We could not be happier with the work done by EPIK Construction. Preston was extremely professional and helped us with some of our decisions that needed to be made. Our home looks brand new with the new fascia boards, siding, gutters and paint. The whole staff communicated with us at every step of the way. Max and his crew were excellent as well and did top notch work here (also very quickly). EPIK will be at the top of our list for any other projects we have. Thanks again.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism with Epik Construction. Shawn and Preston were quick to respond to all our concerns and questions. Shawn met with our insurance adjuster and went over all the damage to make sure all the damages from the hailstorm were included. Jordan was amazing to keep us informed on all the dates and schedule. When the work was completed an inspection was done to make sure work was satisfactory and all debris had been removed. I highly recommend Epik Construction!!

The job at the end was great. They were dependable and worked very hard to please. While issues did occur, as is the case most often when you have a large remodel, they took great strides to fix every small detail. I would recommend them any time.

I worked with Preston on my facia maintenance and he spent time in provided several recommendations. We agreed on one. Preston came up before the work was to start and once the work was completed returned and completed a walk around. Where he notices some minor touchup issues and the crew quickly addressed his observations. I have ask for references on a future job and when I need roof work will request a bid from EPIK. Highly recommend them.

Preston and Shawn were absolutely the best to have any work done to get my "forever" home back to normal after all the hail storms in March 2023. The crews working with them were reliable and seasoned to the job. I pray that I won't need their services like before, but they are still listed on my phone contacts!

They did a FANTASTIC job on our Professional Office Building.
Replaced the fascia boards, new gutters, spray washed and cleaned the entire building, painted all wood work and rod iron railings and doors. They did everything we needed so we didn't have to sub-contract it ourselves. Preston was the BEST to work with. Very thorough and got this done on time. will definately use this company in the future!

It is one of the best construction companies I have ever worked with in Texas. Preston and his crew were very friendly and professional and they did a great job on changing my dark green exterior siding to a whitish color just in 2 days.

preston was an absolute pleasure to work with. he handled everything, from the quote process to the final walk through, with efficiency and care. he stayed in contact with his foreman and checked on the job site every day. quality of the work, timeliness, and level of service were all 5-star.

Very detailed work and left place better than they found it. Professional painting services were used for new wood cabinets and a room.

Shawn and the team were exceptional. They are highly knowledgeable, professional and communicate very well. Shawn is an expert in his field and got along great with the insurance adjuster to ensure we got everything we were supposed to receive as part of the repairs.

Shawn and Kendell are really professional guys. These gouys cober all the bases prior to the job explaining in detail how the work will go down.

Both along with Samantha rhe iffice manage will inform you along the way while the job is being done.

Safety wise the have the smallest detail covered such as caution construction zone in my yard warning my neighbors.

All crew members have safety gear silich as harnesses while in the roof. Then they lay out tarps to catch roofing materials that fall to the ground.

Afterwards they sweep the grounds with magnets to pick up loose nails and other metals. Very thorough indeed.

Great to work with! Had a lot going on due to foundation issue and they worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of and kept me in the loop the entire process (took over a year to get the foundation worked out!). Roof install went flawlessly, the crew were courteous, and everything was cleaned up after! They have some great deals and upgrades that get included and use Malarkey shingles. I would highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kendall on an apparent warranty call - my initial thoughts of a roof leak were quickly dispelled by Kendall's discovery of an actual PLUMBING leak in my guest-bath shower, not associated with EPIK's roofing efforts! Kendall presented himself very professionally, even down to the "uniform look" (khaki slacks, logo'ed polo shirt, clean and shaven) that one would expect from a knowledgable and customer-oriented service organization. Despite the fact that my issues were NOT caused by any actions by EPIK, Kendall was kind enough to explain the possible causes and their potential solutions, even to the point of offering EPIK's "one-stop-shop" of professional sub-trades to correct my problem.

In short, these guys are GOOD. I've NEVER experienced the "hit-and-run" tactics that are so prominently-displayed regarding opportunistic roofing companies - just honest, professional, and knowledgeable construction and insurance experts.

I would call EPIK again and would entrust my roofing or construction needs to them ANYtime - do yourself a favor and call them first when the need arises!

The team at EPIK construction are truly customer focused and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Even while my insurance company dragged its feet in getting my claim adjusted, the EPIK team were in action going the extra mile to finalize my claim with the adjuster to get the job done! The job was completed very professionally and in record time, and they even threw in a free upgrade to much superior shingles than the ones they replaced! The new roof looks fantastic! The Epik team showed integrity and dedication to their clients. Our experience could not have gone more smoothly - Very prompt with responses and actions. Brad was very helpful in our decision to replace our roof from the recent hail storms. Samantha kept us in the loop the whole time as we were going back and forth with our insurance company. Daniel was the project manager for the job and could not have been more personable and nice. The workers were courteous, at one point we asked during a slow moment if we could let our pup out to go potty and without hesitation they shut the fence doors and let us sneak out for a moment. Our yard was completely picked up from the nails and other construction debris. Daniel did a thorough walk-thru prior to the construction start and again after it was complete. It was my previous experience with EPIK Construction when they responded to an insurance claim that I became impressed with their customer service, range of skills, professionalism, honesty and integrity. EPIK Construction earned my trust and my business that day. So much so that they were my first and only call to perform my next renovation job out of my own pocket because I knew the quality of their work and the care with which they value the relationship with their clients. These traits are sadly quite rare in many contractors, but EPIK is certainly the exception and has earned my business from now on. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
UPDATE 2022: EPIK comes to the rescue again to assist me with somewhat substantial water damage remediation. Shawn Ferfort and EPIK Construction have proven again why they are the most trusted name in construction services in the DFW area.

EPIK helped me with a full roof replacement and interior ceiling damage. I’m really pleased with their work and they helped me through the whole insurance process—even made sure the insurance company paid for my premium color shingle and increased the coverage of my ceiling damage that was not originally included in the claim. Good group of people. I highly recommend them.

We’ve used Epik for multiple jobs, most recently for a large roof replacement. Whenever issues arise, they find a way to make the customer happy! They’re a fair and professional company! We’ll use them again.
