage. They were very friendly, professional and able to come and get it done the same day I called. They answered all my questions and I was very satisfied with the work done. Would definitely call them again if I ever needed them but let’s hope I don’t get hit with crazy storms again.

The team at Exact was nothing less than amazing when we experienced a home flood. Krystal was especially eager to help us out and her knowledge and experience is unmatched. When we recently had a flood at our home, we contacted our insurance company immediately. Within 10 mins of my initial call I was contacted by Mitch at Exact Construction and Restoration. I was told they would be there within 30 mins with equipment to extract the water and begin the dry out process. I found water/mildew under a rug, and Tate & Mitch came over right away even though it was late. They got a leak detector over first thing in the morning. We came up with a game plan that was fast, thorough, and in my budget. During the whole process, the communication and coordination was excellent. They even went above and beyond checking in on the progress in person every single day, sometimes multiple times a day, including nights and weekends. They took a scary unknown situation and handled it quickly and correctly. My mind was eased immediately, which was super important with kids and pets in the home (including a newborn). Exact Construction and Restoration did a fabulous job rebuilding my parents' Arizona room! They had sewage overflow from the toilet. A 5 STAR experience!

Lucas was my first contact with Exact. The efficient and professional way he handled the quote for repairing the water damage to my home was impressive. He followed the entire job and answered every phone call and question that I had. I couldn’t be more impressed with the young man.

The initial work of finding the leak, drying and removing of drywall etc. was handled by Mitch, Frank and Roman. Mitch found the leak in just a few minutes. Frank and Roman then put up containment tent, cut out the necessary drywall and installed equipment to dry out the damage in an amazing efficient and short time.

The drying process took four days, and then Craig, the project manager came in with a plumber that repaired the leak, in just a very short time. He then brought in a two-man crew to reinstall the drywall, paint, and put my house back in original condition. This was completed in one short day!

There five men were amazing, efficient, professional, and they would be a true asset to any company they ever work for!

Kaitlyn was fantastic! Her communication was clear and concise. If you have experienced any water or fire damage to your property, call her today!!!

Mitch got back to me right away and was able to come out the next day!
He was able to determine I did not have moisture in my walls and my problem was isolated to my window area.
He did not charge me for coming out even though I'm pretty sure my place was a trek to get to.

My bathroom flooded in October, Exact sent a crew out sucked up all the water removed the damaged drywall & cabinets and got everything dried out for us .. I am pleased to write this review for Exact Construction after the work was completed in November 2023, to my full satisfaction and quality (I had written a good review when work was 70% complete - sorry took too long to write this final review). We had a shower pan leak in the upstairs bathroom with water pouring down to the kitchen and the entire shower area had to be restored. After the initial restoration with drying of the areas were done, Krystal Grado from Exact Construction came for inspection, and submitted the repair details with cost to be submitted to the insurance company. Krystal answered all my questions to bring confidence in me to select Exact to do the restoration work.

That was followed by a visit by Project Manager to make a plan for restoration work. Mike Flicker, the Project Manager is very good in planning with the Exact staff or with the sub-contractor staff like Plumbers, Marble company etc. Mike is always available to take any questions and he coordinated with me very well. Krystal Grado also responded swiftly to answer any of my concerns or questions regarding the work.

The restoration/construction work has been of good quality and the Exact staff has been very customer caring and responsive. The supplementary work like breaking floor, breaking wall tiles, wood work etc. were done by these 4 staff coming in a team of two and they have been very customer caring, humble, and focused on doing a good job. Thanks Much Craig Lindblom, Frank Fritz, Roman Sprouse, and Tony Vaitafa.

The quality of work done by the subcontractors too were of good quality. JP Plumbing, Kevin of Marble company, their staff ensured that the work has been done with perfection to avoid any leaks and they also explained to me the work procedures to give me confidence. Salvador Limon and his wife did the final work of fixing the shower, fixing the shower door, floor laying, drywall ceiling and painting. Salvador and his wife were very humble and did a very good job with perfection.

It has been a few months since the work was completed and we have been using the shower - all good until now. Overall I give A+ grade to Exact Construction, their staff and the subcontractors.
