This is for your salesmen that walk around neighborhoods trying to solicit business. You're getting a one star because they do not pay attention to the 'No Soliticing' sign on our gate and continue to ring the door bell. I work from home so the sign on the gate is there for a reason.

Aggressive, misleading, and illegal sales tactics. The salesman parks in front of the driveway, preventing owners from leaving till they talk with them. Comes back the next day to ask again and drop off fliers. The salesman is not educated enough to take no as an answer. Avoid at all costs.

One thing I really value is punctuality, and Envy Roofing delivered. The crew actually arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled start time each day. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and their customer service was top-notch.

After the job was completed, they even took a video of the finished roof to make sure my wife and I were fully satisfied. That extra step really stood out.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Your expert managers need to be respectful of people and their property they live in. Renters cannot make decisions about making changes to a home. Needs to be the homeowner. When you are asked to leave a property. Please do so and don't stay and argue with the tennant.
