Evergreen Construction in Seaside has always done an amazing job for us in the past. Their trim work is second to none and have always put out a high quality product. You really get what you pay for as we have worked with less expensive contractors in the past, but the work was also sub-par. Highly recommended.
Never on the jobsite, took my $518.000.00 dollars and built 3 homes and sold them in the time it too to build my home. 2.5 years, bid the job, cost to build was $499 THOUSAND and ended up being $680 THOUSAND. BLACKMAILED ME OUT OF 77 THOUSAND TO SIGN OFF ON THE BUID, LOST MY LOCK RATE TWICE AND NEVER DID FINAL WALK-THROUGH. CELING IS FALLING DOWN, DORS DONT LOCK, I HAD TO BUY OVER 100 THOUSAND DOLLARS OF MATERIALS TO HELP KEEP COST DOWN. DID NOT WORK. DID NOT HAVE RECIPES FOR THE OVER 500 THOUSAND WE GAVE HIM. PAYED THE COST OF SUPPLIES AND LABOR TO FINISH THE JOB.
THIS MAN WESSLEY HOUCK IS A THIEF, CON MAN AND LIAR. DONT HIRE HIM OR ANY OF HIS AFFILIATES.
