I am so happy I got to work with Mr. Enyard on our recent home inspection. He made the entire process so simple for me. I am currently out of state and he was able to send everything electronically and we got it all set up. I sent him all the information to him via text. He was so prompt with his responses. I got the inspection report very fast too! I love how there were photos and he was so thorough with his explanations! My husband nor I have stepped into the house we have a contract with, he assured me we were getting a really good house. My husband felt more at ease too!

I was there today while Felton inspected a home that we are purchasing. I thought he did a great job and was very thorough. He took like three hours all in all, and I was very impressed and highly recommend his services.

I utilized Felton's services prior to purchasing my home. He's a really nice guy but I've ended up dealing with numerous issues since taking possession. The furnace didn't work, the bathroom floor was rotten, ceiling fans and permanent light fixtures don't function, faucets leak, etc. etc. etc. When I interviewed him about potential problems following the inspection, he informed me that I would be covered by a house buy-back guarantee. I took him on his word but have since discovered (in the fine print) that this is not applicable to homes sold privately, as was the case with mine. I wouldn't use him again.

We used Felton for our home inspection. He was very thorough and his report was detailed but easy to understand. He was also very accommodating when we had to postpone our original inspection date and reschedule it for another day.
