Escex did a great job with the reconstruction of my home after it sustained water damage. Their customer service was very friendly and easy to reach. In addition, they completed the work in a timely manner. What’s more, months after the project was over, they even conducted a repair of damaged drywall and reinstalled a towel bar in my bathroom free of charge as part of their 1-year workmanship warranty. If you need a home project done right, don’t hesitate to hire Escex for the job!

This was the first time we have replaced a roof, which can be overwhelming! The team at Escex walked us step by step through the whole process. They made sure we were well prepared and satisfied with the results! I would recommend using this team!!

We hired Escex to repair significant tornado damage to our home. After 22 months and over 5 different project managers, repairs were still not completed. The work that was done was subpar (like re-installing a banged up banister and mantel instead of replacing them as the insurance had approved and paid for.)

They claimed to have repaired our chimney which was leaking. They refused to "fix" it saying after all work was completed, their warranty department would take care of it. We finally hired another contractor who discovered our chimney had NO cap and NO vent tube.... Escex had NO IDEA what had and had not been done on our home, yet continued to request payment. We had to hire an attorney because they kept demanding final payment before all the repairs were done, but would go MONTHS without working on our home and would never send someone in person to review the work done by their subcontractors. They tried to give us "credits" for work not done or not done well, but they tried to give us the lesser of ACV (Actual Cost Value) and RCV (Replacement Cost Value), although our insurance paid the higher.

Furthermore, they put a bunch of their building materials in our personal shed on our property without our permission. Apparently, someone had no idea where the materials went, because they repurchased the materials and installed them before we discovered the shed full of duplicate materials. Their subcontractors used some of our personal items without permission (microwave, ladders) and Escex would not take responsibility when those items were damaged or missing.

....A complete and total mess of a company that I would avoid at all costs!

I cannot be more appreciative of Hunter and Gary and the team. I’ve had a leak for two years. Had it “fixed” twice, and repaired the ceiling drywall myself. It was never fixed. Hunter is so wonderful to work with, the first contractor to ever listen to what I thought, and I truly felt heard. The cost was fair, they show up on time and work very hard. I will never use anyone else for siding, roofing, or gutters.

Chris along with every employee with Escex Roofing that were involved did a phenomenal job at my home replacing my roof. I'm in commercial construction and deal with a lot of contractors. I was pretty impressed with the communication, attention to detail and quality. I'm so relieved that my experience was stress free. I would recommend them for any roofing or restoration needs so much so I actually have them coming out to fix some siding damage too!

Hunter came out and assessed our roof, he was very professional and prompt. I of course had a million questions but he was very kind in answering them all.

I started with this company 3 years ago. It has been the best decision I have made. I am honored to work with such compassionate owners. We are family!!! Escex Roofing & Restoration recently completed a replacement of my old, worn out shingles. Brandon Etheridge was my main contact and he was easy to work with, always professional and helpful. I could call or text him anytime throughout the project. He explained everything, from how things should work with the insurance company (exactly as he said it would), to the roofing products (shingles, ridge vents, drip edges, flashing, etc). And because I was juggling some siding repair and painting just before the roofing install I had a bunch of questions. Brandon answered every one in a timely manner. He knows the products well and explained everything. He recommended a shingle color and helped me upgrade to architectural shingles for little to no extra cost. And it looks amazing, like a new house. In case you’re wondering, installation went exactly as he said it would. Dumpster delivery the day before, workers show up early, super focused and professional, finish that evening, clean up, and dumpster removed the following morning. Looks perfect, no trash, no damage to anything. I’m planning to recommend them to anyone I know who might need a new roof. They did a great job on my house! Couldn’t be happier. Wish I had photos. Hopefully I’ll add them soon.

I needed my roof replaced badly. Chris and Brandon took care of everything. The team was very professional and courteous.. They helped with the insurance and the inspector. Reasonably priced and now I have my new roof. They fixed the shutters that had to be replaced as well. Great warranty and I will definitely use them in the future for ther projects I have planned. We just had our roof replaced last week by Escex Roofing and I have to say that it was a very smooth experience. Chris Mackey was our first point of contact with the company. This was my first experience with a roofing company and Chris was extremely patient with me and answered the 100s of questions I had with a good knowledge of the products and process. By far the most professional roofing company I've ever dealt with! I've had 4 other roofs replaced in my life. Escex was better in every way. Chris Mackey was my contact and he was like my roofing concierge! I never spoke in person or on the phone with anyone from my insurance company. It was a very smooth hands off experience. We have worked with Escex for nearly 5 years now and I wouldn't go with anyone else for roof replacements and repairs! They are professional and are excellent about letting us know when an insurance claim would be needed (and then working with the adjuster to get full coverage). In particular, our account manager Dezi Holland has been wonderful and I can't say enough good things about him. Give them a call - you won't be disappointed!

We have a 50's ranch home and in great need of new gutters and downspouts. We first meet Debbie that came out for an on site evaluation . We were given some options, and in less than 10 days team Mullins completed the installation. They did in one day, worked efficiently , left the site clean ,and today a hard rain come and all was great. We were very pleased at how fast they worked us in, how well they all worked together.. Good experience.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Dezi. He was quick to respond on a holiday, diagnosed the problem, and gave guidance on follow-up with another company that had incorrectly installed an HVAC unit that caused a water leakage. Escex did a great job handling our roof repair! We were on a tight deadline and they were able to get us scheduled within days. The job was completed in 1 day and they left the place spotless! Dezi did a great job communicating and was really helpful throughout the process!

Dezi was a rock through the whole process. He worked with the insurance company to get a fair claim for repairs and got multiple separate repair projects completed to my satisfaction. Multiple contractors that just showed up and did the work with no need to get bids or negotiate prices. In one case, the gutter downspouts were not installed to my satisfaction, and they were fixed with no questions or push back. This was during the pandemic which caused supply chain issues as well as personnel issues, but Dezi was able to keep me informed through it all. He never tried to avoid me or mislead me about status or timelines. Promises made, promises kept.
Deborah in the main office was great as well. We went over the invoice together to make sure it was correct, and we didn't have to fight over any discrepancies. Thank you.

I can not speak enough good words about Ronny Kashlan. Ronny took care of all the details, there was NO headache, NO hassle. He was very professional, prompt and explained everything in detail. I would recommend Ronnie to everyone & anyone that needed roofing!

If I could, I would give this company 10 stars. We had a seemingly impossible situation, but Ronny Kashlan and Excex did what we consider magic and got our roof replaced with the insurance paying, which is where the magic came in. Ronny and his whole crew did exactly what they said they would do at the time they said they would, even taking extra care and caution of my Koi pond that is next to our house. We couldn't be more pleased and thankful for them!

ESCEX Roofing and Restorations did a great job starting with the initial roof inspection to coordination with my insurance company to the roof install itself. Making the entire process of a new roof install really easy and very much a worth while.and professional experience.

Escex Storm Restoration is the definition of customer service and their team goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of from beginning to end. We had a lot of wind damage on our roof and initially our insurance company did not cover a replacement. Escex tirelessly continued to work with our insurance company, and in the end a full roof replacement was approved. Escex didn’t stop there though. The installation of our roof was an undertaking as almost all of our decking was not to code and needed replacing. They worked hard and fast to get our roof system put back with quality being number one. Again, Escex does not stop there, and continues with an extremely thorough cleanup. I cannot recommend Excex Storm Restoration enough and if you want a roofer that goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of until the job is done there is only one call you need to make.

This involved demolition, roof repair and interior repairs after a very large tree fell on the back of the house. Delays were minor.

Avoid this company at all costs. I have no idea how they have good reviews here. We bought a house in southwest Atlanta, and the initial inspection informed us that there was some past burn damage, and we were advised to contact a roofing company for an inspection and quote from a specialist. Our relator used this company for the first time. Dezi Holland showed up and conducted the inspection, and he informed us that the burn damage was limited, and we were quoted for a couple thousand dollars to repair a couple rafters and replace some decking with burn damage. When their crew showed up, we went in the attic, and we were informed that the burn damage was much more extensive than we had been told. We bought the house based on the inspection by Excex, and we probably would not have if their inspector had done his job and informed us of the amount of damage.

The Excex crew replaced a few rafters, but they did not replace any of the decking in the quote they gave us. Yes, they simply refused to honor a part of their own quote. When we confronted them about this, Dezi told us that the damage would take tens of thousands of dollars to fix, and he would not do it for free. It did not seem to matter that he did the inspection and failed to inform us of this. We were about to retain a lawyer this situation become so bad. Luckily, we got in touch with a much better roofing company - Rosie's Roofers. They sent out their CEO to do a much better inspection. Unlike Escex, he gave us an honest, thorough, and realistic inspection, and he informed us why we did not need to replace some of the decking now. If this had simply been explained to us by Escex, or if they had not quoted us on replacing decking that they failed to replace we would not have had this issue.

The communication at this company was also horrible. We could never reach them when we needed to, and their inspector seemed to be hiding the whole ordeal from his superiors. There was also poor communication on their policy of charges for using a credit card vs. ACH, and we only learned of this policy after we paid. Simply do not use this company.

Escex does amazing work, no complaints there. Ran into a few issues but Ronny went above and beyond to handle the situation and accommodated for the inconveniences.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working staff. They made the process from the beginning to the end to smooth and easy. Not only I highly recommend them, I recommend you to refer these folks to as many as people you know - they won't let you down. Thank you, Escex Roofing for the great work and service. The team did a great job of cleaning, sealing and installing new gutter covers. Even pointed out some damage that the painting company we used did on some flashing above the front porch awning and fixed it for us.

Escex team took care of entire roofing installation which was old and damaged due to a storm. Joshua, was very knowledgeable & helpful and patiently explained us the choices, cost and what fits best for our house. After it was scheduled crew came-in right on time and completed the work, all our questions were patiently answered. Overall, our experience with Escex was simply superb.

These guys are top shelf. They gave me an estimate, They came out on Time, Did a quality job, We have some added deck boards to replace, they presented that to me before they did the work, share the increase that it would be, and we moved on. We used Escex after hail damage for complete roof and gutter replacement. We ended up referring them to the entire neighborhood. They were incredibly responsive, highly knowledeable and honest. Can't say enough wonderful things about this company!

They were great and got the work done in one day installing 18 windows. Only problem is when they left they didn't re-hang the shades. I am unable to climb to re-install the blinds. This is why they earned a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating.

But the team made it happen, and the entire team communicated with me throughout the process. I received a contract to review, we went over it together, made changes easily based on my requests, then another phone call to set up the day and time on the schedule, and a lovely hello we are here at the house phone call from the crew. I now don't have to worry about water runoff hurting the exterior of my home - peace of mind for this gal.
