They miss two windows upstairs. I knew because the seals had not been cleaned. Also, I was disappointed that I paid a dollar extra to have the screens cleaned and all they did was wipe around the sides before replacing them.
Overall they did a great job. Very professional and knew what they were doing. I was pleased that they took their shoes off when entering the house.

I have had a number of services from E&R over a number of years including Power washing, Gutter Cleaning and Window Cleaning. I am always satisfied with the service and the value for price they provide.

E & R Services just cleaned all of my home windows from top to bottom inside and out. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the price was very fair. I have no hesitation in using them for any future work they can do for me.

2 gentlemen arrived and only 1 worked the entire time. They wanted us to move the furniture when every other time I have used you for pressure washing moving the patio furniture came with it. Then they wanted to haggle and do more off the books for cash. They left without putting anything back. A huge rain store came through and soaked everything that was usually under the covered patio. Horrible.

Excellent service. Outstanding job cleaning my windows inside and out. This is the second year in a row using E&R Services and I plan to use them in the future. Also the best price of all the services I researched.

A man and woman team arrived on time shortly after 8:00 AM. After I showed them the gutters that needed to be cleaned, they went right to work. They operated as a team helping each other until the job was done in record time. I can't say enough about the service I received from these two individuals. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names.

Great job with gutter cleaning! Downspouts work perfectly. Easy to work with and schedule. They got the job done fast and professionally. Price was reasonable. Arrived early.

We were disappointed in the service we received. The crew arrived two hours early and seemed rushed to finish the job--admittedly because rain was predicted later--but they rushed and didn't seem as careful. I'm just glad we were home since we weren't expecting them yet! There were language barriers that made it difficult to communicate clearly. I don't know how some of the prices were calculated, and it wasn't discussed with us. We paid for sills to be cleaned, but they weren't. They said 6-7 windows couldn't be cleaned, but didn't explain why. All of these things were very disappointing.

I love this company. We just had our windows washed and a gutter unblocked by the team of Wilson and Dina. They were so professional, thorough AND nice. Everything they touched sparkles and Wilson identified a roof problem that needs the attention of a roofer- so not looking for more business for himself- just genuinely helpful and in possession of great expertise. We use them every year and are always pleased!

I've used this company several times, and every time they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are prompt, very friendly and polite, very reasonably priced and they do a fantastic job! I'd give them more stars if I could!

The crew was on time and identified themselves upon arrival.
They were fast and I’ll assume the gutters were appropriately cleaned as the bag with “ gutter crud” was heavy and mostly full.
They cleaned up after themselves and overall did a nice job.
Will use again.
