ETS completely transformed our backyard into a functional show piece!! Charles had a vision for what our yard could become and was hands-on throughout the entire transformation process keeping us informed every step of the way. The crew that performed the work was respectful, dependable, and extremely skilled in their craft! They had the job site clean and organized at the end of every day they worked. We are blown away with how ETS transformed our backyard and highly recommend them! We are thrilled with our new space!!

ETS was hired by me and my wife, to do a retaining wall and and paver patio down by our small dock we just had built. Let me say this we absolutely love it! When they say you pay for what you get well that’s the truth I will definitely use them for future projects I have coming up!! And I would definitely recommend this company for pretty much anything you would need done, very professional and respectful crew that came to to the work!!

What can I say other then they gave a great quote, showed up on schedule, had top of the line equipment, performed work in a safe and efficient manner. It's definitely recommended them to anyone

Do Not Use this company. We had a very small pine tree leaning on our power line. Called ETS for an estimate. The guy that came out explained that since the tree is leaning on the power line they would have to coordinate and schedule with the power company to have our line dropped for the tree to be removed. Their estimate also included haul away of the tree same day. A week later when they showed up to do the work, the power line did not need to be dropped, and they simply just threw a rope around it and pulled it down. They did not haul away same day, and said another crew did that. They were here no longer than ten minutes for $900 estimate. My trash company ended up picking up the debris. They would not budge on the price even though their estimator said the price was because of all of the items that were not needed or not performed. I was also mis-informed by the estimator that not just anyone can pull it down from a power line, it would need to be a licensed company. The power company confirmed their mis-information. Otherwise I can lasso a tree in 10 minutes for free. Also, the receptionist is very rude, will interrupt you non-stop, then call you out when you are trying to correct them on their mis-information. Do Not Use this business.

Just completed a large project which other contractors deemed too difficult . We are completely pleased from initial meeting to discuss our thoughts/dreams thru the estimation and determination of what our budget would allow and then the difficulties of working within our neighborhood and spring rainy weather to the finished project. We highly recommend ETS Restorations Inc and will use them again

. Less than one year we have more weeds than ever. We wanted landscaping and the land covered so we did not have to deal with a slope and the weeds and now all we have are a lot of weeds mixed in with a few bushes. Facing More work and expense.

Tree cutters did ok. When they came to pick up limbs (called 3 times yo get them to come). Knocked down my mailbox w no offer to fix or tell me about it.
Was gone when the stump grinders came and when I returned home saw a huge mess with very large pieces of roots. Brian who gave me the estimate said "movable in a week). No way!!!! Complained and they did send a crew to clean up the roots and rocks.
Very unhappy with this company and will not use again or refer anyone to them

ETS did a great job on removing a large tree in my front yard. The team was very courteous. I would highly recommend if you need trees removed or pruned. Thanks so much!

I thought it was the greatest experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a real night of excitement. So I would love to do this again sometime soon.

I called several different companies in area for our old concrete retaining wall that was falling over and cross tie wall in need of rebuild. ETS was the most affordable and willing to work with our budget. The sales person, Charles Young, was helpful in giving us a design that would help with erosion in our yard as well as making it more usable. Project was scheduled and completed in 2 days. Crew was great and responded to my feedback along the way regarding some fencing changes. Overall new wall and yard layout look great! I would use ETS again if I had other projects to complete and will be recommending them to friends and family in need of landscape projects.

If you need efficient tree removal or tree trimming services, ETS Restorations is the company to contact. The entire team was courteous and asked questions regarding my viewed outcome and confirmed cost quote before beginning removal. As a team, they worked quickly and in tandem to remove debris from the property as the tree was cut down. It was a pleasure to conduct business with a company who provided great service at a fair price.

These do a really great job. 10 out of 10 no doubt and highly recommend if you want any kind of tree work done. They make sure the mess is cleaned up and make sure everything looks as if they weren’t even there. I wouldn’t wanna have anyone else come out and do any work other than these guys.

We contacted ETS restorations to prune a tree near our home. We received quotes from multiple companies and they were much more reasonable than any other company. They quoted us one morning and arrived the next day to complete the job. They were timely and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company!

ETS Restorations, Inc. has been a blessing to work with. I called them at a time when I had limited funds to have a tree taken down, and was concerned and afraid about possible tornados predicted to be in our area the same day. The owner of the company contacted me himself and allowed me to explain the situation. He told me not to worry about anything that he would have his staff come out and take a look at the tree that was definite danger to our home. When he told me how much it cost, I told him I didn't have that. He said he will see what he can do. I was not at home at the time we spoke, but when I got home less than 30 minutes later the tree was down. Two members of his staff was there and said the owner said to come take it down. The owner of this company has never met me and knew nothing about me, but helped me regardless. He accepted the payment I had available, and he has been allowing me to make payments for the additional balance, which is almost paid for. He personally came to my home afterwards to confirm the tree was down and no longer a danger to my home. Since then, I have referred him to someone else who is also pleased with his work. I highly recommend ETS Restoration services because they care, they are very prompt, and affordable than most!!

I called for an estimate, someone came out and gave us a quote on the spot. The job was completed within the week. The work went above and beyond expectations. Would use this service provider again, highly recommend.

Put in a request for an estimate 19SEP2023. Received call from employee saying they would have a look on 20SEP2023, in the afternoon. Texted the employee number at 8:54 am CT 20SEP2023 asking for an estimated time. No response. Waited around until 5:20 pm. No one showed up.

If the business is reading this, do not come to my property. I do not want to do business with you.

Unprofessional and overpriced. If you need landscaping done, save your money. Really sloppy and unprofessional landscaping. I could’ve hired a teenager for less money and would’ve done a better job. Worst part is lack of responsiveness and communication. I rarely do these reviews but hope to save someone else the hassle….and money. Not worth it

We were talking to ETS about trimming a little bit of branches in a tree and chopping a tree down in our yard. We never set a date, signed no contract, and yet they still came out of nowhere to do the job. I came outside and caught them finished with trimming one of our trees which we wanted barely trimmed and they trimmed the entire tree and broke our squirrel feeder. I told them to leave and that we changed our minds about the other tree being chopped down. They said they wouldn't cut the tree down and would leave. I went back to work downstairs and came back up a few hours later to the entire tree gone, all of the branches and logs laying on our property, and a huge trench at the beginning of our drive way. Not to mention some trash we had to pick up after them. Later they moved all of the branches and logs to the front of our yard and left tracks all over our yard. Yet they still expect us to pay them. This is ridiculous and the fact that they came in, trimmed too much of our tree, left trash, didn't leave when told to do so, and damaged our yard, and they STILL expect us to pay them is insane. If anything they should be paying us for destroying our yard and getting rid of an entire tree that we changed our minds about tearing down.

I had ETS Restorations cut some trees on my property and install a beautiful retaining wall for me. I am very satisfied with how quickly they completed the work and I was very impressed with the outstanding work they completed for me. Price was great and I highly recommend ETS Restorations. There was a miscommunication with this company that now has been resolved. They went above and more for us. Professional, very happy with the results. We highly recommend.

I would have given ETS five stars, but their internal communications is lacking. Scheduled tree work on a Wednesday, no show, no call. I called them and was told the crew was tied up finishing another job, so after waiting for most of a day, I had to reschedule.

When the crew came, it was just three guys-Augustine, who is an expert cutter, and his helpers. The next day, Andrew and his crew came to move the trees to the street. It took another few days (and another call) for the K-boom truck to pick up the three trees from the street in front of my house.

Ultimately, they did a good job, but having three crews (and three half-days of my time) to cut these trees seems disorganized to me. If you use ETS for tree work, be sure you know how they plan to do the work.

I had a large retaining wall built by ETS Restorations as well as two large oak trees cut down. They are professional, communicative, hard-working, thorough, knowledgeable, and very much seek to please you. I have future projects that I will only entrust to ETS Restorations.

I hired ETS to do my retaining wall and my fence, Starting out , retaining wall went great communication was horrible when it came to the fence It looked good in the beginning. But just two weeks after they finished I went to open the gate and the gate came apart from the post. And if that wasn’t enough , half of the fence they used to long of nails so they had to hammer them over so it just doesn’t look good. Tried to get a hold of them several times, but never a response so I end up doing it myself not happy.
Especially for the mount of money they charge me.

I use this company at a couple rental properties. They go above and beyond to do a good job. If there’s something you don’t like they’ll make it right. They’re Trustworthy and honorable based on my experience with them.

Needed a subcontractor to handle a large seawall project. We hired ETS Restorations to do the job. They gave us a good price, they were timely and did an exceptional job. We will defintely do business with again.
