On May 20th, the sky was pouring rain, when I noticed water dripping from our bedroom light fixture. Our roof was 21 years old, so we had been discussing its replacement. We had been referred by a friend to Incline, who had used them numerous times in the past. I called them up, a bit frantic about the leak, and Kayla had Justin run over within an hour! He leapt into action, getting on the roof, taking pics of the hole in the roof, and putting in a temporary patch! He provided us with information on various shingles types/colors, etc. On June 20th his insured & bonded crew began at 6:30am & the roof was completed by 5:30pm. The crew was courteous, fast & did a beautiful job on the roof & cleaning up!!
We decided on Class 4 shingles & new gutters for a longer lasting roof. I’m happy we chose a 30 year old local company!

Bill and Scott and the team came out and replaced my roof in one day and made my property look better than when they left it! They bumped into some damage (and fixed!) that make me so glad that I didn't wait longer! Highly recommend!!

The roof above my porch showed three spots leaking during constant rain. By doing a water test they determined it was due to one window improperly installed above the roof of the porch.

Justin came out only a couple hours after we called. We had some flashing missing from our re-roofing job a few years back. He took care of it quickly. Thanks again!

Incline installed my roof a few years ago. I am having a problem with a leak inside snd they cam out and sealed all the roof vents even though the problem was not evident. Hoping that fixes my leak. I called yesterday and they were out this morning.

Andy came out within two hours of my first call to repair a hole in my roof from a large branch. Within 24 hours job was complete at a very reasonable cost. Very friendly and quality was top notch.I would highly recommend.

Our roof was damaged, when a tree limb fell on it during a thunderstorm. Chris did a super job both arranging for the roof repair, and negotiating with the insurance company for more adequate coverage of the claim. Our roof looks good as new! More importantly, we have confidence the restoration, which included replacement of broken members beneath the shingles, was done correctly. Thanks to Chris, and to Incline Exteriors, for a stellar job!

Based on a neighbor’s recommendation, I chose Incline Exteriors to replace my home’s roof and siding due to hail damage. I had a fantastic experience working with Incline Exteriors. Having contractors work on your home can be challenging, and large home projects like this are disruptive. I can actually say the whole experience was enjoyable.

Chris and Kiki from Incline Exteriors were my contacts for the job. Both were easy to work with, had good personalities, were very genuine and very responsive to all my questions. Chris handled difficult negotiations with the insurance company. Kiki had a great eye for design and made some suggestions I never would have considered. I am thrilled with how my home turned out – it is better than I ever expected.

There are a lot of roofing and siding contractors out there. I feel Incline Exteriors is very customer focused. They worked hard to deliver top service across all elements of the project. I would highly recommend them!

Incline did a great job replacing our roof a few years ago and was super responsive when a discovered a branch had punch a hole in our roof just few weeks ago. They repaired the hole quickly and the price was happily quite reasonable. I had feared worse. Thank you for the great work!

The roofing crew did a great job. They showed up as planned and did a good job of cleaning up when finished.
Exceptional on and off site communication by the operations manager, who consistently went the extra mile responding to questions and offering practical suggestions.

Workmanship was great. Ended up picking up a couple dozen nails the next day. One minor issue with final billing. I would certainly have Incline do a job for us in the future.

Incline did a fantastic job with our new roof. They were prompt in responding to our request for a bid, delivering a proposal/quote and provided an installation date that was timely. They personally delivered shingle samples, gutter guard options and were available and responsive to any questions we had.
The Incline team showed up on time and worked hard and efficiently setting up sheeting to protect windows, window boxes, landscaping around the house and proceeded with hard work and expertise to remove the old roof and get the new roof on and vents, gutters, guards, antenna back in place. They were thorough and efficient with all clean-up items. The entire team were personable, hard-working and delivered a great result.

Several months ago hired this company to install sliding doors and vinyl siding. Mixed results. The workmanship by the door installer and the siding installer were very good and we are happy with the results. The front office of this company seems to be going through some changes and the communication was repeatedly poor. After they inspected the material delivery at our house, they didn't realize it was the wrong product and didn't tell the installer what the right product was, so the installed put the wrong product on one end of our house which had to be redone. This scenario played out a few other times due to poor communication between the company reps and the installer and between the company reps and the homeowner. Also, the initial cost assessments were done wrong and kept increasing by thousands of dollars which did not build confidence. I would not hire this company again.

Incline was the best company to work with, came when they said they were coming and did a wonderful job! Justin was great to work with! Highly recommended them!!

Joe at Incline Exteriors replaced a roof just before I sold a house. Fantastic, quality work. Crew showed in time completed the work with pride and cleaned the place up to look better than when they arrived. No nails in the driveway or I the yard. Neighbors told me he had the entire crew picking up making sure nothing was left behind. Highest quality roofer I have used.

Additionally, I made the mistake of hiring another company to do another roof thinking all the companies are the same. I learned the hard way that is not true.

Didn't show up for insurance inspection or follow up.

I called the incline exteriors roof inspector to inform him of the insurance inspection. He requested that I text him the details which I did. Halfway through the insurance inspection I called him to see if he was coming. He said he thought he forgot about one of his appointments and casually talked about how he's too busy to record clients names. I called him back when the claim was denied and he said he'd follow up sometime the following week and would let me know when he was coming. He didn't follow up. I'll be going with Ascension roofing and siding instead who's secretary was very dudiligent and curtious. Too poor of communication with incline.

Did get a hostil toned call promptly after this review where he did recall my name and requested I delete the review. When I said there was nothing he could do to have me remove it he immediatly hung up.

I am beyond pleased with my new roof installed by Incline Exteriors. The roof was installed in one day and the crew was fabulous to work with. My neighbors are jealous. If you are thinking to put on a new roof, try Incline Exteriors!

I worked with Ryan to replace my siding. He was patient and knowledgeable about working on payment with the insurance company. Kiki was great with the project set up/follow through as well. It was a good experience overall and the siding looks great!

Andy, Kiki and the entire team were great! Honest, timely, and good communication throughout. Roof was taken off and replaced in a day, clean up was like they hadn't been there and follow up was appreciated. Will recommend to neighbors, family and friends.

I had nothing but problems with this company, they immediately replaced my roof but left nails all over my driveway and yard, damaged my siding, left the trim they replaced unpainted after months of calling it got fixed and over a year later I am still missing a gutter their reasoning is that they forgot to quote it.

Incline did a fantastic job at our place on lake Minnetonka. We are on an island and they went above and beyond (thank you Kiki/Molly) to get our project completed efficiently and without any headaches to us. The roof looks amazing and there was no sign of garbage, nails, or other debris after their work. Would definitely hire again!

Contacted Incline Exteriors after a disastrous 18 month experience with a local contractor who “semi-attempted “ to repair roof and structural damage compliments of a severe storm and a fallen tree. Chris Hagen from Incline provided an immediate response and conducted a thorough inspection of damage, an evaluation of the damage, as well as what he felt was needed in the way of repairs. His knowledge of construction and building engineering was immediately evident as well as his expertise on current code requirements . Good to mention that, in addition to being extremely patient, he demonstrated a solid background on the “ ins-and-outs” of working with insurance companies and adjusters. Chris always provide quick responses to questions and any concerns about the process. Once a fair settlement had been reached with the insurance company, a contract outlining the work and materials was agreed upon as well as a start-date for the work. The actual work was spectacular - a complete stripping of old roofing, structural repairs, a reroofing and cleanup completed in one day. Of note also - Chris had photos taken to document the repairs they completed, but also to document the repairs and work never completed by previous contractor. Professional in every respect. They have my highest recommendation.

These guys go the distance and beyond in regards to everything they do from estimating to the finished product. Fast, efficient and great results.

We initially arranged for one project. As that was being finished, our home was hit by hail, requiring more extensive work. Scott was great to work with for both projects. Work was completed well. Billing and insurance issues weee also dealt with professionally.

If I could give 10 Stars ⭐️, I would. I reported a roof claim to State Farm in June and sold my home at the end of July. State Farm did not make a determination on the Claim until the beginning of November!
Pete was wonderful to work with (since June). He was wonderful at communicating with me and was instrumental in trying to get State Farm to respond. Once State Farm responded, Pete had a crew complete the work in a week. I feel like Pete has become my friend during this nearly 5 month ordeal with State Farm.

A storm damaged my roof, gutters and windows. Incline replaced everything. Chris Hagen of Incline was great, he really knows his stuff, and was always responsive, and professional. After the bill was paid, an ice dam damaged a gutter, and Incline fixed it under warranty... that's extraordinary. Truly a class act!

Quick to respond, come out, and provide me a quote. When they showed up the work they did was quick and quality. The value was great. Zero complaints. I would absolutely use them again.

Because I forgot to mention, I had them come out to repair a hole my idiot self drilled through the roof while fishing new electric wire. Since they were coming out I figured I'd have them put gutters on the garage at the same time. Two different teams, but equally great results.

Estimator was great, got good information, no pressure sales, answered questions, was responsive to any concerns. Crew showed up on time, was courteous, and did a great job except for one aspect of the job. Not sure if they took exhaust covers off of vents and stacks before they tore the old roof off, but there was a lot of debris / nails/ shingle pieces and granules covering everything in my garage when they were done. In addition, two pieces of shingle and three nails got in my kitchen exhaust fan and I had to call an appliance repair guy to come take it apart and clean it out. That said, Incline was very responsive and took the cost of my repair off my roofing bill. I also had to pick up about 20 nails off my driveway and garage floor. They did not have a magnetic roller. All that said, I feel I got a great product, properly installed and they were very easy to work with, even when things didn’t go quite right.

Incline crew is great to work with. We had major hail damage and Incline took care of the roof, windows, paint, and gutters. I would highly recommend them for any exterior job big or smalll in scope!

Pete and Bill Schenkel we’re great to deal with! Even with special requests they made it happen. I delayed the gutter replacement until I had some of the wood replaced and painted behind the gutters. This made the project a 2 summers deal due to painters (not Bill or Pete’s) schedule. Thanks Pete and Bill!

We had a very positive experience with Incline, from the initial quote through the installation of our shingles and ultimately clean up. I don’t submit many reviews but the cedar shingle roof replaced by Incline deserves one. Scott R was our project manager and I can’t compliment him enough for the work he did on our project. Scott was instrumental in getting the claim approved by State Farm. It was initially denied, but unlike the adjuster, Scott climbed on a severely hail damaged cedar room to get pictures of fresh splits from hail on three faces of our steep roof. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. He led an incredible team that completed the work with perfection in a cold Minnesota winter. I don’t expect to replace a cedar roof again, but anyone considering a cedar roof replacement shouldn’t look anywhere else but Incline Exteriors.

I had roof damage from wind and a tree falling during a storm and I called Ryan that night. He talked me through the process and came out right away to help. Joe Fahey was amazing!! We discovered damage to our roof when putting up Christmas lights. Joe came out within a couple of days and took a look. We discussed options, Joe came out several days later and did a beautiful job! He was personable, responsive and kept on top of the job until it was done! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Incline Exteriors helped me out when a home inspector said I had damaged roof trusses. I reached out to several roofing companies describing the report and only this company responded with an offer to help. I got an over the phone worst case estimate. After review of the supposed issue, Andy told me there was no repair needed and gave me a letter stating there was no defect with the trusses. I was able to complete the home sale. He could have charged me several hundred dollars and I would have paid it. I would highly recommend this company as they are honest and they also have staff that not only know the exterior side, but also the framing/structural side to roof construction/repairs.

Joe Fahey of Incline stopped by to perform a roof inspection for potential hail damage. As it turns out my roof did not have any hail damage. Durning the inspection he noticed several exposed nail heads. He went ahead and sealed the exposed nails. I offered to pay for his service but he refused any payment. I didn’t think this level of service existed any more and I would highly recommend that you contact Joe for your roofing and other needs, I plan on it.

We used Incline after hail damage last fall. Ryan came over and did an evaluation of the roof and exterior and determined that there was enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. Their crew was very professional and was I very pleased with the work they did. There was a miscommunication with the crew that resulted in the gutters being removed unexpectedly. Incline was very quick to work with me on resolving the issue and I had new gutters shortly after the roof was completed. Again, overall I was very please with the results! If you have any questions or are looking to have roofing work done, I would definitely recommend giving Ryan a call.

We had such a great experience with Incline Exteriors. We’ve had leaking in our garage for 2 years, and have had Safe Basements, a landscaper, another general contractor all come out to try to fix it. No luck, and the wood had started rotting. We were really scared. I called Incline and they put me in touch with Pete, who is the nicest young man. He is so fast with communication - he responds within a couple of hours via email. He came right over, measured and gave me an immediate estimate - all the while telling me that he didn’t think him installing gutters would fix the issue. I mean, he could have just sold me gutters, but they’re HONEST people. So I ended up buying the gutters because I’d tried everything else, and they were very reasonably priced. Fast installation, and my husband just looked at them - they installed gutter guards without us even requesting them! That was such a nice surprise.
So I had them out again to see if they could troubleshoot the leak. Within 10 minutes, the guy seemed to isolate the issue and made a recommendation. My husband just fixed it and the leak stopped. So Incline saved us a ton of trouble and money by just being good guys.
Finally, I cross a dangerous intersection with my children everyday which is near their business. They’re the most considerate drivers, and always pause to look for pedestrians in the crosswalk. I know that might be a silly thing to point out, but their attention to safety is important.
