Got some work from ER Home Solutions years ago so we called them again for some more work. They must be under different management as once we contracted, they were much less professional. Had to send out multiple crews to get the work right AND upcharged for the work they had to fix. IF you go with ER, make sure you have it in writing and insist that any additional charges are agreed to before they just tack it on. Won't be using ER again.

E&R Home Solutions replaces my roof and gutters, and what can I say I found them on the web looking for a local contractor to do the work after getting a very overpriced estimate from one of those walk up to your front door companies, that came out and gave me an estimate but how do you do that from the ground walking outside my house. But no E&R Home Solutions I called them and told them I like and estimate on a new roof and gutters , with in three days I had one of the job Forman’s come out with a helper and they actually went on the roof to take measurements of roof and gutters and took pictures of roof and gutters for there estimate. After they left he said the estimator will be in contact with me. Two days or three after I received a phone call from the estimator and he said he had sent a email( email had the pictures of my roof condition and outside of my house) if I was available to look at while we talked and Mr.Ed did a great job with going over the estimate with meand he fully explained every thing to me step but step. Told me they would replace the plywood and shingles, roof cap and gutters for the job with Warranty. After we talked I said yes and he came out to our house met with my wife and showed her the shingles selection and gutters style’s from the display on his truck and also went over other things on are existing roof and pointed out things we would notice with the new roof,( wife really loved that part) so after he left we had a contract signed and dated. For work to begin with and down payment paid. With in two weeks waiting for are style of shingles to come in we had the shingles on the roof delivered and the next day after the shingles where delivered they came at 7am and started work with two crews and the original job Forman that came to measure the roof him and his helper were also on the roof install crew. I liked that a lot. Roof was done that day and I was told the gutters would be installed with in two weeks, well to weeks later seamless gutters where laying in my yard and the next day the same job Forman was installing the gutters on my home. And what can I say E&R Home Solutions did a great job from start to finish even the staff I had been In Contact with in the office we’re friendly and very helps full. I would highly recommend them for your home improvement needs. Ohh and might I ad we also got a estimate for kitchen and two of are bathrooms remodel by Max the estimator for kitchens and baths . Great services by E&R Home Solutions I will deal with them again. And I’m not being paid for this review just an honest review from a homeowner in need of a good reliable home improvement contractor in Germantown,MD

Was able to set up a roof service call quickly after a bad storm, and they were at my Germantown townhouse within 1 hour of my call! Cesar did a great job of repairing missing shingles, and answered my questions about the project courteously and professionally. And charged only $375 for the lightening fast repair. Good job guys!!
