I spoke to Jared at Epic and all I can say is that I would never deal with anyone else. Jared and his crew made it seem so simple after I had been dealing with the county about my permits. Definitely 10/10 recommend Jared and Epic in general.

They have always answered their phone and have always answered any questions that I had. If you are considering having a metal structure built. You would be doing yourself a big favor to talk to them first.

I would NOT recommend this company. They make all kind of promises but do not keep them. Been fighting with them to get info in to our county for permitting and two months later still not done. I was told that I would have my building in the timeframe I wanted for my move. I put a deposit down September 9th and still waiting for the info for the permit and no building. Every time I called Chris he made more promises yet he never followed through. not even a call back explaining why. When I would contact them all I goy was excuses and he passed the buck to someone else. They now tell me my building wont be scheduled for at least another month while the weather in December may not allow the building to be erected. I was told I cant get a refund so PLEASE DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN WITH THIS COMPANY they will do everything to sell you but very little after, the promises they make do not believe them!!!!! Anybody in Illinois use someone else. I gave them one star because I had to to share this review. They should get 0 stars.

Office people were very helpful and good about taking care of all questions and any little issues, they were great to work with. The building delivered was everything I expected and then some, and the installers were top notch. I look forward to working with Epic again.

Brandon at epic steel was great. Very easy to work with and always kept in contact thought the process. The crew that came and installed the building were animals very hard working guys. The would highly recommend this company and crew to anyone for a metal building or carport.

All went well. Had a few places they missed screwing the tin down but I saw a couple places on the inspection and the crew fixed them. Found a couple more place after they left and I added a couple screws. They didn’t speak English so communication was a little difficult but hard working men. They put my building up in about 2 days in the 100+ degree heat.

Very professional and easy to work with. Were able to make changes without any hassle. The company called me about colors they felt wouldn't work well together and when they spoke with my wife it was very much appreciated they caught something we missed.
When the team was on site it was 100 plus degrees outside and they never missed a beat.

I would NOT recommend Epic Steel Structures. My company ordered and Air plane Hanger in December 2023. It was a 50'x50' structure with an Airplane Hanger Door that I would purchase separately. It is now the End of May 2024 and the door can't be installed due to the structure not being built correctly. I did not realize they are a dealer and that they do not manufacture the structure, another company manufactures the structure, a 3rd company is contracted for engineer drawings, and a 4th company is contracted to install. None of these companies communicate. I had to follow up and micro manage everything. I had the door manufacture send all the drawings and specs for the door being installed to them, They were to design the opening to accomadate the hanger doors size and weight. I paid an additional $6,250 for engineer drawings so the door structure would fit and support the weight of a bi-fold hanger door. while waiting I was called and told they were scheduling delivery I needed to provide a sky trac lift to the site. I ask How long I needed to rent it for and was told 3-4 days. I rented it for 1 week. Then they called me back and said sorry they made a mistake it was not ready for delivery. I was charged 1 day $740 to cancel the sky trac lift. once the delivery did happen and the the crew began, all was going good until they realized they sent the wrong color metal for the back and had to re-order that metal. It took a week for that to arrive. during that week 2 pieces of roof metal blew off into the airport taxiway, thankfully nobody was injured and no airplane hit it. They final finish up and left, I scheduled my door installer only to realize the door was not engineered correctly. to make the adjustment I estimate 2 guys for 1/2 of a day plus travel. They refused to help, as did their partners Custom Built Structures. It is still not finished and I was forced to take legal action against Epic Steel Structures, Custom Build Structures inc and the Engineer firm

I do not recommend anyone use this company.

I would Recommend epic steel structure to anyone.Chris was very well knowledgeable and help me Every step of the way
I bought a 30x50 With a 12×30 lean to on the side and in front 12×20 Lean too And They was Very, very, very patient with me, as I had to do my foundation work

I surprised my dad with a carport for his birthday, I don’t really know much about carports but they made the whole process so easy and understandable. My dad loved his carport and is getting ready to place another order. 10/10 recommend!

The epic team was amazing, they are very knowledgeable in their area! They were able to help me with all the questions I had and were very responsive during the process.
The guys who came to install my carport were very quick as well and very nice ppl.

Buying this metal building has been a great experience. Have bought others before and the transaction did not go as smoothly as this one. Great price, quality building and a wonderful staff to help me get this one done. Susie in Marketing and Edith at the factory we're great to work with. Honest and straight forward. Once I got my concrete pad poured they had my building ready to ship in one week and their guys put it up in three days. It was a 50x80x16. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great metal building.

Just got a 30x60x12 building enclosed. Guys did an amazing job. They got to work first day and were out of there in 2 days!

Working with Epic was the best decision ever! They were efficient and quick. Finding an extra space was exactly what I needed, and the best part was that they offered a wide variety at the best price. I highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.
