We recently engaged eRoof to reroof our house after discovering that our roof was leaking (eRoof came highly recommended from our next door neighborhood, who had their roof redone by eRoof a couple of years ago).

eRoof sent someone out to assess our situation quickly (2 or 3 days after I reached out). The assessor Aaron not only answered all of my questions that came up during his visit, when I emailed him further questions later that evening, he responded promptly (and also into the weekend, which he didn't have to - but I very much appreciated). There was zero upselling (I had to explicitly ask what other vent options there were to box vents before Aaron volunteered the pricier Whirlybird vents, which we eventually went with after taking the time to research its pros and cons for ourselves - but I noted and appreciated that he did not push the Whirlybird at all from the get-go), and zero pressure after the quote was provided.

After we deemed the quote acceptable, it took no more than a week to schedule the crew. The crew was a breeze to work with while the work was going on; they finished well ahead of schedule; and I did not notice anything in the way of debris or nails when I did my walkaround with Edgar, the project manager.

While an unexpected re-roofing is never a fun experience, the process was quick, pressure-free, and dare I say as painless as I imagine it could have been, and I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Aaron came and checked up in our crawl space, the length of the house, for the cause of a wet spot on the ceiling plaster. He then went out and inspected the roof. He found non state code errors in the three year old former roofing. I was delighted at the thorough inspection and the pictures of the exact problem causing the leak. We are in our middle 80's and Aaron was so detailed in his explanation of our problem. I have no problem now understanding what we have to do to have this corrected before our ceiling collapses. Aaron eased our minds and we can now go forward with having it corrected. Thank you Aaron and ERoof.

E-Roof provided excellent service replacing our siding, which brought new life to our home. It was a painless experience, even dealing with lead paint removal from previous wood siding. Matched our garage coloring with vinyl, which we thought would not be possible, but was able to get an exact match. They have now done our roof, siding, and gutters and will not be going anywhere else for future work on our home. The clean up was immaculate with extra care due to our young children and animals. We would highly recommend eRoof, especially if you have different types of roofing challenges. Our home is an old Victorian with three different roof types – shingle, metal, and rubber. eRoof was able to provide crews to cover all the work with one point person for us to talk to. They were both available when we had questions or changed how we wanted something to be managed. We had great experiences with eRoof for storm damage to our roof and siding. Garret made the process super easy.

Our claims rep stated he was able to get items approved quickly due to Garret's diligence with timeliness and detailed correspondence submitted.

The beginning of the process went very well, and we were excited about our project. We started the process in May, and it did not get completed until October. Some factors that were on us were storm damage, including a new roof and a few other estimates for decking, etc. But the communication between each time spanned out a few weeks or so. It seemed difficult to get straight answers to certain questions. Once we received the final bill, an extra $2,000 was added for wood repair. No one communicated to us that the bill would be that much higher. When questioned about the extra money, we were told that sometimes that is the way it is in construction. (Which we understand) We requested pictures or proof, and at the time, we were told there were none. Then, after taking to billing, the next day, we had pictures. We are satisfied with the work that was done but the process was a little stressful and seemed to be ongoing.

eRoof was fantastic to work with! Garrett H. and team helped us navigate a difficult hail damage insurance claim that dragged on for months. Thanks to the support from eRoof we were successful in getting a full roof replacement! Our job included a full roof replacement, gutters, window wraps, attic insulation and partial siding replacement. They did far more than what I had anticipated for a very reasonable price. After the job was finished the project manager, Colton, followed up to insure everything was done correctly. He found a few very small things which I thought was Ok, but he had the crew return to take care of it. This company was very professional from start to finish. The first person that I met was Aaron, who was very nice, relaxed and no pressure type consultant. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions and the best thing I liked, he was not pushy. Everyone I worked with at eRoof did a terrific job with my garage roof replacement! From the beginning, they explained things very well, and if I had questions or needed something explained about insurance, they were good at answering my questions. At first I was concerned bc the company seemed relatively new, but the team members are all veterans who come from other roofing and construction companies - and they wanted a different take on the traditional company. Plus they had many good reviews from homes in my neighborhood.

ERoof did a great job installing all the roofing, siding, soffits, gutters and downspouts on both our house and garage. They also contacted our home insurance company and communicated with them about the hail coverage and payment. ERoof installed 5 new doors and 1 new window and even contracted with a chimney mason to remove and rebuild our old chimney!

eRoof replaced our complicated roof and gutters after damage from a fallen tree. It was as good an experience as one could have - everyone I worked with was communicative, reasonable, kind. They responded really quickly and stayed on top of the project through completion.

We started working with Teddy just as the 2023 construction season was closing, but he kept up periodic communication through the shut down of winter, through parental leave, and through some pretty major twists of our project: replace a youngish but leaking roof but also replace the 60-70 year old siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters on house and detached garage. Teddy stopped by one night in a very wet April to patch the roof ahead of a big storm, keeping our leak from growing. He even helped us navigate around a shingle shortage and a recalcitrant original solar installer, providing us information about GAF SolarShingles practically minutes after a training. When he said at our first or second meeting that the crews are experienced and return year after year, I didn’t understand the high level of workmanship they do. As our project moved from initial set up / quote / arrangement under Teddy to the project managers for each stage and back to Teddy, I have appreciated eRoof’s systematic clarity, in-process communication, and follow-up across a mix of email, text, and phone calls.

We had our aging roof replaced by eRoof in July this year. From start to finish the team did an excellent job planning and installing our roof replacement, chimney reconstruction, and gutter replacement. Tyler and Rusty knew exactly how to handle our project, communicated well, and moved efficiently and quickly. The installers completed the work in less than a day, the whole process was just a few short weeks. We are very satisfied with the new EPDM roof system. I will use them again in the future.

I am truly impressed with the work E-Roof did on our home. We have a multilevel home that was built in 1903. I first contacted E-Roof because I made the mistake of hiring a storm chaser company after my neighborhood was hit by hail a few summers ago. The other company finished our job in the fall and I assumed everything was okay, until the spring time came and the snow started to melt. We unfortunately had leaks all over our roof. After soon realizing the previous company didn’t have the skills or ability to fix our roof, I searched for an old home roofing expert and i luckily found E-Roof,
From our first meeting, through the entire process Tyler and E-Roof showed professionalism and they helped put my mind at ease, as I was very stressed out from the damage that was occurring any time it rained, due to the work the previous company had done. Tyler and the crew at E-Roof understood our sense of urgency and they were able to get to work quickly in order to help us minimize damages to our home. Tyler quickly identified the leaks and wrote a proposal to fix it.
Unexpectedly, just before beginning work on our home, our neighborhood was hit by an even larger storm and our roof and siding were again damaged by hail. The morning after the storm Tyler was working with me to assess the damages and to work out a plan to change course a bit, due to the unforeseen new damages to our home. I was at first concerned waiting for the insurance company would cause a big delay in completing the job, but Tyler moved quickly and he was able to make all of the arrangements with my insurance company. He worked with them to help us get fair coverage so we could adequately repair our home.
After arrangements were made with the insurance company, Tyler and his crew were able to quickly start on our home. Similar to the previous experiences I’ve had having my house roofed, a crew came in and did the roofing fairly quickly. However, where it differed from my prior experience, after the basic roofing work was complete, E-Roof had different specialists come over to work on other parts of the job that needed to be done not only to stop the leaking but also to keep the house looking nice and as close to original as it looked when it was built in 1903.
For example, one of the crew members specialized in the siding, one supervised the roofing, and another repaired the rotted eaves and designed/fit the shakes. E-Roof also contracted out to other specialists to fix other parts of the home that were damaged during the storm, but were not usual jobs done by a roofing company. In example, hail had damaged our garage door and Tyler had it included in our insurance claim, so he contracted with a garage door company to finish this part of the job. With our previous roofer I noticed very little supervision and that company did nothing to address our siding or rotting eaves. With E-Roof the crew clearly had the knowledge and skills to understand all of the different pieces of the job that needed to be done in order for us to have a roof that not only looks nice, but works.
In summary, I highly recommend you hire E-Roof for your roofing/siding/construction needs. Tyler and his crew were knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. They do great work! Our roof looks fantastic and it works! We no longer have water running into our home. More than one of my neighbors asked for Tyler’s contact information after seeing the work E-Roof did. Without hesitation I gave them his contact information and I also gave E-Roof a superior recommendation. What may even be more important to me, I feel like if I gave Tyler a call tomorrow because we were having some type of issue, he would be responsive. He would show real concern and I’m certain he would stand behind his work. Tyler is an honest guy who takes pride in running a fair, honest, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and quality company. I worked with eRoof to replace my roof, gutters and window wraps after a hail storm. The three things I appreciated the most about working with them was their communication, quality craftsmanship and responsiveness.

1. Communication – From the first meeting, I always felt like the rep I was working with (Garret) was giving me clear and transparent information and recommendations. He would take time to explain things and answer my questions. Their paperwork that laid out costs by individual line items was easy to understand. We had them do some work that was above and beyond what was covered by insurance, and it was always very clear to me where insurance ended and my out of pocket costs began. He also communicated directly with my insurance company to get more things covered than were initially approved in my claim. I could contact him via text, phone or email and he was always quick to reply.

2. Quality craftsmanship – The roof replacement happened in a single day and looked great. They had to do a lot of custom metal work around our chimney, which was also high quality (a crew took almost an entire day installing it, showing their commitment to doing the job right, not fast).

3. Responsiveness – As with any project like this, little issues crop up during the work. When I flagged a concern related to some caulking around our new window wraps, someone was at my house assessing the situation an hour after I sent the text, and the issue was addressed that same day.

I would recommend eRoof to my family and friends (and have done so!).

I wanted to give them 5 stars, but a few things I just can't look past. They said they pride themselves on clean up, and I understand some mess is unavoidable, but the workers on my garage accidentally spilled an entire box of nails into my alley and clearly did not do a proper job of cleaning up after the accident as several of my neighbors got nails in their tires. I went out there with my metal detector after my neighbor complained and picked up over 40 nails from the alley. I let E-roof know and they did send a worker over to sweep the alley and my yard again which was nice, but the damage was already done.

The other issue was that we were told that our gutters should be replaced because one of them was angling downwards. They replaced the gutters but the new gutter was doing the same thing - angling downward. When we pointed this out, E-Roof did come and fix the gutter by putting some ties on so it was appropriately angled. They explained that the fascia was jutting out, causing the gutter to angle that way. If that was the case, then there was nothing actually wrong with my old gutters at all causing them to bend downwards - it was the fascia the whole time. It felt like we were sold a bill of goods.

At every stage E-roof was kind, responsive and respectful, and the work they did was quality, but at the end of the day my neighbors still had nails in their tires and I still had a $2,700 bill for gutters that in all probability I didn't need.

Had a very positive experience with eRoof. Our roof had major hail damage after the storm last summer, and eRoof's team was very patient dealing with a complex insurance claim - shout out to Tyler especially, who was present and available from the insurance walk-through to the end. All of the workers were skillful and kind, and attentive to the particulars of my old house. eRoof also was thoughtful with my extensive garden / landscaping, and scheduled a time when it was still warm enough to work, but was after most of my plants went dormant. E Roof did a great job replacing the flat portion of our roof as well as some vents and a few rows of cedar shakes that needed to be removed as part of the flat roof replacement. The guys that did the job were just genuinely good people who obviously take pride in their work and answered any questions I had. Rusty was our contact that coordinated everything - he was easy to work with and very responsive. Roof was a little tricky because of the flat portion that butts up to some steep roof lines that are cedar shakes - it turned out great. Clean up when completed was thorough. Thanks!

We researched roofing companies after experiencing a leaking roof. After an initial call, we were confident in their rep and our lead, Teddy Dychman, who oversaw the project. In examining our roof, he documented severe hail damage and he worked seamlessly with our insurance company. We also had siding and gutters replaced. Work was done efficiently, timely and neat. No issues. We recommend them.

We had hail and lost shingles from a storm in 2021. Tyler went to bat for us and got our roof replaced (our shingles were discontinued; your mileage may vary) for the cost of our deductible. While we were at it, we had eRoof install new gutters with leaf guards. Everything was done to perfection. There were some unavoidable delays with the gutter job, but everything was communicated to me ahead of time. Tyler was involved with all communications with the insurance company and really came through for us. We love the look and the quality of the new roof. A+, highly recommend.

Update 5-Dec-2024: We worked again with eRoof to replace the shingles and gutters on our detached garage, and we're very happy with the results. Garret was the project lead on this job, and we had similarly good customer service experiences as compared to the work we had done on the house. The quality of materials and the installation is outstanding.
