Before I was introduced to this company, I had a less than ethical local "contractor" completely rip me off and do a horrible job in my house. The previous contractor flat out lied to me and threatened me afterwards. Daniel and his company, Evolving Concepts, were kind enough to come out and COMPLETELY redo the horrible job that was previously done. Daniel's crew showed me photos of before, during, and after, proving that the job was done the RIGHT way. They removed all of the wet insulation from that wall in the water closet as well as the crawl underneath. They re-insulated everything and did a complete drywall job on the wall not leaving any holes or gaps the way that the previous company did. They made sure that I did not have any mold in there because of me and my son having previous mold exposure that causes us to get sick. I have several chronic health conditions and the previous job was done in a way that was detrimental to my health as well as my son's. I can not thank Daniel's crew enough. They were so completely professional and had a great work ethic. They truly were a pleasure to deal with and did not need to be babysat along the way like the previous company. Thanks again Daniel, to both you as well as your crew. I would highly recommend these guys and I will keep their info on hand for the future.

After water remediation he refuses to put our home back together. We have given home every penny the insurance company has given us and he still states it’s not what he wanted. The last time we saw him he wanted money for Christmas so the guys could have a good Christmas..We hired him to take care or the insurance side of things. He doesn’t have the ability to. We have given him the insurance estimates and supplements but it seems like he cannot make heads or tails of it. All I wanted was my carpets put back. What I got was a yelling and threatening. He threatened to call my insurance company and make false accusations and threatened me and my family.. I will add photos of the poor drywall and paint work they 1/2 did.. Stay away from this company at all costs!
