Ace has always been very helpful for finding the house and yard items that are uncommon elsewhere. They have always been very customer friendly.

The best, largest, and most extensive Ace Hardware we've ever been in! The staff was very courteous and helpful. Even though they didn't have the exact item we went in to find, it was a very pleasant experience.

Top notch service. The service was so good I felt like I was the only customer in the store (even tho I had seen others). Well done.

This place has one stop shop from Black Rifle Coffee, Treager Bbqs, to local authored books and special sweets for all. Popcorn is always great to shop with!

Love this store! It is always very clean, has the most friendly and helpful staff, and they have really cute seasonal stuff in the front when you walk in! They also have a fun kids section with great gifts and they sell Black Rifle Coffee. Definitely check them out!

We love shopping at Erb’s Ace Hardware. The staff is always so helpful when showing us where to find items, showing us how to use things if we are unsure, and they even suggest things when we aren’t sure what to get to complete a project. The prices are great and we love supporting local businesses. They also have an amazing selection of fun gift items and our grandkids love the candy!

Employees are always eager to help (but not in an obnoxious, “subtly follow you around the store” type way) and will always give you their genuine expertise on whatever project you’re working on if you ask. I just wanted to give a shout out to Erb's Ace Hardware for the great customer service they provided me when I stopped by to pick up a bunch of lawn fertilizer, and other yard related projects, from a big sale they were having.
The gentleman was so helpful in making sure I got the correct weed and feed, with my free plant food, and the correct ground kill, so I could get my free spray bottle, and anything else I might need.
Then he showed me this beautiful hanging basket that was an absolute must! I really love going to that store, Jeremy, Debbie and their team are always so helpful and the store looks amazing!

The store is very clean, great layout , loved finding that they carry local Lewiston apparel.
John helped me carry out 2 swimming pools and helped put them in my van. Exceptional customer service. And their garden section has a great variety. Everything looked green and healthy. We will definitely return . Thank you , ACE!

It seems like no matter what the project is Erb's Ace Hardware always has what you need. Also the staff is always readily available to answer questions without being pushy like the big box stores. Highly recommend!

Great customer service all around on my recent visit. Quick help to find what I needed, a recommendation on an item I was considering, and knowledge of current specials so I didn’t have to point it out at the register. The owner, like always, took a moment out of his crazy day to say hello and thank me for the business. They make it easy and a pleasure to support local business.

I love that I don't feel like I'm walking into a hardware store, but also that they function like a hometown hardware store. Able to help you with your projects and find what you need quickly. Prices are also close to the big box stores, so I choose to support the local business. Not to mention the owner is not afraid to work wherever is needed to make things work their best.

Something for everyone. Jeremy has done a great job in making sire the store has a lot of unique items and local items available. We always get fast and friendly service and the prices are great. We love supporting local businesses and by shopping here we can support a few in one stop :)

First of all, I love Ace Hardware and have shopped there for years. I have also written great reviews and given 5 stars many times. BUT, I just came from Ace Hardware in Lewiston and was very disappointed. Because, no one was wearing a mask. Should I have made a verbal comment while there, yes, but this is probably my third visit this year and each time was the same. I guess they do not care about their customers who would die if they came down with COVID. Because of the poor example of the employees, I believe I might have been the only person in the store wearing a mask. Very disappointing!! While in Portland and Scappose, Oregon this year, I shopped at Ace Hardware stores who had a persons at the doors checking for masks and actually only allowing a certain number of shoppers in at a time. What a disappointing difference. I think the Lewiston store can and should do better.

Awesome, people are VERY helpful and VERY Knowledgeable about their store, and they have most things other stores don't have, and they HELP you with your choices

I grew up in Lewiston. My Grandparents and my parents took me to the corner of 5th and D Street for everything we needed to fix up our home. Dad took me to see Mr. Palermo in the hardware department to buy my first baseball glove in the early 50's. I give ERB'S 10 STARS!
