EverGuard did an outstanding job in repairing the roof for my business. They were quick, efficient and resolved our issue. I will continue using them for our roofing needs.

Danny showed up got on my roof seem very knowledgeable. Got my email and phone numbers. Said he would send a estimate. Its gonna be 2 weeks later after calling the company. Company says he will contact you today. I have not received a estimate or a email. I phoned them multiple times. This is not a business its a scam. My insurance is working with me and this company does not do roofing work I don't know what they do sell solar or what ever but don't go here for roofing work.

We hired Everguard to replace our roof after visits from a number of other roofers. Everguard was the only roofing co who actually *quoted* the job (most just wanted my insurance info and to move on) and additionally, suggested upgrading ventilation.

The crew completed the job in a day, and cleaned up very well. We've been very happy with the work performed, and the upgraded ventilation has already been saving us money on cooling costs. Danny and Steve were awesome to work with.

Very pleased with the work. They were very quick!!!! Cost wasn't bad either, reasonable. Cleaned up after themselves pretty well.
The only complaint I have is, communication was quite off, but i give alittle leway in my complaint due to this whole covid stuff. Fresh back to work after shutdown, i can forgive no heads up call. (They showed up a week early and started the work @ 6:30am) appreciated the bump forward in scheduling, but.... due to no call I was not ready, nor awake.
The other small issue was no heads up for bernalillo county inspector showing to house. (Especally since I had just spoke with you, less than 5 min prior) could have had certain paperwork available to avoid issues.
Dispite those little hickups I give 5 stars. Very pleased with product. Office was nice to deal with as well. Thank you guys! Stay safe & well!

Great experience with Steve! Great communication. Helped me to understand much more about the process and material and helped a lot with my difficult insurance company. I will definitely use Everguard for any further roofing needs in the future. Thanks Steve!

Everguard Roofing helped us replace the roof on our newly purchased house, and our experience was wonderful. Steve Chavez was in charge of the job and he was really great. He answered all our questions and even taught us a bit about what was going on. He let us choose shingle colors and even upgraded a portion of our roof to TPO (as the slant was less than the minimum required) at no extra charge! The experience was hassle-free and later we even found out that they had fixed the legs on our rusted swamp cooler! I definitely recommend Everguard and will be using them in the future!

I have had three roof jobs done in Albuquerque. As president of the HOA board, sued over bad original construction and bid and managed re-roofing of 118 condos in California, too.

Just re-roofed our entire roof with Everguard Roofing and we're 100% satisfied with everything! Don R met with me and explained the entire process and gave us options on roofing material and colors.

The crew showed up before the sun was over the sandia's, they even helped me move my broken down truck out of the driveway then got to work. By 3:30 that afternoon they had begun the cleanup process, including dragging the magnet for the nails on the ground several times. I've hardly found any since then. The crew then helped me push the broken down truck back into the driveway after the project was completed.

Our new roof is beautiful! We've had rain and snow with no leaks or issues. I highly recommend Everguard Roofing.

As an out of state landlord I am so thankful to have stumbled across Everguard Roofing through a Google search.

I was in the process of selling a home and found out the roof was in need of replacement due to recent hail damage. I originally inquired with Everguard through their website and received a reply within a day. The original contact was out of town for a long weekend, but no problem, I received his OOO and decided to pick up the phone and call them to see if I could get the ball rolling sooner than later. I spoke with Don who told me he'd have Andy swing by the property and put a quote together the next day which was a Friday.

Spoke with Andy a couple of times on Friday and received the quote as promised. After answering a few questions I felt as comfortable as I was going to about moving forward and signed the contract early that next week. Due to a break/change in their schedule I was fortunate enough to have a new roof installed before the end of that following week.

I understand roofers in the area are busy right now and I had companies tell me it would be a minimum of a week and others were a month out before they could even come out to provide an estimate.

Since I am out of town, I had my realtor swing by to review the job to make sure the job was completed and would meet the buyers expectations and no loose ends, etc. The realtor was blown away by the job Everguard did. The roof looked great and no mess left behind.

Every interaction I had with Everguard was positive. Every individual I spoke with was great to work with. If I have other properties in the Albuquerque area that need a roof, I'd use Everguard. Heck, if I lived in the area I think I'd enjoy working for them. It wasn't just the interactions with me as a customer, but the interactions between the employees I had the opportunity to overhear and the fact that what one individual would say and how it would happen actually happened, we all know is a rare circumstance these days. Job well done Everguard Roofing and since Andy Vigil was the guy I talked to most, but also Katie, Jennifer, Don and Shawn who had his OOO on!

One year later and I'm still extremely happy with both the look and quality of my roof. Don Rush and his crew were great to work with!

Over 32 plus years I have had a lot of work done on my house and this was by far the most professional. Starting with the estimate, Don came out took measurements and pictures, showed options as to materials and explained what was necessary to bring my rook up to code. When he returned with the formal estimate it was in a booklet showing the pictures with along with the costs. He took his time to explain everything. The workers were right on time, all the material delivery was well coordinated, and the roof, both pitched with a small flat area and the shed, was completed in a day and a half including clean up! The city inspector arrived right on time and I have a beautiful roof. There was still a clamp that was necessary, which I would not have even known about as I can't get up on the roof, and Don promptly came back and finished that. I was most impressed from beginning to end and highly recommend Everguard Roofing.

I needed to get estimates for roof. I contacted four roofers in my area. Results: three said they would give an estimate after I told them how much the insurance would be paying me. Don Rush, from Everguard Roofing came, went over my roof, explained everything to me and left. A few days later I received an estimate by email, followed by hard copy. When the insurance adjuster came to look over my claim, Mr Rush was there accompanying him on the roof, then into my house where he helped me ask proper questions and helped me understand the answers. Being 70 years old, I appreciated the extra time and assistance Everguard Roofing gave me to make my decision. Follow up during and after installation was also stellar. I really appreciate the time and quality of their work.

Everguard Roofing just finished my roof and did an outstanding job! They removed several layers of old roofing, installed high quality shingles, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The crew was here 2 days and worked continuously the entire time. Andy went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Honest and above-board.

Excellent job removing multiple roofs and adding a new roof. They were fast, clean and also my lowest estimate. Some additional attic cleanup was required and they did a fabulous job on that too! Highly recommend Everguard!

We had our pitched roof redone by Everguard Roofing in Feb 2017. They were very good in dealing with prior to selecting them and did a very good job with the removal of the old roofing material and installing the new. They did an outstanding job in keeping the areas on the ground clean and of cleaning up after the job was finished. 10/10 would use again, highly recommended.

Update: I posted that review soon after the work was done and everything above is still true, except for the recommendation I made. Now after a rain or two a leak developed at the chimney so I went up to have a look. Now I am no roofer but I have been around construction some and one look at what they had done there told me it wasn’t right. I called and let them know and at some point in time they did show up to do repairs. I think it has only rained once since then but it seems to work. The repair is “butt ugly” to use a technical term but I guess it will hold. Looks more like a home owner repair than something done by professionals.

Another complaint I had was the way my swamp cooler had been reinstalled, and I use that term loosely. I could see from the ground that it wasn’t on straight and the wiring had been pulled free of the flex conduit. Again they sent someone over fairly quickly andtter, especially the electrical. The cooler and stand were still not on correct, with obvious gaps at one corner and large overhang at the other. I did the repairs on that instead of having them come back to kick it some more, because that is what it did look like.

While they do respond fairly quickly there is no call to let you know they will be on your property, no call to let you know they have been by, no call to ask if you are satisfied with the results. In fact there was a promise after the chimney was repaired to have someone come over to do interior repairs, but of course there was no follow up by them and at that point I don’t think I want them doing work inside my home anyway.

December 2019, the roof is leaking around the chimney after the snow storm. Damage to the ceiling happening now. Wish I had used someone else for the reroof.

Everyone from their staff was a pleasure to talk with. The work was done quickly, and looks amazing! I have to say, I've never been more impressed with a crew cleaning up after themselves! I've heard horror stories of roofers leaving nails, etc. all over the place when the work was done, and this was not the case! Very pleased and would recommend to friends and family!

I researched several companies for replacing our flat roof with TPO. I went with Everguard and I'm glad I did. They did an excellent and timely job. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process.

I had an original situation whereby someone in our home needed additional explanation and Andy took the time to explain everything in detail. He never rushed us in making our decision and he kindly answered all our questions in a simple manner so that everyone could understand. Each time I called him, he was cheerful and confident. This roofing company exhibits professionalism and supreme workmanship. Every part of my roof appears to have a finished quality and their cleanup was amazing. My husband delt with Andy and the service was prompt, professional , and accurate. We are so pleased with the attention to detail and when we had questions Andy responded quickly and answered all our questions. The job was delayed due to weather and Andy knew the critical situation we had and scheduled a crew to ensure it was done on the date he originally committed, and it was done!( this usually doesn't happen) Roof looks great and was done very well.
