Kanyon performed a home inspection for us recently. He is extremely thorough and timely. We had the completed report the same day as the inspection. Very responsive to messages and will answer any questions that you have. He was extremely helpful and we will definitely use him in the future.

AMAZING! I’m new to the home buying process and EVERYTHING about it has stressed me out in this process. UNTIL I googled home inspection businesses and called ESTES! Kanyon is super professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and his customer service is excellent. The link he sent me via email went to a very well put together inspection profile that was easy to use, organized, and actually really helpful and informative. He got my home inspection done the following day, sent me the report before 9:00 that night, AND answered my questions more than likely while he was at home taking care of his family. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection.

Had my home inspected by Estes Home Inspections. Inspection was through and they walked me through everything they found wrong and even gave pointers on who to call/ how to fix what they had found. Will use them again when I buy my next house.
