Evergreen Contractors Inc is a reliable, honest, and efficient company with certified installers of Timberline HDZ shingles. Chris Yoo and his dedicated team were exceptional and professional throughout the installation of a new roof, gutters, and downspouts. Communication prior to and during the installation was very good. Chris was very patient as I had to wait for another company to complete the removal of gutter guards but once that was done, the installation process moved quickly. The process took several days and the team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, they were detailed oriented and left the workspace clean and tidy. The work was completed in a timely manner and I am extremely pleased with the overall workmanship and experience throughout the process. Chris and his team replaced our siding with new Hardie Board materials. We have a contemporary style home with lots of angles, windows and tricky lines to deal with. Chris' team did an excellent job with customizing to our needs and making sure that the finished product was just what we were looking for. They were also quick to respond to questions, and work with us (my wife!) on colors and trim options. They even came back out after the work was completed and changed a couple of things for us without any additional charge. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Chris replaced my neighbor’s roof and did a great job, so I had him also replace my roof. They did a fine job and I have since used their services again and again for exterior jobs on my home. I also referred them to a friend and they replaced their roof and an exterior wall. Chris is very responsive and the work quality and on time. We went with another contractor only because he lived in our neighborhood and could start the deck replacement immediately. That said, we were so impressed with Eddie that we will not hesitate to give his name to others who are looking for a professional and reliable contractor.

Chris and his team were exceptional and did an amazing job installing our new roof and new vinyl siding and new gutters. We met with many contractors and received many quotes but Evergreen was by far the best for the exact materials that other contractors were charging much more. Chris was the only contractor that provided a copy of his license and insurance and a list of references which built trust from the start. He brought samples of all shingles and siding products and provided his expert opinion on our options. The roof was done in one day and we opted for architectural shingles which look great. Once the insulated Mastic vinyl siding arrived, we worked with Chris to schedule his team to start removing our old aluminum siding which was a full day project. His team was thorough and hauled away all the debris. They worked hard each day from 8am until dark through very cold temperatures following a snowstorm. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship was impressive. They cleaned up each day before leaving. The siding project, gutters and new shutters took about 5 days to complete. We love the results and feel like we have a new home!

I live in South Riding and have a townhouse that was built in 1997.

I knew when we bought the home (2014) the roof had to be replaced within a couple of years at MOST. Over the past few months I went out and got multiple quotes. Evergreen came in the lowest, but with their great reviews, I decided to pull the trigger and go with Chris and his team.

Everything went well, from the delivery of material to the install. They called me the night before to let me know they'd arrive at 7 in the morning. They literally started to unload their trucks exactly at 7.

They removed all existing shingles, paper etc, and were done after 4 hours. Our roof looks GREAT. I decided to pay the extra hundred dollars and went with the Timberline HD shingles. Don't go cheap on your shingles, you need a quality roof over your head!!

After they finished the roof, they did a great cleanup of my property, and even moved our furniture back onto our deck.
