They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to cover the roof replacement for both my house and garage. This company did an awesome job had the roof done in one day. Came back the next day and hung all my new gutters up. I love the color of my new shingles. Would highly recommend Enhanced Roofing for shingles and gutters.

My experience was amazing, and my new roof is beautiful. But I entered this process terrified and clueless.
A bad hail storm in April 2024 had the yard covered in tree limbs and big chunks of hail. Terrified about what to do next, I called a trusted friend who'd worked in construction for many years, and he said to call Enhanced Roofing. He called them "solid citizens'' and said he trusted them completely. So I called. The next day, Erin and Nate were on my roof and told me I needed a new one and predicted lots of things, including pushback from my insurance company. They promised to fight on my behalf. The insurance company agreed that I needed an entire roof replacement but jacked me around FOR MONTHS.
Erin and Nate fought on my behalf and even suggested the kind and color shingles that would look great with my house.
Thanks to Erin and Nate, the insurance company paid more than initially offered. I could not be happier with the result.

We recently had to replace the roof on our family home in Powell, OH. The team from Enhanced Roofing were incredibly professional and efficient, completing our roof replacement in a timely manner while maintaining a clean worksite throughout the process. Their communication regarding the insurance requirements including working with our insurance provider and project details made our roof replacement seamless and easy. Erin is awesome to work with! She worked for us to get the most from our insurance . She communicated through the entire process. Good honest contractors are hard to find jump on Enhanced Roofing. Team showed up on time finished by noon. Great to work with roof looks great and they installed gutter guards for us. Cleaned up and did a great job for us! Highly recommend

Erin and the team at Enhanced Roofing did an amazing job on our roof replacement in Grandview- and working tirelessly with our insurance company for coverage.

At the initial appointment Erin and the team came out and inspected our roof after having a few leaks. They informed us we had significant storm damage on our home. Enhanced roofing thoroughly explained the process and had their team came out and did the walk through with our insurance adjuster. Shortly after, the Enhanced team came out and repaired the roof, garage roof, guttering and downspout. During the repair they noticed we need to have all of our wood replaced and they worked tirelessly with our insurance company on a supplement to have it ALL covered and all was approved!

We were impressed with the professionalism and communication with the Enhanced Roofing team and their hard work to have our insurance company cover the entire job!

I highly recommend them for any roofing project in the Columbus area!

Erin and team were so easy to work with. They went out of their way to help us get our roof replaced in a timely fashion. I thought dealing with an insurance claim was going to be a nightmare, but Erin handled everything. I would definitely recommend.

Enhanced Roofing was a referral due to a small leak in our laundry room. I was told the area of concern could be repaired. However, they were certain we needed our roof inspected. I explained we had requested an inspection from our insurance provider. At that time we were told nothing was wrong with the roof. A few days later I notified Erin. She immediately set up an inspection appointment. At the appointment while sitting in our kitchen we call our insurance provider and opened up a claim. I just so happen to have a video of the last hail storm. I forwarded it to Erin she added it an email to send to our insurance company. Due to having solar panels on the roof, plus our decision to add skylights to the roof. I needed to coordinate removal and reattachment of panels, installation of the skylight plus installation of a new roof. I can say Erin and her team did an excellent job their patient, professionalism, knowledge and attentive to details was expected and delivered. I highly recommend this company for your roofing installation.

Nathan and Erin from Enhanced Roofing were wonderful to work with and I couldn't be happier with my roof and siding!! Both have a ton of experience and really know their what they're doing. When there were issues with the sheathing once the old shingles came off, they fixed them so the roof was up to code and Erin knew how to work with the insurance company so it was resolved correctly. Everyone I interacted with from Enhanced Roofing was professional and knowledgeable and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!

Enhanced Roofing was super great! Everyone on their team is professional, friendly, caring and hard working! I was so pleased with how they did the estimate, met with the adjuster to show them their findings, explained different shingles when I was choosing the right ones, the awesome job they did installing my roof with excellent attention to detail and the wonderful clean up. I LOVE MY ENHANCED ROOF SYSTEM. Erin doggedly pursued my insurance claim until it was approved. Nathan and the crew were on time, ambitious, and efficient. The old shingles and wood were removed by noon and new wood and drip edge and shingles and valley metal, etc. were on by dinnertime. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this Group. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Enhanced Roofing from start to finish on our latest project. They transformed the outside of our house with the installation of new siding and the painting of our trim. Both Nathan and Erin were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. They answered all questions we had and more and everyone did great work. Erin and Nathan were fantastic. They were able to come out and make time to inspect our roof the same day I contacted them. They were prompt, honest, and didn't pressure us into any sort of sales or commitment. They knew their stuff, and were very generous with their time. I can't even explain how wonderful I think Enhanced Roofing is. I had damage to my house in March of 2023, and had three roofing companies completely bail on helping us after our insurance said our roof needed repaired and not replaced. Erin and Nate were more than happy to help us with a repair, though Erin took it the extra mile by working with our home insurance provider to get an entire roof replacement after noticing that we had more flaws in our roof than initially noted. Erin was delightful to work with, was in constant communication with me and keeping me apprised of what was happening in our process. I was so nervous to go with a company after the disappointments I'd faced in the past but this process was incredible. They completed our roof in a single day, working on a day they had planned to be off due to weather to get it done as quickly as they could for us. If I ever have an issue with our roof again, I would never hesitate to reach out. My roof is gorgeous, has held up incredibly since October. Since I started the process with them, I have been recommending them to anyone who asks for a roofing company. After the storms in the area recently I have recommended Enhanced Roofing to my neighbors multiple times, as I have complete confidence in their work and I would use them again myself if needed. Such a wonderful experience with a business that I was so happy to be able to support and would again without hesitation.
