Jose and his team are incredible at what they do. We were in a predicament with our roof and Jose and his team were able to complete the job within a day and a half. Pricing was incredibly fair and came in below many of the other bids we received for our roof replacement. I am truly impressed with the way that Jose conducts his business as he was completely transparent with what needed to happen and also maintained a constant line of communication which is HUGE. Highly recommend Jose and his team! Will be reaching out in the future for various exterior projects.

Jose and his team took great care of us. We could tell our roof needed some love but didn’t know the extent. I had a problem with our HOA fining us because a cedar shingle repair we had done a year ago had the new shingles lighter in color than the older shingles. The HOA required a letter from a licensed roofing contractor stating how long it will take for the shingles to weather and match the older existing shingles. But the HOA wouldn't accept our original general contractor's opinion. I called and several roofers would not help us. But then I called Jose. He visited our roof, discussed the situation and wrote an excellent letter to send to our HOA. And he wouldn't accept our offer to pay him for his time. Jose is responsive, follows through with what he agrees to do, and is great to work with. I strongly recommend him. Thanks for your help Jose.

I am GC that uses Equity frequently for various projects & trades, and I would recommend Jose and his team to anyone. Not only because they do good work. But because I know that they won’t stop until the job is perfect, even if a mistake is made. Which is almost as important as the first part. Although, Jose still owes me a sweatshirt for ruining mine by not letting me know that the paint on the railing wasn’t dry (Never forget!).
