When E R Roofing came out to give a quote to send to my insurance co. They explained to me that they would help me with the insurance company. That so times it might take a few times of working with quotes with the insurance company. That the insurance might turn us down for paying to have the work done on the house. They were right. State Farm wanted to pay for one piece of plywood and minimum amount of shingles. Janet and Jesus fought for us and we got the whole ruff replaced. I am very proud to have someone to fight for me that I didn't have to fight the battle alone. The company did an amazing job and took only one day to get it done. We have used ER Roofing twice (different homes). In both cases we had small roof leaks that only appeared during a storm. They were fantastic to work with. I called ER Roofing Specialists to inspect and replace the fascia around my two story house. It goes without saying how hard it is to find people that do good work, let alone putting you on schedules where you hopefully live long enough to see the work done. ...but ER Roofing gave me a quote, and were out within less than 2 weeks to do the job. They were affordable, did a FANTASTIC job, cleaned up afterwards, and they did it rather quickly. I would DEFINITELY recommend ER Roofing Specialist again, and again!

We recently finished replacing our gutter in addition to siding, along with some painting to exterior windows. The folks at ER Roofing has been wonderful to work with. They were professional, easy to reach, and anytime we had questions or issues regarding any work being done, they were quick to address them. We even wanted some modification done to an existing project post contract and they were more than willing to accommodate. I highly recommend.

We started using ER back in 2017 when some shingles came loose. They arrived quickly and did a quick repair. We needed other work done so we contracted with them to doing some facia / soffit updates along with replacing our gutters - for all that work, they did great, though after getting started, we had an issue where they didn't want to make some of the updates we contracted for. We also had them replace siding on one side of our house - while in general this work was done satisfactorily, they did a novice job when it came to where our utilities come in. We asked that they correct this several times - they improved, but it could have been done more cleanly. A few years later we needed to call them back for additional roof repairs - the initial job they did a few years earlier came loose again. This time they were out quickly and did what seemed to be a good repair and charged us fairly. 1 year later this same spot on the roof came loose once more. This time they came out a few days later to repair, but the cost skyrocketed - what was a $100 repair the first time was now a $500 repair. Same spot, took the same time (30 minutes) but the cost was now a lot higher. At the time we contracted with them for this repair, we assumed that the job must be a lot larger - we even asked if they could make sure that all the singles were secure so we could avoid even more repairs for the same spot, but they told us that the shingles were too cold for that.

In summary, for the same location on the roof we've had them come out and repair - $100 the first time, $200 for the second time, $500 the third -- each time spending about 1/2 an hour on the roof. Hopefully next time we'll find a roofer that can do the job once at a fair price.

The repair quality was great and their pricing is very competitive. The consultation was also quick and to the point.

Excellent customer service and very professional. Always responsive to any concerns or questions for my roof replacement. The team crew was on time and finish job perfectly. They clean everything after job was done. I highly recommend this business if you are planning to replace your roof.

I'm quite a bit late on this (in 2018), but I just had to give ER Roofing some appreciation. It's rare nowadays to be satisfied with the people, value and workmanship, but Jesus T. did a great job all around.

This is one of the best companies and contractors I've worked with in my entire life, period. Initially I reached out to ER Roofing Specialist because I needed a quote on a new roof. I chose to go with a metal roof and his crew completed the work promptly and professionally, even replacing my skylights all while adding an additional three skylights in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the results! Then I found out that ER Roofing Specialist does more than just roofs, and I have since had them do my siding, gutters and downspouts, front steps, patio and back deck. I am continuing to use ER Roofing Specialist for my interior work now, which will involve a complete kitchen renovation, as well as updates to the bathrooms and new flooring. I've had multiple neighbors, even some I've never met yet come up and ask me about the work being done to my house because it just pops! Most beautiful house on the street if you ask me. I had a vision, everything has turned out better than expected, and I owe it to this company. I feel all of the estimates have been reasonable, and when I questioned the pricing, they were quick to adjust it and work with my budgeting. They are very quick to address any concerns I have, and if there are any locations around the house where I've questioned the quality (has not been a problem though), within one or two days the problem is corrected and the results are better than expected. Super fast turnaround and very responsive whenever I text or call with questions. I highly suggest using this company for any and all work around the house. Apart from the landscaping which still needs to be addressed, and the garage door which has been ordered, the entirety of my house on the outside is brand new.

They did high quality work and was very professional. I hired them to fix the shingle roof leaking around chimney area. Jesus and his team came to my place on time and provided a detail analysis of the repair that needs to be done. After collecting estimates from a few other companies, I selected ER Roofing to do the work. They came over on time to complete the job. The work was top notch and the team cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

I called a few places for an estimate to repair my leaky roof and chose ER roofing. Jesus came over for an estimate and put a tarp over the leak right away. Real professional. I ended up replacing the whole roof and happy with the work they have done promptly and professionally. I liked the work they have done so much that I had them come back to repair my neighbor's roof as well.

Highly recommend ER Roofing. Back in 2016, ER Roofing installed entire new roof for us. Roof was beautifully installed. Thanks to Jesus. He picked a beautiful color for us. The crews worked hard. They cleaned up very well too. Now my house is under contract. Buyers requested chimney wood rot to be repaired. Jesus send workers right away and helped us out. They take great care of customers.
